Ok. My sister, son and I crave this restaurant sometimes, but this location really needs some help. The last few times we've gone, we've had Gabriel has our server. Gabriel might be the only reason we keep coming back. (And not like that.) I swear he is practically the only server working and he still manages to keep everyone happy. No long waits and is very attentive. Last night, we needed a drink. Hoping these would curve the craving! Patron margarita please! But only, it was disgusting. I've had to just deal with getting a beer because any mixed drink here just tastes off or not good. Heavy hand? Or idk. But drinks need work. We also ordered chips with the queso. The queso was delish but the chips were both super stale and dripping oil? Was confused how that happened..... Gabriel offered to take the drinks off and we declined. I just forced it down like i was imagining it was really good somewhere else..... Gabriel also brought us new chips. These were better but still now only slightly stale..... The restaurant always seems to be clean and they definitely have more busboys than servers... I really wish they would step up their game. The drinks are awful. The food most of the time is actually pretty tasty but last night killed it. And when Gabriel is not there, we don't even stay because then, their service can be pretty awful. Tried the Tracy location for dinner with my mom and relatives for dinner back in November. When they were brining us to our table we noticed that the area was not cleaned and that the other areas were so we asked them to clean the area before we sat down. As we were ordering, I had a hard time trying to figure out what to order but I eventually went with the honey garlic chicken, 6 pieces with potato wedges. My mom went for a side salad and onion rings. My relatives chose chicken wraps. The chicken wraps were good but towards the end the last bite started to get spicy. Came here to get some wings. Haven't been here for years. Place looks busy during the day due to tables were still filled with people's food trash. Thought this place would have a clean environment. But food was alright. Ordered 20 pcs wings half of it was flavored garlic parm and the other half was salt and vinegar. I was disappointed for the salt and vinegar because it didn't even have any flavor of it. It seems like they just put a dash of the flavor. Told the server but he didn't do anything. Worst dining experience I've ever had in my life. We were there for the world up final (2026) and there was a 40 minute (minimum) wait for our food and drink orders to get to us. We had to constantly remind the server that we existed, and even then he would take another 20 minutes to serve us the beers that had been ready and waiting by the bartending area. Ambiance - BWW gets solid marks for the sheer size and amount of TVs they have available for viewing. If you're going there for a cozy chat, you'll be sorely disappointed. If you don't mind the rowdy atmosphere, you'll be good. I cannot comment on the bathroom situation. Food - The food here is average. We had Cajun, atomic, and a couple other flavors. Cajun probably had the best flavor, but the wings are just okay. Appetizers were okay too. Service - This is their biggest problem. It would take 15-20 minutes to get drinks. When we got our atomic wings, I was the only person who had ordered water and with no staff in sight my water was passed around the table like the village bicycle. The server was friendly when present, but just wasn't present very often. Overall, this place is a bit of a rip-off when you consider the value received for the food and the service. I ordered a 20-piece wing for the table and had two beers and somehow my tab was $54. That seems pretty outrageous for mediocre food and drinks. I never had good experience with the Buffalo wild wings food in other locations. I still tried this location with a hope, and it is what I expected. This place is definitely under staffed and I understand with the QR scan online they don't need much people. But to get the water we had to wait until the food came in. We ordered wings and some of wings did not have enough dry seasoning and I showed it to the staff that the other side of the wing does not have seasoning, they charged me for extra seasoning. I know it is 60 cents so I did not complain, but I would expect all the wings be covered with minimum dry rub. Other than the wings rest of the items, potato wedges, fries and mac and cheese are good. If you have high expectation on wings then I will not recommend this location. read more

The food here is a hit or miss, they have a great wide selection of flavors for the wings. However, sometimes I get wings where they're not hot and sometimes cold. When I went, the service was slow, even when there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. The ambiance is that of sports theme and it is mostly chill and quiet. Worst BWW location we have ever gone to, out of dozens. #1 visit, took 30min to be greeted, another 30min for our first drinks, and asking 2xs for water. They never asked for our 2nd drink during or after dinner and brought us the check instead. So we left early on our Date Night, real welcoming. #2 visit a few days ago: our waiter was munching fries and gossiping with his friends at their table, brought us the wrong food (spicy garlic was Buffalo wings and then when we got to correct ones finally they arrived swimming in sauce and taste much less garlicky than a month ago here, pretty much like Buffalo wings with a pinch of garlic powder). We asked 3xs for water for over an hour, finally asked a different waitress that got us 1 of the 2 in 5min. Our 2nd water arrived with our check after 1hr 45min at this dump. They were out of most liquors and beers. We had to ask for napkins twice, for plates, for drinks. 100% 'I don't want to be here and I don't care' mentality. The table behind us faired similarly buying 30 wings and he tried to walk away with no plates or napkins for them either. #3 was last night, 1/2 off wings and we called ahead to make sure the patio was open, it was dog friendly, and we popped inside to tell a waitress we were outside and ready to order. 40min later nobody ever came, not once. We stared them in their eyes through the glass doors so many times and they look then wander off. By then we were starving and most other places closed. It's been a while since I've been to a BWW (being pescatarian). I don't eat chicken anymore, and for a bit, I hoped and prayed they would serve cauliflower wings, and now they do!!!! It was my first time trying it out, and it was with my fave sauce ASIAN ZING. Their salt&vinegar fries are seriously a MUST!!! For somebody who doesn't like vinegar, their fries are the bomb!! I also love their passionfruit nojito for those not into alcoholic beverages. My big kid loves their garlic parm boneless wings, and mozzarella sticks-this is his go-to order.
