Today we were the only ones in the restaurant and the server/bartender was not very attentive. We ordered drinks, and I had to ask for a refill on my water because she was on her phone. Also it took our food almost 45 minutes to come out, and she didn't check on us once or apologize about the time. The only time she became attentive was when our plates were stacked and our cups were empty. She only received a tip because we love birria king and will be coming back, hopefully she won't be our server again.

I tried to explain to him that I was just in there and then I asked if they could please go get my boyfriend inside or if they could walk me to him so that we could pay they said no I told him why was he being so rude he told me to get out of here you fucking bitch. I told him I was record and he slapped the phone out of my hand and told me to get the fuck out of there. I don't wanna say anything bad about bad boys brewing because really the staff inside it was just this specific security team. I hope that they do a better job at hiring security that is more professional. in regards to bad boy brewing, I've always had good experiences. This was the first time that I had a bad experience and I hope that bad boys brewing reviews this and does not allow this Security Officer to work their site again.

A grown man attempted to assault me at this bar, multiple people had to intervene to keep him from HITTING ME & security did nothing. He also tried intimidating me by saying he was a gang member. This pure garbage individual, DJ Kat decided to get involved after, didn't ask what happened, immediately victim blamed me, told me that I needed to calm down after a MAN TRIED TO PUT HIS HANDS ON ME. You can have a great bar, great customers, and an amazing staff, but a bad boss can make the environment so uncomfortable that good employees no longer feel they can stay. Being in charge doesn't automatically make someone a good leader. Good managers communicate, respect their employees, recognize the people who actually contribute to the success of the business, and create a positive workplace. I still love this bar and the people who make it what it is. My problem is with the management and the atmosphere they've created. The staff deserves better, and frankly, so does the bar.
