Coolest dive bar I've been to in a while, best in Tracy as far as I'm concerned. Went on a Monday night and played some pool with my friend, it was a very quiet night so I felt like we had the place all to ourselves and we had a great time. Went back on Wednesday and it was Karaoke Night. The DJ and his team were amazing, and the bar had a very diverse crowd from all walks of life,which was nice to see. The Bar tender Courtney even remembered my last visit which made me feel even more welcome. Drinks are at a fair price and the patrons were very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Service and ambiance were terrible. My friends and I were waiting forever for a glass of water. Needs more security considering it felt like walking into a club. Pretty crappy. The bartender is disrespectful and on a Sunday the door was closed at 8 but days open until 2 but people came in through the back I'm guessing? I come once in a while and known a bit but get a bad vibe from the you g lady that works there and I'm full of respect. Only come when ppl tell me to, other than that I wouldn't . Looking at the reviews, clearly this bar isn't for everyone. I've noticed myself the staff isn't the nicest to non regulars. This simple fact is why you see so many bad reviews. Not to sound like apologist, but this is common theme in most clubs. Nonetheless, I also want to see this worked on by the staff. Overall, chill bar for drinks or pool on weekday, or rowdy honky tonk on weekend. There's not too many left... After the saddle rack closed, you've noticed many from bay commuting out here to get closer feel what saddle rack gave. I have nothing but respect for what this bar stood for during the pandemic. Of course not everyone will agree, but this place was important symbol nonetheless. I recommend giving this bar a try if you like country music. Listen ... I have lived in Tracy for 30 years. I'm ok with change. The DJ sucks! I'm open to alll music but when your croud leaves and your dance floor is empty switch it up. Tonight my friends and I stayed dancing to try and help the mood.. when I approached the DJ he was rude and offended. He literally grabbed me (not ok) and tried to turn me around and said "look" so unprofessional. I was kind and just trying to help. This place discriminates based on looks. Tried to get in and they told me that they couldn't because they didn't know me and I didn't have any tattoos that could prove I was over 21. Not sure why I need tattoos to get into a bar or why I had to know someone. They wouldn't even scan my ID after I showed it to them. Wash your memories away and bring in the new, it's the Broken Arrow Saloon. A great makeover of an old staple. The decor is country and rustic. Brand new floors, recovered seats, painted walls. There's an amazing drink list. My new fav is the Farmer's Daughter. It's peach Skyy with sweet n sour, Coke. This spring cutie tastes fruity. The security is always friendly to me. Plenty of bartenders working so I've never waited for a drink. I hit a bullseye when I come to the Broken Arrow Saloon. Pun intended. read more

Bartender Cathy or cathernine charge me for drinks and I gave her tip. She never gave me the drinks I order because she believe I wasn't fine. Which is fine but she charge me for them and never gave me them. When I asked about she had the security take me out. I told security I don't mind it just wrong that she charge me for drinks and I gave her tip and never receive them. Then right after I paid she had security have me leave? said I had to leave for whatever reason. I don't mind but I paid for drinks that were charge never received I told the security they said they understand, to come when she isn't here. Owner rude. Went to many places in tracy no problems, Orlando Florida, cabo, all over bay are bottle services 3000+ in a night, I can keep going. Owner had problem with way my guest was dress as she had no problems elsewhere, after was let in by security. Owner said I have clothes for you, like when people go out yeah people dress sexy no one had problem but here "the owner" it was a crop top Maby some insecurity or something and racist. I told her "I don't care who you you are I will not force someone to wear your clothes because you have a problem" Because I literally just left buying two drinks from the bar to go with my guest. so I'll tell you what ima finish my drink and leave. I offered to leave I suggested it first because I don't have problems where I go and don't like immature problems with people and stupidity. She got upset surrounded us with her security and grabbed my wrist ripped drink out my hand as I was leaving and said you can't. I own a business myself and I don't put your hands on people. That's assault, and suposivly she's a ex legal study lol well must not have got good grades who knows. Then outside on public property her security guard pushes my guest out of nowhere for no reason while on public property while I'm on the phone with police we weren't aggressive proposed no threat but owner wanted to be aggressive rude disrespectful called police nothing happened lol Would never go back Second time being there in six years. Went there on a Friday night a week ago. No line to get in, but it was crowded. Had a live band playing country music. Met the owners, husband and wife, and did a shot with the husband. The bartender I had was really friendly. Diverse crowd, everyone seemed to get along. Will definitely do back. read more
