I always see the same bartender and she's always super cool. The patrons here are easy to talk to. Spent a whole night chatting it up with someone and ended up going to Applebee's after. I digress. The drinks are great; haven't had a drink I don't like yet. The waitress is super friendly and pays attention to everyone. It's clean, from what I can see. They have games like shuffleboard, billiards, jukeboxes, and karaoke every so often. A lot of acquaintances come here too. read more

If I could give this club 0 stars I would. I wish I would have known the girl who was working on February 8 2020 at 10:30 pm. I went in with 3 people. The first round was purchased by my friend for $4 a beer. Then after trying to purchase another round for about 15 minutes and her telling us that she was "busy" she charged me $6 a beer. When I tried to politely ask her why she charged me so much she was extremely rude and uncooperative with us. I have never been treated so poorly by any customer service representative in my life. It would surprise me if they made any money with that person behind the bar. I would call her a lady if she had acted liKe one but she did not. She acted like a drug addicted animal. read more

So I previously left an alright review....apparently the owner does not seems to care about customers or their experience in this place at all.... The bartenders are awful I guess izzy doesn't work there which was basically the only reason I even came to this place. If anyone knows where is serving drinks please let me know that dude is the man and really runs a clean bar when he's on the clock. The tweakers behind the bar fit right into the run down aesthetic that is Mantweaka. Stay away from this place, unless you like bad drinks, even worse bartenders, or the chance smelling like the crank the bartenders smoke, or being harassed by crystal meth dealers and the lovely stench their extracurriculars bring to the bar top. All in all place is a complete dump now. Give it another 6 months and I'm sure it will be a full on tweakers paradise!!!! read more

I totally agree with Nicole R's review. The 133 is a nice, clean bar. It's big and open and they have pool tables, shuffle boards, and a nice juke box. If you go during the day (morning until early evening) it's like "Cheers"... lots of regulars and really nice people. =o) At night it's pretty fun there, too! I have always considered this to be my favorite bar in Manteca. My boyfriend and I can always grab a seat and enjoy a few great priced drinks on a late date night, or we can bring a small group for shuffleboard or pool. Music is never too load but audible, bartenders are always fast and assertive... They get everything done with a fun attitude and don't waste time trying to flirt or BS around taking selfies. Last week I had a great time witha couple of my boys at 133. A few cold pitchers and a couple games of pool. The jukebox has a variety of music so I got to pick classic rock, 80's and newer rock. !If you are looking for an excellent burger try 133 club!! Make sure the chef on the grill is SOSA! Amazing at what he does! He will cook your burger to your order. His patties are hand made as well and not the previous frozen patties. The little extra touches like that make a difference. I feel hamburgers, especially medium rare are so hard to come by cooked right but he has perfected it! 133 Club is know as a fun little bar with some great bar tenders but with him on sight it is more like a bar and grill now too! My gf and I went here after my 10-year high school reunion to meet up with some friends. As surreal as it was to be back in Manteca, it was even weirder going to a bar in my hometown. My friend Ken is a bartender and he's pretty good, but the other girl working was not so much. We tried to explain to her how to make a kamikaze, but that wasn't happening. Thank goodness they had Blue Moon on tap. I thought it was the weirdest thing that they had shuffleboard tables in the back, but my local Manteca friends acted like this was normal. At least there was a computerized jukebox, so my friends were able to steer the music away from the rock and country that was playing. Above the jukebox, strangest of all, were the monitors for the many cameras (including the outside cameras). You'd expect the monitors to be hiding, rather than providing entertainment for the patrons. You can watch the people smoking outside the bar and pretend to guess what they're talking about. It is also the most well-lit bar I've ever been too. But at midnight, it wasn't the best thing. I'd probably only go back to meet up with friends while my bartender friend was working. Otherwise, I'd try another bar next time. read more

Mediocre, inconsistent, bar. Only offer bud/bud light on tap, and the bartenders tend to close the bar down whenever they please based on "bar time." which can be anywhere between 1:10am and 1:40 am. Kind of a hassle, but the big problem is they won't hesitate to sell you a pitcher 1 minute before this time, then rush you to finish up. The only reason we go here is for the two shuffleboard tables which they keep in great condition, and always have extra table salt available. We are big fans of shuffleboard, and since orleys closed down in stockton, this is really the only decent place to go play (there is flynn's, but don't even get me started on that place, meh). The big problem is we never know what to expect when we go there on a friday night, one week it is all bikers, the next week it will be a mix, a week later it is gang bangers fighting out in the back parking lot (yes, this happened, and it was hilarious, since neither could fight, and were too drunk to stand), then a week later it will be cute college age girls. I frequent this bar quite often and always have a good time. Sundays are my fave for karaoke and good times. Bartender is sweet but sassy and is always top of her game. I've never had a bartender treat me so poorly in my 16 years of going to bars. Debbie clearly hates women! There was nothing but men in there on a Sunday day. She got us our drinks and even came out of her comfort zone behind the crowded bar to get us drinks at our table, and that was nice but when we said we would like to open a tab she said "ok" and rolled her eyes at us. The regulars treated us better, and one bought us a round. Then my sister opened up to her because that's what she does. The whole conversation was very awkward, as there was no smiles and she looked at us in a very demeaning way. Then she spurted out that she hates California! WTF?!? We were like why? She paused like she didn't know what to say and then she said because everyone is superficial, and walked away. I'm pretty sure that comment was directed towards us. Well we proved her wrong when we closed out and called her out for her rudeness. How can you be a bartender and hate people, especially women!? Women bring in the $$$ As a former bar manager, I can tell you that if any of my bartenders treated a guest like that, they would definitely be on their way out, because nothing brings down sales faster than a bitchy bartender! read more

I went in friday night and was very disappointed. Here is why I won't be back. I ordered a chilled shot of tequila. I watched the bartender pour the tequila in the mini drink shaker, add some ice, and used her hand as the lid to shake it. She then used the rim of the shaker to squeegee my tequila off of her palm. a nice chill place. should have a security guard on the weekends tho, other then that im making this my new spot on the weekends. went on day in the afternoon and the owner of the bar and i had a convo about being pork n cheese lol, he gave me a free 133 club tshirt! not that im gonna sport it but i thought that was very nice. the rusty hook is nice but alot of snobby females and the bowling alley omg too expensive, the pub no parking. i also like the half pitchers for 5 bucks at the 133, pretty nice. read more
