Upon a brief hold, another person picked up to again advise in a very rude and stern manner that I needed to cancel online to which I AGAIN advised that was NOT an option and as the email stated, I was calling the store to remedy. She didn't like that and again put me on a hold for over 20 mins at which point I hung up and submitted an online feedback request for help!!!!! How about be more knowledgable as to the policies and procedures and don't put your customers on hold in hopes they will GIVE UP because you are unable to help them!!!!
