Classic old fashion pizza joints are hard to find these days. Everytbing is being replaced my chain locations. We ordered an extra large, 2 topping pizza, 12 wings, and 4 drinks. OK, so today I was looking for a place to watch the semifinal World Cup France versus Spain game. I love pizza and I was done. Yelp and I came across Jack's pizza and Bar. Decided to come here and I'm really glad that I did because on my injury restaurant I noticed how clean it was and they had several large huge TVs to watch the game on. They carry Pepsi yay, and I walked up to the front counter, and I was treated by someone he was super friendly. Her name is Sukhi, she's super friendly and has a great energy and after looking at the menu, which is very diverse and a lot of great options and competitive great pricing. I decided to get a pizza with ground beef, which is really hard to find in pizza places these days. I got my Pepsi, which is a self-serve and it was excellent soda, right amount of carbonation and sweetness, and I sat in a booth and looked at the watch the game waiting for my food which came out in a reasonable amount of time. This is my first time coming to Jack's and my pizza was delicious. It was the pizza sauce was delicious not too spicy at all, which is just a personal taste. Preference for myself but the pizza look beautiful. I wish I had taken a picture before I started eating it, but I was so starving, but it was just the portions of cheese and ground beef were excellent and the spacing of the beef as an ingredient was excellent.. I was in a really happy place and then I took my first bike load pipe in hot and I was like wow this is super yummy. Yeah I'm a grown man. I just said super yummy. What about it? Smiley face lol But joking aside, I was sitting here watching the game eating this delicious tasty, hot pizza and if I had room, I would've gotten chicken wings too, but pizza with enough for my appetite. I'm really glad that I decided to come to Jack's Pizza and bar for the first time and I will definitely come again and it was just a five star. Super clean restaurant air-conditioning is on a super hot day. The furniture is in great shape and the staff is working hard while taking orders making food should come out and keep the dining room clean as people leave. The food is tasty, the customer service was excellent. Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Cute little salad bar. Tried the lunch deal and sampled various pizzas. Overall not very exciting. The toppings didn't jump off for flavor. Pepperoni and sausage had a very simple Flavor. Tomato sauce was very simple. Crust of pizza was pretty good but nothing special. There's nothing wrong with this place but the pizza seems underwhelming to me and could use some distinct flavors. Jack's is pretty good. I came here with a friend and my nephew to hang out and talk. The place is pretty clean and everything was spaced out. They have an arcade around the corner and the salad bar/drinks are perfect placement. We ended up getting the pizza bread, small pizza, and fries. The food was good and the salad bar was fresh. It's been quite a few years since I last came to Jacks. Had a pizza craving and figured it was time to check it out again. I did half Jacks Chipotle Veg and half Jacks Italiano. I...am...content!! Goodness! I don't remember the pizza being that good in past trips (years ago) but I'll definitely be back! The news being on the TV is definitely not a way I'd want to enjoy my dinner. We've come to Jack's over the years and throughout change of ownership. In the past we were disappointed when the owners changed, I encountered rude employees, it was dingy, very odd selections in the salad bar, and the restaurant was unkept. Today we tried it again, as this is the only pizza place we could think of left with working games and we wanted to enjoy dinner while our 5 year old and 10 year old were entertained. We were greeted by the sweetest lady at the counter. She was attentive, polite, and had overall great customer skills (which is few and far between these days). The salad bar was FRESH and had a good selections of freshly replenished vegetables (which is difficult in this heat!). We got our pizza and it was delicious and well made. There was a decent selections of beers on tap from IPA to Coors Light, a little something for everyone. My husband and I were able to enjoy all of this while our kids played the arcade game which all worked?! , AND they had quarters we could purchase, which doesn't seem like a big deal.... But even Mountain Mike who has always had a quarter machine and been more than willing to allow customers to purchase quarters has stopped allowing customers to purchase quarters (wtf?!). The atmosphere and the service will bring us back for sure! Thank you Jack's for brining back a good family place where adults can still enjoy a meal while the kids play. read more

A year and a half later and we've arrived at the fact that I'll never eat at Jack's again. Not sure if management has changed from my last experience to this one, but once again shady business practices and cheapskate management rears its ugly head to create a piss poor customer experience. We decided to give Jack's a shot as we purchased some funds on the government-sponsored RAD card designed to help small businesses in the local area. Jack's is listed as a participant, but that's a lie. We called in our order and arrived to pick up our food. We brought up the RAD card when we were told by staff that "only the manager can accept that and he's not here". Are you friggin' kidding me?!? I bet many RAD card users have heard this same terrible excuse and this is the last straw for this average pizza joint. They were lucky we had the means to pay for the pizza using our regular cards and I was tempted to tell them to keep it, but am too nice of a person to do so. So instead, I warn each and every one of the Yelpers out there. Don't give your hard-earned money to a cheapskate who uses deception and shady business practices to skirt around honoring a program they claim to be a part of. I don't expect management to make this right as they didn't care after my last experience. You all can do much better. This is not how you run a business. Pure amateur hour over there. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and get back onto my nice list, but Jack's off for good. Good riddance. read more
