I typically check our order before leaving because it's a 25 drive there but this one time i didnt check this is what I was not happy with for an order that was $120 Missing large fries All the chicken was undercooked Two of my flavors were dry rub so why is the chicken wet and soft and soggy Also they mixed two flavors in one box. No paper divider. No label. And a layer of liquid at the bottom of all four of my chicken boxes. read more

Update...haven't had. Great experience since my last positive review.... Today was extremely clean fast and full of awesome energy from the staff. Lately it's been getting bla around here with employees looking like they hate their job. Thank you Maurice, Fernando, and Karina. Went the other day and regina in the front was so helpful in navigating me on the best option to choose from. It normally takes me a while to figure out what to choose. This employee jumped in and made it simple. Also went today and JOWELL was amazing. I know the service industry can be difficult especially keeping employees around to have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. He held himself well while the customers he had prior to me continued to belittle him and make his job more difficult than needed. He kept himself well composed trying to understand what they needed from him even though they kept switching things around. He could have had someone else take over to relieve him from the stress they were putting on him but he held through. He is always accommodating and as helpful as can be. read more

such bad service, i understand it's busy today that's fine but i placed my order at 3:40 and it was suppose to be ready at 5. Given they had an hour to get it ready, i showed up to pick it up and when i got there it wasn't ready yet that's fine. UNTIL it turned in to 1 hour and a half of waiting after asking multiple time how long it was gonna take. RACIEST BASTAD!!! Just visited Wingstop. I placed my order at 5:55, and they told me it would be 20 minutes. I gave them a little more time than expected, and when I arrived they said my ticket had been lost. Then they lied and said they were saucing the wings and could have them out right away. Here it is 7:20, and still nothing. I asked if I could get a discount; they said no. I asked if I could get a free lemon, and the manager said no because her job is on the line. I asked how this was fair for me, a person who drove 25 minutes to get there, and she looked at me with no answer. Then she insisted on me paying. I said I wanted to make sure the wings were done. She said, "We're not going to give you anything, but we can show you." Hand to the Bible, this woman came out with the bowl that they were tossing the wings in to show me that the wings were well done. They took everyone else's order, gave everybody else their food, but mine. She was so afraid that this Black African American woman would run off with wings. Completely profiled me. The worker up front was extremely passive (not aggressive) and rude. He didn't care to fully reassure you that your order was right. The customers after me were inquiring about a deal online, he would refer to something else with less value and charge people per item instead of a combo. ZERO STARS for customer service, someone else should be running the front. Extremely unsatisfied with his work. 2 stars instead of 1 for the noble efforts of the staff that are overwhelmed with endless orders. There is a serious flaw in the online ordering system. It will take countless amounts of orders at once, paired with food delivery services.... Then completely overwhelm the staff. They will still give an estimated 16-30 min, but it is well over an hour most of the time. If you really want wingstop, anticipate your order at least 1 hour ahead, and be prepared for all the impatient and rude door dashers harassing and pushing the staff there when you go pick it up. read more

I placed an order over the phone for pick up last night at this Wingstop in Manteca. I walked up to the counter to pick up my order and what I saw was disgusting. There were three workers in the kitchen area. One was in the back, sitting in a chair on her phone. One guy was cooking, and another woman came from the back into the front, scratching her nose And talking to another customer. When I looked on the floor I was immediately disgusted. There was food all over the floor. The counters were a mess near the food that was being prepared. There was no way I could eat anything from this Wingstop. I canceled my order. The person who was at the counter asked me why did I want to cancel? I advised her that there was no way I can eat anything from this disgusting establishment. She turned around, looked at the floor and said oh yeah we are about to clean up right now had I not said anything I'm sure they would not have blinked an eye about keeping that place the way it was looking. It looked like it had been there for a while and I'm surprised no one else had mentioned anything before but maybe folks like eating in filth, but I don't. Honestly, I feel really bad for anyone who works here. There is clearly a management oversight for staffing demand at this location. Yesterday was the Tyson vs. Paul fight and I thought ordering my wings in advance (ordered at 3pm for 4:45 pm pick up) was the smartest option. I arrived at 4:40 and was shocked at the crowd inside of the store and the condition of the place in general. There must have been 50 people squeezed around the counter waiting for food. I was able to get to the counter after about 10 minutes to ask about my order. It was not ready, I waited one hour in total passed my pick up time for my food. People who didn't order in advance waited even longer. Which is frustrating. But I'll say this. There were only 4 people working and they were fighting for their lives to get orders out. All the while, they remained pleasant even though people were literally yelling at them. They offered everyone free drinks while they waited and my order came out perfectly correct. Even though I was heated at the time, I couldn't stop thinking about the workers after I left and just felt so sorry for them. Management, do better. This fight was highly anticipated and was clearly going to be a busy night at Winstop. Schedule employees accordingly! read more

My fries had no seasoning , I had 2 orders one with parmesan and the other with Cajun and recieved plain bland fries , missing all my ranches , missing my 2 chicken tenders and a 6 pc wing. We came here to escape great Wolf Lodge for dinner. The people are really nice. The place is clean. The food is OK, we didn't really like the fries, but the chicken was good. My daughter thought it was a little bit dry but it didn't stop her from eating most of it. If you were looking to have a quick meal in a nice place with friendly people, stop by. Do not order online! I ordered online and even selected a later pick up time (which gave them more time to have my order ready). I get there right at the scheduled pick up time just to hear that their online order system is not accurate. My order was still another 45 min out. I couldn't hang out so I asked for a refund since I'd already paid. They gave me a "receipt" that showed a $0.00 charge. Luckily I kept it bc, a month later I have yet to receive that credit on my account! I did call in and ask for a store credit for the inconvenience of even having to call after their system wasn't working properly. They pushed back telling ME to call my bank since they showed they'd done all they could. BS! I ended up going back to use up the store credit knowing well that I'd never have anything to show for my money if I didn't. So 1 star for not having their stuff together, and the other star is bc they at least provided me their store credit. They should've just returned MY money!
