Customer service was terrible I was ignored then greeted with attitude and disrespect.

Walked in to maybe 4 clean tables. One employee was behind the counter on her phone, the other was sitting down at the table doing nothing. We wanted to sit in front of the tv to watch ufc fights but we couldn't bc the table was dirty. The employee told us to sit at a different table bc it was clean, instead of cleaning it for us to sit at. After the employee took our order, the two employees sat down and ate instead of cleaning up the tables that were a mess. I went to the restroom, there was no toilet paper in any stall. The garbage can was full. The toilets were disgusting. When our pizza came, the employee brought us plates but walked so slow as if she had no energy to be at work. I've never walked into a restaurant that had employees sitting around doing nothing meanwhile more than half the restaurant is dirty. More staff showed up, but all they did was speak to eachother in a different language across the restaurant. Which I feel is very rude. The pizza was good, but not good enough to come back again considering the horrible hospitality. read more

The only reason this place is getting one star instead of zero stars is the professionalism of the cashier! An 8 inch small pizza for a kid $15.99 A large which is a 12 inch pizza was $33.99 An 8 inch plate for the salad bar $12.99 The prices are completely out of sync with other pizza joints for 33 bucks. I can go to Costco get three pizzas that are not only bigger but have way more toppings. I should've trusted all the one star ratings when I went through. Yelp will definitely not be coming in here nor will I be recommending this place for a family of three it came to almost $100. read more

I live in between this location and another on Manteca. I've confirmed that Manteca Mountain Miles is worth going/driving to than this location. Once I found a hair on a slice and let it slide. Second time was fine. But third time, just confirmed that I won't be coming to this one because in reality they all have the same taste so it really comes down to management and customer service! Called on New Year's Eve around 7pm couldn't believe they were open, they saved me! They were busy considering the holiday, so my mountain sized pepperoni took about 40 minutes, but when I arrived and checked in not only did I get a 10% off coupon, my pizza was ready! We spent about $180+ last night on our party of 11 and we were unable to use our online coupons! My daughter was charged for cups and wasn't told their soda machine was not working! I am very disappointed with this restaurant. They have made numerous mistakes with our orders. I wish that I could say one time. It's multiple times. Their customer service is nonexistent. This location is the worst mountain mikes ever. I have given them three tries and they just completely suck. My pizzas are always made incorrectly or somethings missing. They literally suck and not to mention the customer service is terrible, half of the people in there do not even speak English and the cooks are not wearing their masks first strike: I ordered one large pizza and garlic bread. I waited an hour, went to the store they made me wait 25 more minutes and then when I came back to check up on my food they told me that they didn't have the garlic sticks and it be another 25 minutes away and I couldn't be refunded. second strike: I knew they were a failure so I ordered the simplest Mount Everest pizza on their featured menu and was missing ingredients. third strike: I ordered and paid online for a simple pepperoni pizza and my pizza is missing literally pepperoni. My husband and I ordered a small pizza with 10 small slices. we ordered the Everest Pizza with everything you and half Pepperoni (lots). It was served hot! The crust is super crunchy at the bottom which is great because it will hold together nicely and it won't tip over, but the middle is nice and fluffy. They put a GRIP of pepperoni on it. Over 100 small slices. They pizza is covered in them. They're so good. They are a little spicy but great flavor. They're real quick too. The cheesy garlic bread is super bomb also. If I could, I would leave 0 stars. It's pi day and they were advertising $3.14 small 1-topping pizzas. My family placed different orders through the app. When we went to pick up, they said they couldn't honor it. The manager also said she can refuse the right to fill this order because it was a glitch in the system. It was not a glitch. It was false advertising. We wasted so much time during our lunch hour. The pizzas weren't even cooked when we went to pick it up. We also couldn't just pay for it full price because they still needed 20-30min to make the pizzas.
