Another poor experience, this time half of my MINI pizza didn't even have cheese. Barely any sauce for even a flatbread. When will there be any kind of quality control here??? The employees simply do not care about their work! read more

Customer service was terrible I was ignored then greeted with attitude and disrespect.

Walked in to maybe 4 clean tables. One employee was behind the counter on her phone, the other was sitting down at the table doing nothing. We wanted to sit in front of the tv to watch ufc fights but we couldn't bc the table was dirty. The employee told us to sit at a different table bc it was clean, instead of cleaning it for us to sit at. After the employee took our order, the two employees sat down and ate instead of cleaning up the tables that were a mess. I went to the restroom, there was no toilet paper in any stall. The garbage can was full. The toilets were disgusting. When our pizza came, the employee brought us plates but walked so slow as if she had no energy to be at work. I've never walked into a restaurant that had employees sitting around doing nothing meanwhile more than half the restaurant is dirty. More staff showed up, but all they did was speak to eachother in a different language across the restaurant. Which I feel is very rude. The pizza was good, but not good enough to come back again considering the horrible hospitality. read more

Our favorite pizza sweet is Pike's. Hard to park during lunch time. Bring someone with you to pickup from inside the restaurant. Pizza is still good the next day. We use air fryer. read more

The only reason this place is getting one star instead of zero stars is the professionalism of the cashier! An 8 inch small pizza for a kid $15.99 A large which is a 12 inch pizza was $33.99 An 8 inch plate for the salad bar $12.99 The prices are completely out of sync with other pizza joints for 33 bucks. I can go to Costco get three pizzas that are not only bigger but have way more toppings. I should've trusted all the one star ratings when I went through. Yelp will definitely not be coming in here nor will I be recommending this place for a family of three it came to almost $100. read more

Food was surprisingly very good. Not skimpy on the meat at all like some other pizza chains. The crust was fluffy and soft to chew. Cheese pull was cheesing. Price is not too bad. Paid about $60 for a large and medium. They have a special offer on their website. $27.99 for a large, originally $33. I enjoyed my pizzas very much. read more

I live in between this location and another on Manteca. I've confirmed that Manteca Mountain Miles is worth going/driving to than this location. Once I found a hair on a slice and let it slide. Second time was fine. But third time, just confirmed that I won't be coming to this one because in reality they all have the same taste so it really comes down to management and customer service! Third time, I waited the same time I'd have to wait if I'd place the order there when I called it in, it just felt pointless making a call. Those were my experiences. read more

I would have loved to give them a great review. However, we have tried them a few times since moving here two years ago as Mountain Mike's was one of our favorite pizza places when we were in Danville. Unfortunately, there's not much to rave about the food is OK. Sometimes we get our pizza and it's still kind of doughy. They've gotten our order wrong many times and did not want to correct it. They delivered our order without certain items and instead of offering to deliver them made us come and pick them up even though they are the ones who got our order wrong. read more

We ordered over $100 of food a few Sunday's ago from here. A veggie pizza, bbq wings, two salads and a cinnamon dessert pizza. Everything was undercooked and gross. The pizza was raw and my dad found a wood piece in it. Glad he did before biting into it. The salads were covered with fresh veggies but once you uncovered the lettuce, let's just say ewww... Wilted and old. The wings were still raw. They cinnamon pizza was still doughy. Luckily DoorDash refunded most of our money. We lost our appetite and ordered Taco Bell. read more

Called on New Year's Eve around 7pm couldn't believe they were open, they saved me! They were busy considering the holiday, so my mountain sized pepperoni took about 40 minutes, but when I arrived and checked in not only did I get a 10% off coupon, my pizza was ready! It even came with parmesan and red pepper packets and two sides of ranch! Even though they were busy they were accommodating and thorough! I really enjoy this location! read more

We spent about $180+ last night on our party of 11 and we were unable to use our online coupons! My daughter was charged for cups and wasn't told their soda machine was not working! There was no ice in the machine due to it not working but I was told I could buy two liters and that they were cold which they were not! We bought 1 mountain specialty, 1 large specialty & 1 large pepperoni with 3 appetizers! We were not given any plates or ranch. We had to literally ask! Service was not great unfortunately! I suggest order online so you can get better deals and have cold soft drinks! I was shocked this use to be our go to place! As there are Not many options here in Lathrop! read more

First time at a mountain Mike's. It was surprisingly good pizza. The pepperoni pizza is very very greasy but the cheese pizza and the other pizzas that we ordered were perfect. There are two big tvs in the dining area, but one was playing a very loud, very obnoxious children's show (even though there were no children). Overall it's a decent place. read more

I ordered via phone today with a lady named "Mandeep" She was slightly pleasant on the phone but when I had someone else pick it up, she was very rude and displeasing. On top of that, on the phone I had asked for a side of ranch and she proceeded to say, "well your wings come with it, do you want an extra?" I said no, that's fine. I ordered 12 piece wings and no ranch came with it. Either she had a bad day or forgot but still doesn't give her the right to be disrespectful for no reason. read more

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. They have made numerous mistakes with our orders. I wish that I could say one time. It's multiple times. Their customer service is nonexistent. They even made my husband go to the restaurant for a mistake they made. Seriously??? We ordered last night. Our order was close to $40.00. This time they made 2 mistakes. They neglected to tell us that they were out of stock of our 2 items!! They said they called us. They should have refunded us for both!!! Why should I have to go and get a refund for these items when it was their fault. Their manager should have been the one to call us. There will be no next time for them. You just lost a good customer!!! read more

This location is the worst mountain mikes ever. I have given them three tries and they just completely suck. My pizzas are always made incorrectly or somethings missing. They literally suck and not to mention the customer service is terrible, half of the people in there do not even speak English and the cooks are not wearing their masks first strike: I ordered one large pizza and garlic bread. I waited an hour, went to the store they made me wait 25 more minutes and then when I came back to check up on my food they told me that they didn't have the garlic sticks and it be another 25 minutes away and I couldn't be refunded. second strike: I knew they were a failure so I ordered the simplest Mount Everest pizza on their featured menu and was missing ingredients. third strike: I ordered and paid online for a simple pepperoni pizza and my pizza is missing literally pepperoni. I know I shouldn't have gone back after the first strike, but the location is so convenient to where I live. read more

They close at midnight but the salad bar closes at 9:30?????? What is that about? Super disappointing because I'm pregnant and was craving pizza and salad at 9:48pm on a Friday night. We just moved to the area, and we were pleased to see a mountain mikes so close to our new home (residents of river islands). We read the bad reviews, and we are used to mountain mikes prices, but we always give places a chance to prove themselves different than any bad reviews we read. Because we know mountain mikes is super expensive, we don't come a lot, and it feels like a special treat. Super disappointed this visit. Everything would have been fine if the salad bar was still functioning during normal business hours. They couldn't even make me a side salad, like why not have some pre made salads in the fridge so everyone wins? We decided to get the pizza to go and get a salad from somewhere else, which meant this mountain mikes lost money on a salad sale and a beer sale because when we learned "no salad" my hubby said he didn't want to stay for a beer because he knew I was disappointed. read more

This place is awesome. Their pizzas are delicious. The crust is super crunchy at the bottom which is great because it will hold together nicely and it won't tip over, but the middle is nice and fluffy. They put a GRIP of pepperoni on it. If I could, I would leave 0 stars. It's pi day and they were advertising $3.14 small 1-topping pizzas. My family placed different orders through the app. When we went to pick up, they said they couldn't honor it. The manager also said she can refuse the right to fill this order because it was a glitch in the system. It was not a glitch. It was false advertising. We wasted so much time during our lunch hour. The pizzas weren't even cooked when we went to pick it up. We also couldn't just pay for it full price because they still needed 20-30min to make the pizzas. By that time our lunch hour would be done. This mountain mikes has the worst customer service ever. Beware, they also refuse to honor the $5 off bonus offer if you sign up on their app. read more

The pizza itself is good. But the service is bad. Don't post a promised delivery time if you can't make it, the time allotted is more than enough. Every time I'm there for take out, I also end up waiting a lot longer than the time stated it would be ready. Not sure what's going on, but get it together... it's already bad enough that there isn't much choice of food places in Lathrop. Even worse when a lot of them offer bad service. read more

Keep your cell phone close when using Grubhub. Delivery driver will call from car, not come to your door. I was sitting in my living room, 2 feet from my front door waiting for delivery. When the order was 20 minutes late, I went in another room to get my cell. Saw the missed called. Called the restaurant. The restaurant relayed that the driver said I wasn't home. No, the driver was too lazy to get out of the car. The restaurant did provide the number to get my money back from Grubhub and offered a free pizza. (However, they never asked for my contact information.) Won't be suing their delivery service any time soon. read more
