I ordered two margherita pies since I was working outdoors and needed a decent sized meal. I knew that one 10" pizza wouldn't be enough. I'm a pizza snob from New Jersey so I try to order a margherita because they are difficult to screw up. My pizza was freshly prepared and tasted good. Crust was light, airy, and thin. Overall, the pie was very good but not for $19. I understand that food costs have risen but the cost to value was much higher than the other food trucks. Would go back.

We tried their Margherita and All meat pizzas. From order to dining, both were done in less than 10 minutes with a light crust (not a cracker type) that was airy and perfectly cooked. The toppings were on the petite side. If you're looking for a snack or light meal, this accomplishes the goal. Coming from a mobile food source, it's pretty good. I'd give it 3.5 stars and would go to 4 if the toppings were plentiful.

I've been a couple of times recently in the last couple of months and every time the sauces seemed a bit watered down and less flavorful. I also remembered their pastas coming with garlic bread but I had to order garlic bread the last time. Anyways, the actual cook of the pasta has been consistently good so I can't complain there. They aren't the quickest to get your food out but for the overall quality I am pretty much always willing to wait for well prepared food. As for ambiance, I mean it's a food truck so not much to say there.
