This is the third time I have had late delivery on my pizza. I always give them another chance. Well no more. They don't even offer to compensate you or say they are sorry. This was the worst quality pizza I have had from them. It's like they didn't put any sauce on it. Plus they don't offer stuff crust. Please don't buy from them. You will be sry. read more

I'm really not the type to leave negative reviews honestly, I'm usually the one writing positive ones when places do a great job. We've been ordering from this Round Table for almost 5 years and usually love it, but this last experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share. Our delivery came later than quoted, and several slices of the pizza had cheese that wasn't even melted (you could still see the shredded pieces.) I called to explain what happened and asked for a refund. The call center transferred me to the store, and a staff member named Rahman (who said he was the manager) told me they don't do refunds. The only options he gave were to remake and redeliver the pizza or to send someone to our house to pick it up for "inspection," which didn't make sense since it was already late (close to 10pm), our kids had eaten something else, and were in bed. I offered to send pictures showing the issue, but he kept repeating the same options. After being on the phone for about 20 minutes, he offered 20% off our next order instead which didn't fix the problem and then hung up on us. I'm really not trying to be a "Karen," but this was just such poor service and a huge disappointment after being in the area for almost 5 years and ordering from here many times. I hope management or corporate sees this and takes it seriously, because we've always enjoyed this Round Table until now. read more

The pizza is good. That's where it ends for us. We learned to show up 10-15 minutes after the time it tells us the pizza will be ready when ordering on the app or online. My pizza was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. This happens every single time we order. Tonight the lady told me to take a 2 liter for the inconvenience. But for how expensive the pizza is, it would be cool to not have to spend so much time waiting for it after waiting at home too. After all the extra wait, mozzarella sticks were cold and cheese not melted. The cinnamon twists and garlic twists are undercooked and doughy inside. I only come here for the Maui wowie, I live right around the corner but I may have to go to Manteca instead. read more

My family and I went there today for lunch for Father's Day before going bowling. The man that helped us was very friendly and provided great customer service. He told us about the specials, instead of paying full price for large pizzas. He also replenished the salad bar for us. Great pizza and we watched the World Cup while eating lunch. Great environment. read more

The quality of the pizza and the customer service is always so great. Delivery is always really fast which I also appreciate.

Amazing service on a late night dinner after a senior night feed the whole team highly recommend this spot

Disgusting. Found a cockroach in my pizza. Called and got into an argument with "manager" and he refused to give a refund! Ridiculous. Please don't eat here. Round Table Pizza - Large half and half..pepperoni for the kids and Maui zaui for me - Pizza Near Me - Lathrop, California

These owners of Roundtable are thieves, I will be reporting them to corporate. I ordered six specialty pizzas , when the pizza were opened all had mostly bread. I think they are hoping to hold back on toppings to take to their graves. These people have no conscious, I hate getting pizza from them. We get similar pizzas in Pleasanton from Roundtable and is loaded with toppings. The difference between the one in Pleasanton and this one is that, that one is not owned by immigrants (yes I said it). I didn't use any coupons paid full price for each pizza. SMH read more

So correct me if I'm wrong. An appetizer is supposed to come out before your meal not after you're done eating right?. Then you argue about a refund on the garlic Parmesan twists that still were not finished by the time we were done eating. Then you lied to my husband saying there was no one else there that spoke English . Are you looking to keep ten dollars or earn an ongoing customer? Salad bar was fresh but, Why on earth would you have tongs for people to use to serve their kidney beans and potato salad? Please invest in some spoons. The pizza was cooked well but they really skimped on the cheese,. I don't mind paying these high prices for good food and service, but you have to deliver with good food and service! read more

Order a pepperoni pizza with creamy garlic sauce. I was charged a $1.75 extra for the sauce. I picked up the pizza. What I got was tomato sauce. They wanted me to come back in to get the correct pizza tonight when I was in another town. Don't go to this Round Table. They were very rude on the phone and supposedly I was talking to the manager. He offered no other solution read more

My family and I order the gourmet veggie pizza here occasionally along with a personal pepperoni pizza for the kids when they aren't feeling veggies and they've been consistent every time! We appreciate having a good, reliable round table location near us. We ordered delivery a couple of times and they're always earlier than the estimated time. Perfect dinner option when I don't feel like cooking :) read more

Way too pricey. I know inflation is here but at the same time those pizzas are too high in price. They need to be reasonable for a neighborhood piece of shop to be charging that much for a pizza I won't be going to that place for any pizzas. read more

There's a reason this place has such low ratings. Every time I order a pizza to be delivered it takes them twice as long as they state. Tonight it was almost an hour longer than advertised. When they finally arrived they forgot one of the items. This has happened in the past with them so I wonder why I even give them another chance. Their prices are extremely high so you'd think their service would at least be on par with their pricing. By the time I get all the items on my order it will over two hours. Paying over $55 for a large supreme pizza and a bottle of Pepsi is bad enough. Constantly not being able to deliver it as promised is unacceptable. read more

I ordered on DoorDash, hoping this location would pay attention on that app, since they've messed up 3 other times using their own app/website. Yet again, I've gotten the wrong item. Ordered the wombo combo with a skinny crust and got a regular supreme pizza. This location is always a disappointment. 1. If you use their website/app, they never see it and forget about your order. Mine has been forgotten twice. 2. They give you the wrong item entirely. read more

Worst roundtable I've ever had! I'm a local and used to enjoy the Harlan rd Round Table, until the new ownership took over. Since the new owners have taken over the place has become ran down, low quality, filthy and a disgrace to the franchises legacy. This location always has flies buzzing around, the salad bar is never tidy and often has old veggies. I tried hard to overlook the problems but I feel like the owners don't care . I've complained to corporate but they say each location is individually owned and there have been many complaints about this location. I usually would not write a bad review but at $60 bucks for two pizzas the world should know to stay away from this location on Harlan rd the last straw was my recent visit when the representative "Nitisch" at the front counter who had been scrolling on phone, taking money from customers, without washing his hands gives me my pizza to check and he literally lifted a slice up to show me the pizza was well done. Never have I ever had some finger lift my pizza! Crazy! He felt like there's was nothing wrong That was my last time visiting read more

We ordered pizza from this location tonight. Totally pissed $47 later and our food sucks. Second time our pizza was half cooked. It was the same way the last time we had an order from there. With this order I specifically asked for our pizzas to be cooked well because last time they weren't. What good did that do? We had to recook it in the toaster oven. My boyfriend was so pissed he didn't even want it any more. I will never purchase from this location again. Oh let's not get started on these burnt cooked in old oil salty lemon pepper wings!!! Like the last time the manager isn't there. This is obviously their rehearsed spill for customer complaints. Save your money or go elsewhere. You just can't buy good customer service anymore. UPDATE: Got a call from the manager, Alejandra. She is redelivering a replacement pizza. We will send remainder of uneaten pizza back for their review. read more

I had went to this Round table on a hot day when it was 104 outside. I went in to order and eat a pizza inside and it was hotter in there than it was outside. I told the worker to put on the air conditioner. I never felt it. Than I look at the door and the door was wide open. It is not like the pizza is cheap.
