Tried to order pizza my work team. I called and called and called but answer. So I finally just drove in to order in person. A guy in the back came up and said the person who runs the register was running late. No biggie. I wait and when he finally gets there I order the special, a large cup crisp pepperoni for 21.99. He says $22 something and taps the register. I correct him and show him on my phone on THEIR website that is 21.99. He knods and rings it up with an app as well. All done, I asked for my receipt and sure enough, he charged the $22.48. And no it was not tax. I wasn't going to cause a scene I've 49 cents and needed to get back to work. I checked my order and of course there was very little pepperoni on it. They just cheaper out every way they Very frustrating first experience at this shop. Won't be back. read more

We love the taste of this pizza! We placed a Phone order and did in-store pick up. The overall taste of the pizza was good. I was a little surprised by their super high prices, but decided to give them a try anyways. What didn't make that experience too great was that when we got to pick up our order we were ignored for a good 10 minutes while the cashier kept taking phone orders. She would hang up , another call would come through and she would take that call instead of just checking us out. Additionally even though I know that's on me I was a little disappointed to see a big poster for a special that was taking place for $55 for the exact order I placed but since I didn't mention the special I was paying close to $70 instead. read more

Do not use their online system. I placed an online order and it took the money off my card but I noticed I didn't receive a receipt. When I called the store they acknowledged that there is an issue with the site where it does that sometimes and they have no control . They refused to help me stating they cannot do anything, they can't make my Pizza or give me a refund. The person I spoke with said he was the owner but he did not have any information on who I could Contact for a resolution and suggested I go on Google. If this is a known issue, why do you accept orders and payment through your site?? And have no resolution?? read more

We had Pizza Guys to cater our kids classroom party today and everything turned awesome! The kids pizza was fresh, hot and box for pickup and delivery. If you want a decent pizza, do not order from this establishment in Tracy. The pizza has hardly any toppings like they took off 50% of the toppings. Just bread and sparse toppings with a thin layer of cheese that doesn't cover the whole pizza. This location skimps out and quality has gone down. School lunch pizza tastes better. The pizza is a solid 4 stars with a good crust, tons of toppings and the red sauce tastes like it has wine in it. What makes this location a 5 stars is the awesome staff. Goofed up on Grubhub and ended up calling 3 times to straighten out my order and Prida who answered the phones was so helpful and nice. BIG props for providing awesome service. We usually go to Pizza Plus when we're out in the Valley but I now have a new fave place. Price is good too, $21 with Grubhub and I got a choice of either a free 2-liter of soda or a pint of ice cream. read more

Food is good but delivery service in the last year has mostly been bad. Have received food more than 45 minutes after it said it was on the way even though I only live less than 10 minutes away. Received deliveries and no knock or doorbell to let me know it was left on doorstep as I wanted. Also even had my food delivered to the wrong house. Now I ordered 2 soda and only received 1. Called and was told that the driver would bring it later. It was about an hour and 15 minutes later when I called back because it hadn't arrived. Eventually talked to the owner who offered to have it delivered tomorrow. Asked to get a refund but just got the run around - not to mention I was continuously interrupted when I tried to say anything. Not ordering here anymore. Original posting (2 stars): Generally, these guys do a good job, w/ solid pizza and delivery. Tonite, they got the wrong sauce on our pizza- garlic instead of pesto. The buffalo chicken salad we ordered had regular chicken, not buffalo. Lastly, when I ordered, they asked me to come pick it up, as they had a single delivery driver. After being told it would be 10-15 mins, I arrived 25 mins later and was told it would be 10 more mins. The staff at the store are generally friendly, though a less than stellar experience, across the board... Updated posting (5 stars): The restaurant owner, Robin called and apologized for the issues, as he was out sick today. He was very sincere and professional and offered to refund my purchase and give us a free pizza as well. I truly appreciate the personal touch, and his caring enough to make it right. Location is a bit hard to find but just know it's near Harbor Freight. They offer everything you would come to expect from a Pizza establishment. They offer seating but it's limited so probably best to take your order to go or have it delivered. The employees are welcoming and the dinning area is clean and organized. The pizza is delicious and comes with tons of toppings and a very good ratio of cheese and crust. If you like to fold your slice this place will not disappoint. FYI. They offer Ice Cream and that's just perfect. This place is worth the price. read more

My breaking point was waiting 1 HOUR & 45 MINUTES for a delivery that I was told would would take approximately 15 minutes. Had an appointment nearby and decided to stop in to Pizza Guys. Met the owner, Robin, who provided the best customer service making special orders for my pizzas/calzones. I work the service industry and my experience inside with Robin was wonderful. He made me feel welcomed, showed he cared by providing solutions to my special requests, and when it was complete, he even walked my food to my car and handed it to me with each item clearly labeled. "Speciality" pizza literally has spots of dried herbs dumped around spots around the pie, meat also sporadic. Sure everyone has a bad day, but when your business is 1 thing...in this case PIZZA, not much wiggle room where I'm concerned. Recommended to me by some friends I have to agree that this is one of the better places to come in Tracy for Pizza. We do have a fair amount of Pizza options here but when you know what those options are it's actually pretty sad, I say skip those for take out and come here. The Pizza are really loaded with toppings, we always get the same ''All Meat'' and there's so much Meat that you can't see the sauce underneath. Love it! The crust is fairly good too and really good dipped in their Garlic sauce. Aside from Pizza they also do Pasta, Salads and Wings as well as Garlic Pizza Bread which is so good I could happily just eat that on it's own. *TIP* They get really busy so call your order in or place it online and it will be ready for when you collect it. read more

The pizza delivered was amazing! This is my first time trying their Pizza and it did not disappoint! It was on time, there were no surprises when I opened the box , the delivery driver was very polite (something you don't see much of anymore) not to mention when I ordered online I accidentally pressed two specialty pizzas and after my order went through I contacted the restaurant right away and the gentleman on the phone took care of it with his manager right away to reverse the charges on one of my pizzas without any problem! Got pizza guys today. I have had the pizza before which was combination and that was very good. My company that I worked for bought it so I can't speak to the deli every quality yet. Today I got the calzone, and I'm not sure whether it was my choice in toppings (pepperoni and salami) but it was unfortunately very greasy. The box is made of a thicker card board and it was still able to seep through the box. The actual taste was about average. My services was good and standard and everything was fairly fast. I haven't tried anything else but I do plan to go back to try some other things on the menu and give an update. read more

Horrible pizza establishment. I have never received good service from this location in Tracy. Today was the breaking point. Ordered 2 large pizzas 2, 2 liters bottles of Pepsi order fir delivery came to $70. Ordered at 7:22 pm was told up to 1 hour. The guy taking the order was completely lost had repeat everything 5 times and their phone sucks too. After 3 more calls pizza arrived at 9pm. The worst service I have ever had the 12 years I have ordered this pizza. I ordered for delivery, at 12pm on a Saturday, a double extra cheese on thick crust and what I got was burnt pizza with no extra cheese but was lied to and told that it was double extra cheese. I brought the pizza back in to show them because over the phone I obviously couldn't prove it. So I said make my pizza so when I get there with the burnt one it's ready. (Probably the reason I'm writing this review, pizza guy ego) Once I drove to the store showed him the burnt crust he claimed that's how all the pizzas come out. THAT WAS A DAMN LIE! The pizza is decent, it arrives pretty quickly (hmm perhaps because of Greg N.'s review comments?) When I call they're USUALLY very polite & friendly although they have set the phone down and totally forgot about me for 5+ minutes, (the person who did that has never answered the phone again. I wonder if she's gone) They must have caller ID or something (even though my # is unlisted and shouldn't show up, I think?) because they frequently call me by name when I call BEFORE I've given them my name. The driver arrives quickly. The pizza is still warm and crispy 90% of the time. He's quiet but polite, just someone trying to make ends meet I'm sure. I try to always give him at least a 20% tip. The pizza is tasty but does not taste so good the next day. I love some of the "specialty pizzas" they have. The Tuscan Chicken and the Garlic Lovers being two favorites. I don't remember what is on the Tuscan Chicken but the garlic lovers has: Mozzarella cheese, garlic white sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, Italian sausage, green onions, diced tomatoes, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. The green onions and tomatoes are uncooked they appear to put them on after the pizza is done. Pizza guys is one of the two pizza places in Tracy we regularly get delivery from. read more

Pizza Guys has great pizzas, but there on line ordering sucks. 45 minutes trying to place an order for their website. I was never able to complete the order on line. Frustrated I called the store. They took the order over the phone but said they can't give me the special because i have to do it on line. The site kept timing out before I can add to the cart. The lady said she would start my pizzas anyway. I continued trying to place the order on line. It still didn't work. I showed up at store n she didn't make the pizzas like she said she would, in case I didn't show up. So does this mean anytime an order is called in, it won't be made in case you don't show up???? Needless to say, I was not able to get the specials on line & had to order 3 pizzas instead of 4. She told me it would be 15-20 minutes so I went to Starbucks. When I got back to pick up pizzas- they weren't done. Only one was done n laced in oven. I still had to continue waiting. She kept saying she was the only one working.... I was over an hour late to feed a group of people because of this.... I get that things happen, not a perfect world. Why in the world would a business only have one person working on a Saturday?
