I went to this place to try out the coupons we get at home so I ordered two large pizza for the fam with $10 off which is nice. I waited about 25mins and the pizza are warm and drove home about 5mins away, I was really excited to try them. Unfortunately the excitement went away when the bread was too hard but the flavor is there. The pizza shouldn't be that hard when it's fresh off the oven and especially I drove only 5mins away from my house. It was a disappointment for me. I basically scoop the toppings and ate that only. The service was fast and the cashier told me about the coupons some can only used to certain locations. The place is empty only 4 people are eating and mostly people do take out orders from what I observed. Maybe I'll try different locations. read more

It was quiet when I got there. There wasn't anyone else dining inside. Wanted a mini/personal sized combo pizza with a salad, mozzerella sticks, and drink, but they could only make mini pizzas with 2 or 3 toppings. Had to order a small combo and knew that would fill me up so passed on the salad and mozz sticks. Fresh pizza tastes the best at Mt Mike's. Took about the usual wait time for them to make the pizza which was brought to my table. I usually go to a Mt Mike's for the buffet, but this was for dinner and not my usual location. I was in the shopping center for an appt nearby. Employees that I encountered were friendly. read more

Great tasting pizza and Quick delivery. The service was convenient but never been to the actual location so cant talk on ambiance. Our favorite is the pepperoni. read more

Review #893 Posted on 6.19.25 I came in here on Wednesday the 18th to get takeout here on same night I went to another place, thank god I did. Right when I arrived, my pizza was ready. Service was fast, friendly, & accurate. They've got plenty of space for a group, perfect for a team party, eating with the family, etc. Pizza is very quality here, they don't chince on the toppings, always a good sign. This spot is located at the beginning of the Save Mart shopping center on Schulte. For sure worth trying. read more

Very kind man that made the best garlic knots!! Intentional with the food he serves and is worthwhile:)

The food is good, a good amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperonis, the service is good and cooperative, and the restaurant may be small but it's still feels like a pizzeria. A good 4/5 read more

Very nice costumer service, very clean. the food was really good and the worker took her time making it

I was visiting my parents in Tracy over the holidays and we decided on pizza for dinner. They wanted a Hawaiian pizza, which I never get, but went with what they wanted. I placed the order there for carryout- a large pizza with ham and pineapple. The cashier was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, and the order was ready promptly. Again, Hawaiian pizza isn't my thing ever but it was pretty good, and my parents loved it, so it was a win. read more

Came here again to get my usual and this time Virpal made my lunch. She did a good job and she has a nice personality and a good attitude. Keep up the great work and I'll be back soon!! read more

The lunch buffet was terrible the last few times so we won't be back. Start time is 11:00 and at 11:45 there was no pizza so had to wait 15 minutes. Clearly they wait until they have a few customers before cooking the pizza. The quality of the chicken on the pizza was terrible. The last 3 times it's been the same, waiting 15-20 minutes for pizza. Overall it is not a clean establishment. Boxes stacked up in the seating area, dust and dirt. There was a dead fly stuck to the table that had been there a while. read more

Honestly I really like their pizzas but DANG... IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE. It's more expensive than Pizza Hut if you can believe that. The pizzas are normal sized and the specialty pizzas are great, but not worth no 30+ bucks a pizza!@! And yes, they charge extra for everything you put on that pizza. Even ranch on the side! It's not even good ranch! It's the packets you buy at the store and they make it: extra watery! Avoid the ranch! You're better off buying your own expensive ranch that's NOT watery. The service is okay but shotty sometimes. Sometimes they're decent and sometimes they're not. I had a bad experience with a younger girl who worked the register once, but I never went back. The dining room is good for parties but I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to relax. They have the TV blasting for football and basketball fans most of the time. Good for large parties but not a formal dining experience. Too many kids running around. The salad bar is very good too. It's very clean and they take care of it. For the price of their salads it better be clean. Overall it's way too expensive. I don't know who owns it but here's a hint, lower your prices, advertise lower prices and I guarantee it, people will come. Then maybe you could afford real ranch packets. read more

this place sucks! orders wrong, over charged and the dummy that work don't give a shit. they just say "sorry". after sitting in the restaurant for 20 min that's all heard is one after another sorry's to customer after customer. never again read more

Excellent pizza. Had the Snowy Alps less diced tomatoes, added extra garlic and linguiça. That is a darn good pizza. Employees are always friendly. Like the terminator said "I'll be back". read more

Mountain Mikes is always a good pizza. This location has a seating area and a salad bar. There's plenty of seating room and several TVs to watch from. Customer service was lacking during my visit and I witnessed some poor food handling going on in the kitchen. If you order take out they leave the pizza out in a common area that anyone can get to. I saw a total of 4 employees up front and 1 in the kitchen. The one in the kitchen was using her apron as a napkin, wiping something off her hands. Most likely won't be ordering from this location again. read more

I have a coupon for a pizza for 18.99 plus tax with one topping. They refuse to honor their own coupon. Both locations suck. Saying they can't enter it in their system. So I guess I will not be getting pizza at either location again. Already have bad reviews. Should've know better. Smh read more

Amazing and very friendly staff! The food is delicious and the place is clean and accessible!

I've come here for 10 years now. Best mountain mikes in Tracy and my all around favorite pizza! Super happy they introduced the gluten free crust a while back. As someone that can't eat gluten anymore, I'm so happy I can still enjoy a delicious Mountain Mike's pizza! Can't even tell it's gluten free (besides the thin crust lol)! 10/10 read more

We had Mountains Mike's pizza years ago and it was awful. We decided to try it again. Granted, it's not the best pizza in the world, but it's definitely the best in Tracy. We ordered an all meat pizza and added artichoke hearts. It was really good. The cashier was nice when we picked up our pizza. read more

Pizza is gross and not worth the excessive price! not sure why this particular franchise is worse than the others. That last 3 x pizza has been super dry and no taste. The mountain mikes in Stockton are much better! And I made a complaint and never received any correspondence. read more

I've gone twice for the lunch buffet. Both times all the patrons are just waiting for them to put a pizza out.. any kind of pizza... I heard guys in there saying.. I don't really get the privilege of ordering out too often so my family was super excited about ordering Mountain Mike's Pizza we ordered the Pikes Pikes pizza, With extra cheese this pizza not only came with very little cheese very little toppings was incredibly doughy and just almost inedible....ordered a sandwich The Cliff Hanger, which came with all of six slices of dried old salami nothing else on the bread lettuce and tomato thrown on the side of the sandwich so overall we were really disappointed unfortunately this Mountain Mike's location doesn't reflect others we have visited in the past. We did order a salad which was wonderful it was prepackaged and our family did enjoy that but other than that.... I really think management needs to monitor what's going out the doors because for the money we spent it was really unsatisfactory I notified the location via email but have not heard a word back, hmmmmmm.... K. Bye read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, Yelp requires at least one star to post. I'm quite disappointed with my experience here. Despite receiving coupons and rewards through the corporate app, this local branch on Schulte Rd. refused to honor them. They suggested trying another location instead. As a result, I'll be taking my business to a different branch in the future. read more

First time ever trying Mountain Mikes Pizza and I would say it's A-OK, not amazing but not terrible either. Hubby and I decided not to call an order in and simply turned up, the wait on a Saturday evening was about 20 minutes, the place is fairly large inside with lot's of seating and a Salad bar, very Family friendly. Being Meat lovers we choose The Everest which is all Meat. Toppings were evenly distributed and the crust thin, a little too soft in the middle but crispy around the edges. Not too shabby, given the lack of great Pizza places in Tracy it's a fairly decent option. read more

Good, fast, helpful and hot. Good, fast, helpful and hot. Good, fast, helpful and hot. Good, fast, helpful and hot.

I find it hilarious how you can never go wrong with pizza especially with kids. We got a Mountain Mike 20" since there were five of us. Well this pizza easily feeds 7-8 people. We had enough leftover for breakfast in the morning for the long drive back home the next day. The girls absolutely loved "those little pepperoni's" according to the youngest one that was the best part. $30 to feed us all wasn't bad and the pizza was good would definitely be back if traveling with kids. read more

Weeeeell, where to start.., The place was clean. The counter help was chaotic, seemed as if they had other "better "things to do. The cashier who helped us was efficient . The back kitchen seemed very busy ,while the front was on their cell phones. One girl actually called another cashier over so she could talk on her phone. The pizza was ok,not our favorite. The beer was not ice cold, and seemed a bit flat. Toward the end of our eat in at the location, one of the counter girls dropped the "f###" bomb loud enough to draw our attention, more than twice. If you don't want you kids to hear that, then don't bring them here. Not sure if we will be eating inside the location read more

Grant Line Location sucks!!! i ordered the pepperoni and it had bearly any on the pizza nothing like the online picture shows, what a fucking ripoff for the amount of money for these pizzas and quality should be first, Taste was very good but.. false advertising and skipping on the amounts of pepperoni that is on the pic versus to what you are actually getting Sadly Disappointed wont order from this location again read more

Terrible service. The phone was answered "hello". No mention of mountain Mike's. The workers were all bunched up behind the registers speaking mainly Spanish. They kept getting orders wrong and seemed very unorganized and unprofessional I have to eat gluten free for health and they had to redo my order!!! I will never come back!!!!!@ read more

Had lunch there today with a group of friends. I had the lunch buffet. We were the first customers. The lettuce on the buffet was wilted and changing color and texture. Pointed this out to the clerk, she indicated they were "just about to change it ". Took quite a while before it was replaced. Buffet menu limited. No vegetarian options, only cheese pizza didn't have bacon or pork. After picking out the pork, went back to ask for a clean paper plate (and these weren't the most expensive plates) the same person rolled her eyes saying you only get one plate. Seriously? The cinnamon dessert was okay. read more

I placed an order online because when I tried to call them they never answered and eventually I got the busy signal. I arrived to pick up my order 30 minutes after I placed it, and the cashier said it would be another 20 minutes "maybe". I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, small garlic sticks, and a 2 liter of soda. 50 minutes seems a little long for that small of an order. I saw at least 10 staff members, the majority of which were standing behind the register counter doing nothing. I heard the phone ring and one employee asked another if they were answering phones again or not. What??? If you're too overwhelmed to take new orders at least answer the phone and say that! Super unprofessional to just ignore calls from customers. What about the people who've already ordered, calling to check on the status of their order? While waiting for my order I also noticed that the tables nearest the restroom/cash register smell like urine. I'd rather not visit this location honestly. read more

We ordered a large pizza and a salad. The salad was very pricey, but fresh. We enjoyed the pizza and the restaurant was clean.

I read the reviews and being a stickler for good customer service, I had my concerns but away my boyfriend and I went as our tummies were growling and we had been talking about trying this place for a long time. We arrived on Sunday around noon and ordered at the counter. The girl wasn't overly friendly but she was fine and smiled at least twice. I asked if they had any specials and she said she could give us one... okay.. thank you. We split a medium 1/2 Everest (no olives, added jalapenos) 1/2 Robber's Roost (no olives, added sun dried tomatoes) we were told 20 minutes so we took a seat. There was no one else dining in the restaurant at the time of our arrival but it seemed as if maybe they do more of a take out business this time of day as people did come in for take out orders. It took longer than 20 minutes but they have two flat screens in the main room to entertain you and of course you can talk to your dining mate while you wait. The pizza arrived with paper plates. I asked for hot sauce and she said they didn't have any WHAT?? so she offered shakers of Parmesan cheese and red peppers flakes. I doused my slices with red pepper flakes and filled my face. The crust was good -not too thin, NOT greasy, and perfectly crispy not even slightly burnt :) the toppings were plentiful and everything was so good- we loved our pizza! I docked a star for not having a hot sauce option (first time ever I've run into this) and for not offering green olives- I like blk olives but LOVE me some green olives on my pizza. We will order again and will eat it at home where I can add green olives and hot sauce. read more

Minus one star for the prices not being lower. Come on this is the recession right now! But aside from the price, this is a really good pizza joint. My friend lives right around the corner from here and we walked over and ordered a pizza. Super yummy. Their pizza is cheesy, a good helping of dough and I wanted to keep eating more. I'm so going back here again when visiting Tracy. Oh one thing a local should try is their buffet. I know I would. read more
