Hubby and I really like THIS Round Table pizza. The staff is helpful and helpful, pleasant and efficient. The pizza crust is crispy on the edges and the pizza cooked perfectly. The salad bar is fresh as are all the salad ingredients. We have usually go early evenings. While pizza is getting pricier, if I'm going to eat one, this is where we will be coming. read more

They didn't have the buffet which was my reason to come here There was no sign on the door, before entering that the buffet wasn't available. I have to write a review on this place because I recently complained about an order months ago. The pizza was overcooked and it was for daughter so I was little mad and complained. Not only did they make me another that day but today thier employees Dustin must either remember the customer name or learned from experience. Either way this place made me feel comfortable and respected to spend my money. It's always clean they never forget anything unlike the one on Granteline. I've come here a bunch of times over the years. Most recently I came to get takeout on Friday night the 15th of November. I feel like this place gets a bad rap. It's for sure not the 2 stars they have overall. Now, a few things as to why it's not 5 stars. 1, it's expensive, if you're charging what you do charge, IE-$35 and up for a large pizza, ranch or whatever extra sauce, etc should be free, especially if you get 2 pizzas & or other items. #2, I'm not a fan of collecting a tip up front, before I've even got my food, A, on time, & B verified if my order is correct, that makes no sense. Pizzas are made to Round Tables standards though, which is a must if you carry their chains name. I'll continue to order from these guys, but I think they should make changes to the two things I mentioned above. read more

I called at 7:37 pm , I was told 20 minutes for my order to be ready, I waited 5 minutes by the register finally I was helped by a driver, I payed at 8:07 pm and was told my pizzas where goi to be ready in 5 minutes . the pizzas where not even in the oven at that time . I asked again for my pizzas at 8:18 and I was told another 5 minutes. I asked for my money back and the gentleman didn't even try to make things right. He refunded my money and didn't even apologize. Visiting from the Bay Area with my friend decided to have pizza for lunch to the Round Table Pizza. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The customer service was absolutely top-notch--everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Hayley and Dustin, who greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The thin-crust white sauce vegetarian pizza was simply delicious--flavorful, perfectly crisp, and loaded with fresh ingredients. The drinks were refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. What stood out to me even more was how spotless the entire place was, from the tables to the bathrooms--everything was immaculate. It's clear that they take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere. I was honestly surprised to see a 2-star review because they truly deserve 10 stars if it were possible! I understand the low ratings must be from the past, but this place is now managed by such great, nice people, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. Our first time at this location. FYI They don't have lunch buffet here either. We went here only because on yelp there was a review from one month ago of the round table located on Naglee Rd that they didn't have buffet and to go somewhere else. Here we are and there is a sign on the salad bar that says lunch buffet closed. So we asked the staff and they said it is not just closed for the day, but completely. Nobody else in there eating, just one customer in line besides us. Ordered a large combo. $40 plus bucks. I call it rich people pizza. Very expensive, but sooo good. We rarely ever get round table. Realized I had already left this joke of a business 1 star a few years back, and yelp only allows you to update your review. Last review, at least 2 years ago: not 1 employee knew how to use a gift card.... and the pizza took 30 minutes longer than they told us it would take. Fast forward to today: order for pickup, they say 45 minutes.... we go to pick up our pizza right at the 45 minute mark. Not ready. Wait an additional 30 minutes. They forgot to make one of the pizzas!! The employee tells us it will be another 45 minutes! AWFUL SERVICE. Terrible management, I've never had such a bad experience. I spoke with the manager, Phillip, and he was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. My pizza was 45 minutes late and he offered no solution. Claims the owners of the location tell him "I'm not allowed to do anything to help". Pizza was cold by the time it got to me, and I already had to feed my kids something else for dinner. MOD pizza is delicious, prompt, and treats people well. At 8pm we called to find out status and were told that the order was "en-route" and it had just come out of the oven so it would be "nice and hot". As I'm on hold at 8:24 delivery guy finally arrives. As they guy is standing in front of me, they come back in the lime and said that they had him in the line and that he said he would be here in 10 min...really?? Pizza was cold, smashed and cheese stuck to the top of the box. I learned 1 thing tonight, the 2 Round Tables are not corporate owned as they use to be. They are now privately owned by the same person and they refused to tell me who that was or give me their contact info so I could call and complain. Had the worst experience ever at this location! They literally all took a break at the same time leaving my pizza on the counter to get cold. There was a lady in the back with headphones on and I kept saying, "excuse me." She obviously could not hear me because her music was too loud. After 5 plus minutes of standing their and saying excuse me I went to grab my pizza from the back counter myself since no one was working or listening. I proceeded to call the manager on the way home and explain the situation because I felt it was totally unacceptable that I had to get my own food and I one was working the counter. I tried to substitute tomatoes for green onions. Isaiah refused to substitute and wanted to charge me for green onions even though they are saving the tomatoes. On Memorial Day I placed an order for my maintenance team for 5 XL pizzas to be picked up at 11:40 through online system. The pizza was done on time however the pizza was hard and basically burnt. It was disappointing as my team of 20 did not bring lunch as I was providing it to them and it arrived and no one wanted to eat it but did as there was nothing else to eat. Bad experience as far as take out. $300 order and it was worth maybe $20 if based of quality. I also take employees to the lunch buffets and pizzas are never out in a timely manner for the Buffett everyone constantly waits for the pizzas to be refilled.
