I tried to substitute tomatoes for green onions. Isaiah refused to substitute and wanted to charge me for green onions even though they are saving the tomatoes. Very small thing to do, to appease a customer and that was to much for him to do. Looking at the overall reviews for this place, clearly they aren't very concerned. read more

Great quality of pizza with awesome customer service. Recommend this place for yummy and fresh pizza.

Kids love the pizza, we have not eaten at the location, always carry out. No complaints about pizza , a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would imagine this is similar to all round table locations. read more

Horrible service ordered online said my order will be ready in 15 mins get here and I'm told that apparently online timing is off that currently orders are taking an hour and 15 minutes. Ridiculous at least Pizza Hut and dominos are accurate with there timing Also see the guy making pizza has his mask down! Will not be ordering from Round Table AGAIN! read more

Round Table always hits the spot...Over the years I've had everything on the menu. Today I ordered to go at lunch break. I ordered online to save time. The total was 16.99 for a small. Within minuets Round Table called and said the pizza I ordered was on special today 18.99 for a large would you like to change your order? I said yes. Thoght that was kool since I had no idea about the deal. Had the new advertised Sausage & Sweet Peppers Specialty Pizza. It was everything I expected from Round Table. Great customer service at a fairly new and we'll keept location. read more

Round Table Pizza - Sausage and Sweet Peppers Pizzza...had to try it ya digg...mmmmm - Pizza Near Me - Tracy, California

The employee walked out from the bathroom mopping the floor and came to serve us. Has a policy that they charge for ranch but no policy for washing their hands after cleaning the bathroom. Be warned read more

2hrs to get a pizza delivered. No thank you. Thank God for MTN mikes. I'm so over this poorly ran business. Next up. Corporate office!

Horrible horrible service. My daughter wanted to eat out. We haven't done so in a long time since covid. She chose pizza so we came here. The guy running the front of the store had a friend show up. He tells me my food is almost done and goes outside to work on this guys car with him. Meanwhile my pizza is done. The kitchen rings the bell several times but there no one to bring me my food because he's outside working on a car. I waited and he was still just in this guys engine. I finally had to go get him. He comes in all filthy. Just the worst. I was so irritated that I no longer wanted to eat there. So $70 later and my daughter didn't even get to eat out we ended up taking it home. Highly disappointed. Will never be back. read more

The young lady at the front cashier was very polite, even though the phones are ringing off the hook. She still made sure I got everything I wanted, including the extra jalapeños and buffalo sauce I asked for last minute. The pizza was absolutely delicious!! read more

We sometimes order Round Table Pizza as take-out. While it is quite expensive, Round Table generally, makes better quality pizza that most pizza restaurants so when we want a baked pizza, we usually order Round Table. When we have the time to bake the pizza ourselves, we order our take-out pizza from Papa Murphy's - which also makes excellent pizza at about half the price charged by Round Table. However, this review is less about Round Table take-out than about the dining experience at the South Tracy Blvd. & Valpico Road Round Table. We've gone to the South Tracy Round Table a couple of times for lunch. Our recent experience will be, I think, our last such visit. The first problem was that the all-you-can-eat lunch version of Round Table Pizza are not as good as the take-out version. The pizzas seem to have less sauce, the toppings are sparse, and when we were there the choices were limited to cheese, veggi, and Hawaiian. It would seem prudent to offer more variety given that there were duplicates of all three of the varieties available. The salad bar part of the lunch was very good. There was an abundance of fresh salad makings, some alternative salad choices like macaroni salad and three-bean salad, and there was a choice of several dressings. The atmosphere at the south Tracy Roundtable is clean and casual. The music, however, some kind of rap that was on so loud, we actually tried changing tables to escape it. With the music, it was impossible to talk during lunch. The staff that attended the lunch seemed to be bored and just going through the motions. We were, already, not too impressed with the lunch experience. But what topped it off came at the end. A full fifteen minutes before the end of the posted lunch hours, we finished our main meal and my wife went to get some of the sugar-cinnamon pizza which, earlier, had been set out next to the regular pizza. The tray was empty and my wife asked a waitperson if they could replenish it. She was told that lunch was "winding down" that whatever food that was out would be all that would be served. Wrong answer. We paid for the pizza lunch buffet and it is the responsibility of the staff working the lunch to make the full buffet available during the hours that the lunch is being sold. At $9.99, the Round Table Pizza lunch is a bit higher-priced that most of the competition. If the lunch pizza were up to Round Table's typical standards and if the food selection didn't dwindle near the end of the time that the lunch is offered, then the price wouldn't be excessive. But, as it is, we'll be trying other Tracy Pizza parlors. The South Tracy Round Table seems to be poorly managed. read more

1.) If I can give 0 star I would. Seems like the owner of the restaurant will hire any body lacking of basic skills. All employees do not know what's on the menu. No customer service skills. No common sense what so ever. I asked if a flat bread came with mushrooms (I did not want mushrooms) the employee said they do not come with mushrooms. I said ok perfect. When I got the pizza, IT HAD MUSHROOMS. 2.) Went to re order another time, it was 8:30, they close at 9. The boy on the phone said they stopped taking orders at 8:30 so they can be out by 9..? I'm sorry, is that my problem that Round Tables employees can't efficiently manage their time? Is it my fault I tried to ordered at a time BEFORE THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO CLOSE only to be told I'm too late? their fear was they'd get customers coming in after 9 so they'd have to stay longer..at work.. the place they signed up for..TO WORK. 30mins of not taking orders for dinner time because they are LAZY. The downfall of this Round Tables is not the quality of their food, but the quality of their employees. Such incompetence, such laziness such disrespect. EDIT: GOOGLE SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 10. read more

Ordered a pizza , called to see if it was ready then had a family member pick it up. When she got there , the order magically disappeared. Long story short , called the manager Christina. Extremely rude not helpful. No wonder all the bad reviews. They just don't care about the customers. Will be call corporate tmw. FYI if your a manager learn customer service skills and learn how to run a pizza place I don't know how a order can disappear and also from the system. Makes no sense. read more

Round Table is by far better than any other take out/delivery pizza chain and this location is no exception. Great tasting pizza. I have picked up from this location a couple times and never had a problem with customer service. I took off one star because it is a little over priced for a pizza chain. Unless you have a coupon you could go to a nice pizzeria instead for the same price or less. read more

When they keep you on hold 17 minutes only to come back and start off by saying "I need to warn you it's a 1 hour 30 minute wait for take out and over 2 for delivery. Are you still interested?" Couldn't ask.that before putting me on hold? Off to Mountain Mikes! read more

Absolutely ridiculous slo-mo behavior!!! I have ordered from them twice in the past week and each time I pick up my order they have made my pizza and when I drive to pick it up they then tell me they ran out of Pan crust. The first time was understandable the second was not. Why make it if you know that's not what I paid for??? Common sense obviously isn't common. I checked the business' hours for this location and all websites/apps have the closing hours at 10pm. I went tonight and got there at 9:20pm. A female employee was seen cleaning in the main dining area. I went inside, since the front doors were unlocked. She looked at me and I could tell she was not happy I was there. I asked her if they were open and she said they close at 9pm. I told her about the online hours and she said the online hours were wrong and hasn't been changed. It was my first time going to this location, since I just moved to the area, and I wasted my time going there. Bad customer service. read more

I really like Round Table pizza... In fact, it's probably the best pizza in Tracy. This location is pretty good. They are never really busy when I go there, and the help is pretty friendly. They are pricey- $33 for an XL half combination/half pepperoni. I know I could go to Little Caesar's (ugh) for $6 or even Mountain Mike's for a lot cheaper-but Round Table Pizza is just better. The only thing that I hate is that they charge you $1 for 2 thimble size containers of ranch dressing after spending $33 on a pizza. Oh well. read more

Ordered online with a delivery time of 5:45 based on family coming over. Order arrived one hour early, so we will end up with cold pizza by the time family arrives. Called and spoke to the manager who informed me that I would need to re-order the pizzas and would have to pay. I was also offered 15% of a future order, which I can find online. Extremely poor service and will never order again. $80 for average pizza and bad customer service is just not worth it. Very disappointed. DON'T CALL!!! read more

I would give zero stars if I could cuz I called a hour and half before they closed and they said the can't do extra large or large pizza only medium or smalls and half way though my order they can't do pizzas anymore there out of crust to call back in a half hour and I waited and called back and they still didn't have crust like WTF it's a pizza place how do they not have crust read more

Ridiculously overpriced. Large pizza with a few toppings, carryout, picking it up myself... $37. Wait, what? Is this imported from Naples, Italy? Do they have any specials... uh, nope. I can go down the street to Dominos & get a large 3-topping for $7.99 - sure, its not exactly all-star pizza, but $7 for that and $37 for this? No way and never again will I walk in the Round Table doors. thanks for nothing. read more

Round table Pizza used to be our go to place for pizza. We ordered a King Arthur's supreme which is nothing more than the name for their combination pizza. Upon placing the order I was told their delivery time was one hour and fifteen minutes. And this was on a Wednesday night. A large pizza 12 slices was 33.50 without a delivery tip. This was absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had at Round Table Pizza. Shabbily put together with little of any of the meats. Mostly old vegetables including old mushrooms. There was no crust sauce and crap to the edges. The pizza wouldn't even stand up to holding it. It flopped down and was disgusting. Never again. Little Ceasars and a Domino's Beat the hell out of this place. DO NOT GO THERE OR EAT, ORDER OR PATRONIZE THIS JOINT!!!!! PS. Delivery guy said. Hey what do you expect as far as the extended time. "I'm the only guy making deliveries. SUCK! read more

Horrible service here. I should have gone to mountain mikes and spent my 30 dollars there instead. The staff was lazy and no one was in front to take my payment. My pizza was literally sitting on top of the counter for a good 15 mins. I was yelling excused me at the girl in the back to get her attention but she had earphones in her ears and didn't bother to come check on me. The manager was rude and need more training on how to manage his staff. Obviously he is incapable to be a manager. Who ever hired this person should do a better job on hiring their staff. read more

This is place has the most simple minded people on the planet. I received an email order to confirm my delivery. "Sam" didn't know how to look up a order and to top it off , they tried to give themselves a 20 dollar tip on my card. I looked at my bank account and the charge was for an extra 20.00!! This round table pizza franchise is one of the worst ive ordered from. We ordered online at 11:43 and it took us an 1hr and 30 min to get our pizza. Mind you our office is 10 minutes away. When we called them at 12:41 they told us our pizza was on the way so we said ok should be here by 12:55 Still no pizza until 1:15 So we called the manager he said there was nothing he could do except 25% off next time and that we order Why? so we can wait another hour and a half for our pizza? Don't think so. He has lost our business and ill be sure to tell all Just a warning to all of u. Ps: our pizza was the skimpiest pizza we have seen and it was wrong. read more

I'm. Enjoying there lunch buffet 8.99 as. Much pizza and salad as you want. Not to crowded and I was in and out.

We went in on November 18th in the afternoon. For starters, the place was very clean and people at the lady at the counter was very nice. We ordered garlic twists and a medium pizza. The twists were cooked a little too well done, and we had to ask the server for ranch and dipping sauce...twice. The pizza was also a little too well done. But overall it wasn't bad, so I'm sure we'll come again. But the food wasn't my problem. My problem rested with the fact that the manager had decided to discipline an employee in the middle of the damn restaurant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. From what I gathered from the conversation (halfway across the restaurant), the manager had decided to write up the employee for lodging a complaint with the owner against the manager for "harassment". I don't know what the circumstances were, and I absolutely understand there's two sides to every story, but you NEVER discipline an employee in public like that. You do it either before or after the restaurant closes, or in a back room somewhere. If the employee's allegation is true, then it looks like he may also have a case of retaliation against the manager. If the owner reads this, you might want to get your staff in check. read more

Most disgusting place ever. This place had literally every table filled with dishes. Pizza took 50min. They make $30 a pizza. They better be staffed and clean the dishes and bathrooms. Bathrooms were a different story. Disgrace. Shut this place down. Ran like an ampm/liquor store read more

Round Table Pizza - Imagine this on your pizza SMH - Pizza Near Me - Tracy, California

Ordered a pizza for delivery. I was told it would take an hour and 20 minutes. After a hour and 45 minutes I called and was told our pizza had just left and was the second delivery with the driver so it would be about 10 more minutes. 2 hours in the pizza finally comes and of course it's cold and looked like it had sit around for awhile. Very disappointing with the price and after waiting over 2 hours. We only kept the pizza because it was after 8 p.m. and didn't want to wait any longer to eat. If you are going to charge prime price then you need to have prime service. Not at all worth the $30.00 for a large Pepperoni bacon pizza that was supposed to be their $21.99 special. They of course added a delivery fee etc. Next time Mountain Mikes or evening I hate to say it but Domino's or Little Caesar's at least they charge appropriately for what you get. D read more
