So it's been a while since they've opened, so I figure it's time to update. First off they have the rudest delivery drivers! On 2 separate occasions I have had a delivery driver pass me while driving down Valpico. Same one both times. Here's a hint buddy, you have a large Round Table sign on your car, I know where you work and the number. Both times I called, and yet I still saw him driving around. If it happened to me twice, can only imagine how often he did it. The pizza is good, but they need to figure out their Parmesan twists. The last order we got had a little of everything. Burnt, raw and edible. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The girl with the hat was so rude and not sure what her problem is but she for sure is mad at the world! She was not welcoming and when we arrived they had the big areas closed off and we didn't fit in a booth as it was my husband, myself and our 4 kids so the guy told us we could sit in the room. Of course one of the kids accidentally flipped the pizza on the floor and when I went to go tell the girl and apologize she rudely responded with, " that's why that room was closed off because I cleaned it already" I still apologized again. After I left I realized her attitude and customer service was terrible! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!! Would have given 0stars but I can't!!! read more

Wow what a joke California bay pizza should be here to see what a pizza place with pickup and delivery should not look like They had 4 pissed off customers as I waited for my take out The girl had no response for any of them They must have succeed syndrome they don't give a hoot about their clientele It took over an hour to get a single item pizza read more

I am surprised that for a restaurant that offers coupons, and has online ordering, that they cannot get either correct. I have tried to order online in the past, but gave up because the site would not take the coupon. Again tonight it wouldn't take any of the coupons. I gave up and ordered at full price anyway. I took the coupons with me when I picked up my order. They said they couldn't apply any coupons or discounts because I had already paid online. It was a glitch they were trying to fix (except it hasn't worked for months). The manager suggested that instead of ordering online, I should just call the store and tell them the coupons. Then what's the point of having online ordering? When they went over my order, I had to correct them. My son has a dairy allergy, but loves pepperoni pizza without the cheese. I like online ordering, because I can specify no cheese, and add an additional comment about the allergy. With both of those in place, they still made a cheese and pepperoni pizza. The manager claimed responsibility for the error and they cooked another one for me. However, the other pizza and wings we ordered just sat in the warmer for over 10 minutes. They did give me a drink while I waited. I was surprised they didn't offer me a special coupon or something to make sure I'd return. But when another customer came to the counter and said their order was incorrect as well, I realized this must be a common occurrence. When I got home, our pizza and wings were cold from waiting so long. Very disappointing for pizza at this cost. We will not return. read more

Pizza and wings were good but the salad bar was very messy so we passed on that. I'd understand if they were busy but it was a weekday and only 2 other couples eating there. read more

I know it's just a pizza place but when you have so many options out there it's crazy they would not care about customer service. I called to place an order for delivery and was told my wait would be 45 mins. After an 1hr and 15 mins I called to check in the status. I was told the delivery man had left and would be at my home within the next 5 mins. I lived less than 2 miles away! After waiting another 15 mins a called again to speak to a manager. Mariah, the manager was useless. Her response, "sorry about that we're really busy tonight" I'm a reasonable person but my issue is if you are "really busy" than don't promise "45mins" if that was the case I would have came down myself to pick it up had I known! After waiting and 1hr and 45 mins I had to make dinner for my family anyways since it was almost bedtime for the little ones. To top things off when it did come it was not even warm!!! No exaggeration, it was cold and very chewy! I have no idea how long it must have been sitting to get like that. It was awful! The price you pay for roundtable you would hope it's at least warm! I will not give this place another dollar! Note to the owner, maybe get someone there who knows how to manage a "really busy night" so you don't lose paying customers. read more

HORRIBLE timing with online ordering. Placed my order online, 5:41PM. Delivery time estimate 6:26PM. It's now 6:50 PM and the order will not be here for possibly another 20 minutes. I'm told the reason for delay is the cashiers up front enter incoming web site ordering. If they're busy the online orders take longer. Makes no sense!! It's unfortunate because Round Table has great food but this is ridiculous. read more

Waited for more than an hour for our pizza, instead of getting the last honest pizza we got soggy pizza that tasted like it was not cooked. Stick to dominos who can at least deliver ON TIME and the management will call you back and try to fix things if they are not right read more

Horrible customer service!! I will not be coming back to this round table. They messed up on my pizza deliver order. I called and I was promised a 40% discount on my next order.. so keep the customers happy right? I agreed to it! I kept my soggy pizza put it in the oven no big deal... I call tonight to order pizza and tell them I have a credit on my account from a previous order that was messed up?? Well no record and they can't do anything about it. I will not be coming back to this round table any time soon. read more

If I could I would give this place a 0 stars. This place is an embarrassment. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I placed my order through the app bcs every time I called I was left on hold longer than 10 min. After my order did not show up as scheduled I then called spoke with Elsa she told me she did not know when my order would be delivered that she would call DoorDash to deliver my order. After 30 min I called again and she said she did not know when my order would be delivered. I asked for my refund she said she did NOT know how to issue my credit. Mind you she said she was the shift manager and does NOT know how to issue credit (WHAT???!!!) I told her to have owner or manager call me ASAP she said the person calling me would be MAYRA.... 1 hour later still NOOOO CALL or refund. I called store back to speak with Elsa Maribel said she was with a customer left me in hold for more than 5 min. I hung up and called back Anabel said she went on break. How can a "SHIFT MNGR" leave a customer on hold not answer my call and just take her break when supposedly they are sooo busy???!!!! JUST UNBELIEVABLE WHAT WE WENT THROUGH TODAY WITH THIS PLACE... read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced With two young girls running the front with AWFUL attitudes! Will NEVER be back here.

Doesn't really matter what location I leave this review for. YOUR MEDIOCRE PIZZA IS WAY OVERPRICED!!!!! You have to be kidding to charge $30 for a large pizza! You don't have lobster as a topping so what the hell are you ripping us off for? Found a real pizza place with the best Garlic Chicken pizza it puts that so called garlic chicken gourmet to SHAME! Hey it gourmet on the side of a can of cat food and that doesn't make it so! I ripped up all my lame coupons and the Togo menu! Bye Round Table. All because you over charge. It's pizza not caviar! read more

I went to Round Table today to get a pizza and drinks promotion that they had online. When I showed up to pay I was told that this store doesn't participate in this promotion. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not there. It wasn't until I actually placed the exact same order online, at the counter, that I was finally told they would honor the promotion. At that point I just left. I will not return to Round Table again. read more

Their customer service is UNACCEPTABLE! We order quite often from this location. I was told delivery would be in 55 minutes, which would have been at 4:14 pm. As of this very moment, It is 4:33 pm and still no pizza. I spoke to a so called supervisor who was unwilling to discount the pizza! Tacky, tacky, tacky!!! I will never order from you again because of your lack of customer service! Keep your 10% for my next order! There won't be another one at your location!!! read more

Always good pizza but for the third ti.e was liked rol about what we ordered. They said 6 free twists with large pizza so I didn't use my coupon and paid full price. They show up with no twists and tell me that I didn't order a specialty pizza. Ugh... done fighting with them. Well just go to mnt. Mike's next time read more

Service was slow, and the pizza here is like no other round table ive ever been to. I think they cheap out on their cheese and use some low grade bargain stuff because the cheese is very thin and stringy. Not like the luscious gooey cheese at other round tables. Color and flavor is off too. Aside from that, i ordered it with extra cheese and got a pizza with so little on it that i could see down to the bread. I asked for a new one and they brought another one out and it was no different. I think the cheap cheese they use bakes down to nothing when cooked. It's all grease. See photo. Hopefully they fix this issue. Not what i expected. Definitely the stereotypical franchise issue. read more

Round Table Pizza - Overcooked and stringy cheap cheese. Not even that much cheese after ordering it with extra cheese and paying for it. - Pizza Near Me - Tracy, California

I cant believe most say the pizza is good, it USED to be very good, got a to go order last nite, 40 bucks for just a pepperoni. I would be ok paying extra for good pizza but there was not much pepperoni and the sauce is so disgusting! Tastes worse than Dominoes, but at least Dominoes prices are not thru the roof. I think Round Table as a whole is going down the tubes. Yuck, canned crappy sauce, i would expect better from this franchise. read more

Hey Round Table! How about you hire people who are competent and not teenagers. Placed my order online and arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled time and it's still not ready! Been waiting for close to 20 minutes and it's another 5 minutes to go! What's the purpose of ordering ahead?! To make matters worse other people that got here after me have already gotten their pizza and left! Never ordering from you again. Mountain Mike's from here on out! Wow I just got off the phone with Christina unbelievable experience last Monday evening I spent over $80 in ordering two pizzas and wings I specifically asked for one of my pizzas to have white sauce and the other one to have red sauce and for my wings if possible to be all flats they excepted all requests with no hesitation and took my money when the pizza came an hour and a half later and I live literally down the street in hidden Lake of course my order was messed up I contacted back the manager And spoke to her and I believe it's probably Christina she had the same voice I went and told her what happened they said not to worry about it next time that exact pizza will be on the house and saw the wings I said are you sure if I call the next time I don't wanna make it an awkward experience she said nope I put everything in the notes please call back whenever so a week later I contact them and ask about the free pizza and wings she starts to interrogate me ask me questions over and over again and I answer some of them and then I actually tell her hey this is exactly what I didn't want to happen again I asked for her name which was Christina and I said you know what I'm having a bad experience go ahead and cancel this I don't think I'm gonna order from you guys anymore and she said OK no problem sounds great And was very happy for me not to order from them again what kind of customer service is this unbelievable I believe they think because it's COVID-19 they can just go around and treat people the way they want to because they're probably going to still get paid because they needed to work at this location unbelievable I hope ever read this never eats at this location again I will be contacting corporate read more

This is the worst Round Table I have ever been to, once again I am sitting in here 45 minutes after I ordered my pizza. I was quoted 25 to 30 minutes, after 40 minutes, went up to the counter asking how much longer and it was obvious our pizza was over looked or forgotten, needed to see our receipt. It was bad enough that the kid who took our order kept screwing up, 3 different prices were given and a missed item before giving me the final price. There seems to be a bunch of minimum wage kids running the show here. Thank God this is a franchise with delicious pizza because if it wasn't, this place would be empty, what a disgrace to Round Table. read more

Love the Pizza, of course, it's Round Table! We have always been treated fairly and the place is always clean. The salad bar is fully stocked and fresh. On delivery the pizzas and salads have been delivered on time! Pizzas have been warm and salads always arrive fresh. - Zero Complaints! read more

Favorite place for pizza. Lunch buffet is always good, plenty of seating. It can get crowded as the day goes on, especially if they have multiple areas reserved for parties. Salad bar has only been left to shambles one time, but it was my most recent time. Bathrooms are clean, has a retro style arcade game, always someone within view of the dining room, four TVs. It is considerably smaller than the Naglee RTP but it's cleaner. Delivery from here is not a good option. One hour, 15 minutes to drive seven minutes south. Pick up or dine in is the way to go. read more

I rarely eat fast food or pizza alone but does happen that I get tired of a strict diet and feel like cheat meal once in a while. I ordered a large veggie pizza (i always add my own grilled chicken to my pizza, for one I am generous with the chicken I put in and i know it is real chicken, not processed cheap dog food quality chicken) First I have to say, out of all the places in the country I have ever ordered pizza from, this is probably one of the more expensive pies. I chose the pie to get delivered, I was advised 30-45 mins time frame for deliver, I live 8 mins away from the place. Pizza came after an hour later, granted the pizza does taste good (for American pizza) and does taste fresh, the wait time is what caused this to be only a 3 star review. **They also charge 2.25 I think it was as a delivery charge** read more

Three straight online orders ... three straight times that I arrived when the order was supposed to be ready, only to be told that it would be 10 to 15 minutes more "because they were busy." (Tonight: only one table being used.) Head scratcher: Ordered a pizza with extra basil; received a portion cup with basil "because it burns when it cooks, so this is how we do it" ... once, because every other time it's just fine. Again, Tracy is noted for its absolutely horrible customer service -- it's almost what makes us what we are -- so this is just par for the course, and I give you a pass the first couple of times you screw me. Three times? Three too many. Sidebar: I asked the manager how long my order would have taken if I had called it in at 4:45 (rather than placing it online). She said "about 20 to 25 minutes." I asked why, then, was it going to take 45 minutes for my online order. (Insert sound of crickets here.) read more

I ALWAYS have to wait at this place! Owner needs to staff right. Too bad. Too expensive too.

The food is always good. I order the All meat pizza. A little greasy and expensive but overall tasty.

Horrible experience at Round Table. We went to celebrate the end of soccer for 5 year old girls. The coach reserved an area, we arrived at Round table, and ordered our pizza's. Then the onsite manager Ian told us we had to move because of a mistake made by the scheduling person. He said there was nothing he could do except set us up on 2 person tables along a wall. He walked away and the only solution came from the other person whose reservation actually showed up. We shared an area and both groups made the crammed area work. Then the pizza we ordered didn't show up. Tables around us got their pizza, the other group got their pizza, and there we are waiting. My wife goes up to ask and is dismissed by the onsite manager Ian. She gets frustrated and tells him to cancel the order. He goes about to cancel the order and says it's done, but doesn't provide a receipt to show proof the transaction was voided. 45 minutes of arguing and he can't provide or show proof the transaction was voided. He tells us that we should see it in our bank account, but if not to call corporate to get an update. The frustration was incredible and the lack of support (possibly due to training) from the assistant manager Ian was ridiculous. We asked him to call the manager/owner since he couldn't provide any information. He finally gave us a number to call the owner and told us he would be in the next day. An hour and half wasted, no pizza, kids hungry, parents upset, and we left with nothing. Next day we call the owner and he gives a bunch of excuses for the onsite manager "Ian" that is still going through training (blah blah blah). We finally get confirmation via email that the transaction was voided. It was a horrible experience and completely unnecessary. Round table in Tracy needs to train their staff better (Ian should be fired) and they need to take care of their customers. For the price and lack of service, this is the worst pizza in town. read more

Great pizza! Just the right thickness to be crust and just the right amount of sauce. The toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I've not tried delivery, but we normally order on Fridays and it's always ready in 20-30 mins. My main issue is the price and coupon policy. You already price so high, let me use two coupons without having to place two orders. You make it too hard to convince the wife to not order Papa John's. For a great deal, try the all you can eat! Too bad it's not available on the weekend. read more

The newest pizza place in South Tracy. This sits in RED MAPLE Village at the corner of VALPICO and S. Tracy Blvd. I typically order to go and have not been unhappy. It is close to home so the pizza is always piping hot when I get it home. From phone order to eating the pizza at home, 25 - 30 minutes and it's a quality pizza. Prices are a bit high compared to other pizza places in tracy but I will pay for the convenience. I would also like to someday swing by for their lunch buffet from 11:30a - 4:00p or so. Please call them for specific hours. Thank You Round Table for moving into this complex. read more

The pizza is good but they never seem to be right on the time it will be ready and they managed to screw up my order...not once but twice!

Love Round Table. Hate the inconsistency. I have had great experiences and some not so great. Latest version - ordered two pizzas to go on REGULAR CRUST. Got two on SKINNY CRUST. Receipt clearly shows the correct order. No clue how they managed to do that. Latest thing - they removed the promotional program. You used to enter in your phone number to get credit for purchases. Good thing I used my credits recently otherwise I would have lost out on $75 bucks worth of freebies. read more

Wish I could give them ZERO stars! We have ordered for delivery twice and EVERY single time it takes almost 2 hrs. Called them and they said 10 minutes, nothing! So we called a second time after 20 minutes and they gave us some BS story of how they came but we provided them no apartment # and they said they "TRIED" to call but the phone number they have for us is wrong! So checked the online order review which clearly has our correct information. And when they FINALLY show they bring the WRONG ORDER and it is now 9:04pm and we initially ordered at 7:19pm!!! So then the delivery guy goes to call his manager and they say that we called to cancel our order!?! Wtf!!! Instead of owning up to it and saying "sorry we accidentally cancelled your order" they try and blame us for it! WORST ROUND TABLE EVER!!!! read more
