Love Round Table. Hate the inconsistency. I have had great experiences and some not so great. Latest version - ordered two pizzas to go on REGULAR CRUST. Got two on SKINNY CRUST. Receipt clearly shows the correct order. No clue how they managed to do that. Latest thing - they removed the promotional program. You used to enter in your phone number to get credit for purchases. Good thing I used my credits recently otherwise I would have lost out on $75 bucks worth of freebies. read more

Don't ever order pizza here! The delivery guy fraudulently adds on his own tips if you pay by card over the phone!!!!! You sign the receipt thinking nothing of it and a different total shows up on your card statement....this just happened to me this weekend! I was furious!!! If I would not have been looking at my online banking I would of never caught it. Just imagine how many people this has happened too! I'm still waiting for the general manager to call me! BEWARE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER...I've been going to this Roundtable location since we moved here and for the first two they were fine... the last year this location has gone down hill BAD.... I stop going for a few months because I had a very bad experience I had them deliver the pizza..they said it would be an hour ... an hour came and gone so I call and they said it would be an 20min ...ok ... it gets here and I go to open it and low behold it was the wrong pizza wasn't what I order...call them to let them know and it was are you sure that's not what you order... for real I know what I ordered I ordered the same thing ever time ... they even have it on record... so I had to wait another 40 min ...so now today I do an online order .. paid for it .. got an email confirmation with time it should be delivered... again time promise came and gone and no pizza... so I call and ask what's going on... was told that they never received my order and I then told them want are you talking about you took the money from my account and it paid in full.. a manager get on the phone and said they been having problems with there online orders for the last 3-4 days .. so why are you taking orders online if your aware that your have issues???? She then said we can take your order and get to you in 40min ... WHAT ... it's already been an way over an 1 1/2 ... and now you want me to wait another hour for a pizza come on... so I ask for a refund they said it will be 3-5 Business days... Wtf .. so ask for the owner because round table Pizza's are now franchised out... too bad some owners are dragging the roundtable name into the dirt and they're not known for their quality pizza anymore... the owner gets on the phone and starts talk about Technology these days.. I then tell him you guys are well aware that your online system is picking and choosing orders that it wants to send to you guys why are you guys taking orders online if it's doing that you may have other customer sitting at home thinking they're going to get their pizzas and they have no idea that you guys do not receive it...that's wrong on his part... he they starts talk about the online service and he just pay for it ...what does that have to do with me and I don't care that's something he need to take up with them .. I pay him and his company for something I expect to get it ... so of course I get nothing and have to wait for 5days for a Refund.. The pizza is good. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! ordered an extra large specialty pizza and sat down and noticed we were to get free breadsticks. Went back to counter and they said ya you can get those. We ordered and paid for 6 more so we had enough for our whole group....only 1 order came out so as we left we asked for our money back for the ones we paid for. They didn't give us a receipt for the breadsticks so when we asked for money back...the dumb girl proceeded to tell us that the ones we paid for we got....so we weren't going to get the free ones!!!! WAIT....WHAT???? after some yelling at the girl....she decided she'd give us our money back. Couldn't add pepperocinis to a pizza but they are sitting right there in the salad bar.... I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and they delivered a burned pizza with no chicken, when I called to complain, they offered to remake and send the correct pizza. When delivery arrived they wanted the old pizza, after railing the manager on the phone, I gave them back their pizza and will NEVER order Round Table again. Ok. Here it is a month later. Our FREE pizza the owner was kind enough to offer, to prove me wrong, that his staff could indeed take care of their customers. Well, mission FAILED! Ordered wings to see if they would get their stuff together. He (the owner) praised me on my first review, and how he was going to implement it in the training. He thinks the workers should provide the sauce for the wings, as it asks when you place the order online. Well, they did exactly the same thing again, tonight. The dude was nice, but my mouth dropped. I actually had to laugh, I told him, umm, you KNOW WHY WE ARE GETTING TIS FREE IN THE FIRST PLACE RIGHT? No, he said, but clearly his 3rd day on the job, he said "we do not have that sauce here, YOU HAVE TO GET IT YOURSELF!". Makes me know that this IS THE WAY THEY ARE TOLD TO DO IT. You sir-owner have changed nothing. Not a thing, clearly they are trained this way. BTW-it is FREEZING IN YOUR RESTAUARANT I refuse to pay what they charge, if I have to get shit myself and freeze while we sit and wait over the 25 minutes for the pizza we were told would be ready by. I gave you another chance. Thanks for the free pizza, in hopes to keep my business. If it wasn't such a pathetic thing that just happened, I would not feel sorry for you. I do. My husband and I ordered here a few times for pick up or delivery. They tend to be rude when it comes to asking for substitutions on any special and they are picky with coupons you have. Pizza is usual Round Table quality, can't complain about the pizza. This is mainly about our recent experience while eating in the restaurant. We ordered our pizza and the girl said "20 minutes". We sat down got a salad and waited. Right around 20 minutes later a guy walks out with what appears to be our pizza to another table. I then go up to ask about our pizza and they said they were busy it will be another 10 minutes. It was obvious they gave our pizza away. 10 minutes came and went, I went up again and is told them about the other table getting our pizza. They gave me another crap story and said 10minutes....uh that's about 20 minutes behind just enough to make us our pizza. 40 minutes after we ordered the girl calls our number and our pizza is in a box! The other reviewers on here are terribly whiny and picky. This location is the best of the three in Tracy, and my wife and I drive from the north side of Tracy to this one because of their general service and quality standards. We normally come for the lunch buffets, and they always have enough pizza (which seems to be a problem at the other locations). They also "rotate" product in the salad bar, which lazy employees tend to overlook elsewhere. I think at times they get lax about cleanliness, but I know they have an expensive lease because of their location and probably can't afford to hire another employee to add the extra detailed cleanliness. I completely understand. The food quality, however, has never diminished. I'll keep coming back here. read more

I went to this location today at 12:30 and asked for two buffet plates. The buffet only had half a cheese pizza, half a Hawaiian, and the cheese sticks, all of which were cold. When we went to go sit down we had to put the dirty plates on a different table because there were either people on the tables or dirty plates everywhere. The one worker keeps itching her nose and pulling up her hands and then just walking around. Please tell me how picking your nose and touching your clothes is food safe. read more

Ordered in advance for 5:30 dine in, got there at 5:20 and paid. Ordered salad and pitcher of beer and was given our table market and asked to take a seat and it would all come out together. Pizza came out at 5:30 but after 25 minutes and three trips to the front counter a manager finally came out of the back room to pour the pitcher. Two big groups booked here in advance and a lack of staffing, I guess the other reviews were right in the money about this place. Graduation night I order pizza using online order create your own half combo the other half pepperoni. 52 min later After Martin Perez Lopez calls me and says we are short a driver but he should be at my house soon. 10 minutes more and he drops off a medium cheese pizza. He says he is the manager yet after being late and bringing the wrong pizza, he offers zero accommodations. He was rude and never apologized. Can't wait to speak to the owner. If there was a negative thumbs down I would give it this rating!! However, since the only negative experience I EVER received was from the manager P#@$$, it wouldn't be fair to blame the others for his horrible repertoire. They screwed up my delivery and when I called back to say the extra cheese that I paid for was not on the pizza and that it was burnt black in some parts was too crunchy, he said that they did not have the capabilities to put cheese on top of my pizza and bake it. He was rude, short coming and told me that I can come pick up my pizza they delivered with their error in 10 minutes, if I wanted them to redeliver I would have to wait 2 hours. If I wanted to drive there I wouldn't have paid extra for delivery! He then refused to give me any contact information to give my horrific experience to His boss and then claimed he was the top owner of all Round Tables. I called the other Round Table and spoke with Ozzy Mgr there and he not only offered me a kind solution to my problem, but he offered to drive the remade pizza to my home Personally!!! I'm not even in their delivery area. Now that is a MGR!!! I felt bad to take him away on a busy Friday night considering it wasn't even his fault to begin with. Kudos to the Round Table Mgr Ozzy. Bought a large pizza here once as it was the only restaurant in the area with out a huge line. When I put it in the car i swear it smelled like a fresh pile of dog dung. I even checked my shoes to see if I had stepped in something. This was the third time in about five years I have bought a Round Table Pizza. I'm not the one to write review. I had gone there yesterday at 5:30 pm and didn't get out until 8:00 pm. The food was good so was customer service. But the time waiting for my "small?" pizza 1:30.00 There were people that got there after me, and they got their food before me. Those same people were leaving before i did and i got there first. Visited this restaurant with some friends and family about a week ago for the lunch buffet. Price was pretty reasonable, they charged about $8 per person. There Pizza selections however, did not live up to our expectations. The buffet included 4 different types of pizzas, garlic twists, and cinnamon sticks. It was somewhat enjoyable because the worker made everything fresh for us. Overall, an OK place to fill up your stomach with cheap and somewhat pleasurable food. read more

Decided to try this place again. It was kind of late when I called, so I wasn't sure if I would be getting a pizza. The gentleman on the phone told me he would happily deliver me a pizza. I had heard this before, so I didn't get my hopes up. He told me 30 minutes, and 25 minutes later my pizza arrives, already a vast improvement from last time. We ordered a pizza for delivery. It took them over an hour. We had to call to ask about our delivery at the hour and 15 min mark. Ron answered and told us very rudely that its on the way it should be there any minute. When we told him we ordered over an hour ago, his response was in, our system shows its been 56 mins, it should be there any second and then hung up on us. When we did receive our pizza, the boxes were completely smashed and soggy and our pizzas were super cold. We called back and spoke with the manager, Marleen. She offered to have new pizzas made and delivered. O don't understand how that is helpful seeing as we have already waited over an hour for our dinner and we only live a light away. She didn't even apologize for her staff until I reiterated that we were hung up on and our food is cold. Then offers us a 25%off our next purchase instead. Thanks Marleen but no thanks, we will not be returning to this Round Table. Shoot, we get our pizza delivery faster from MT Mike's or even Milano's, and they are further from our home than round table.We always end up with some type of issue when we order from this place. read more

Best pizza in town, hands down! We ordered for pick-up, and the pizza was ready by the time we arrived. It was delicious! I was a bit befuddled at why a large pizza cost $26 & change, but when you put into perspective that it fed 4 people, you can't eat at a restaurant for that, so not a big deal. read more

On Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at approximately 11:20am I decided to have lunch at Round Tables Pizza located at 2630 South Tracy Blvd Tracy, Ca. The franchise owner of this Round Tables Pizza took my order. Upon me paying for my meal with my Debit Card the owner swiped my card authorizing payment while at the same time asking to see my ID. (I believe you're suppose to see ID BEFORE payment is authorized) I had no issue in presenting him with that at all. While I'm at the salad bar I see there is a Caucasian man and his wife that orders their food next and there payment method is the same as mine, with a Debit Card. But the owner never asks to see their ID, he simply smiled and said have a good day. I decided to approach the owner after I was finished dining in. I approached he owner first asking if he had a business card while he was behind the counter on his personal phone. His response to me was of discuss as if he wanted nothing to do with me and was as if I was bothering him. He said they didn't have a business card and when I asked his name he had trouble giving it to me clearly. I asked what the policy was for seeing ID for customers paying with a Debit card. He very aggressively stated that he asks everyone who pays for ID. When I mentioned to him his lack of identification concern for the Caucasian couple after me he then went on to say "Why are you bothering me?! Sometimes it's at random". When I challenged his statement that checking ID at random can become discrimination he then retracted his statement and said he always checks for ID. The owner of the Round Tables continued to be hostile and asked for me to step over to the side with him. Now, in my head I'm thinking he wanted to speak off to the side and not in front of people, so I agreed. But I was wrong, the Owner decided to have me follow him to all of the white customers sitting down eating and asked them "Excuse me, do I check your ID when you pay"? I then interrupted his extremely distasteful and race driven rage to humiliate me. I asked for him to right his name down for me and he refused saying, "No, have a nice day and you can call the police if you want". This is a matter that I see others in my Community dealing with and to have it finally happen to me as an African American Young Man is insane. Yes I had on sweats, yes I had on a hoodie sweatshirt, yes I had a hat on but that's no reason to be racially profiled due to attire and race. Little did the manager know, I'm a Pastor in the Bay Area where I pastor and oversee many, I'm a spiritual Advisor for many celebrities, I have a family and I'm somebody. This day I didn't decide to wear my expensive suit such as the Caucasian gentleman behind me. But matters like these happen everyday and I'm hoping that your office can help me shed light and be composited for this Racial Rage that took place at the company of Round Table Pizza. I did make a report with Round Tables corporate office and they basically said because it's a franchise it's nothing they can do. read more

This was my second time at this Round Table! The cheese ravioli was delicious! The salad bar was nice & fresh! I had a little bit of a wait for my food but it was well worth it! My service was well also & I even had one of the younger guys ask me how everything was!
