Pizza tastes decent but way too expensive.last honest rip off.its not worth $30 for a pizza.also they keep raising their prices.make a good pizza at a reasonable price and get more customers so you don't have to be so high. read more

The last 3 times I left with no pizza. I call in the order they say the order will be ready in 45 min. I get down there 1 hour later and the pizza is not even made yet. I wait 20 minutes more and the pizza is still not in the oven. read more

Pizza is good but service lacks. Always takes longer to get your pizza than they tell you. Like 20-30 minutes longer. Not satified.

Horrible customer service. Got my chicken order wrong so they replaced it. I was done eating my pizza when the chicken came. They asked for the other chicken back even though it was their mistake. If it was Domino's $5.99 I wouldn't care but after spending $55 for one pizza an order of chicken and a tip there is no compensation for the inconvenience? I called corporate and she said she would "file a complaint". Well I had them "file a complaint" when they just didn't bring my order (that was confirmed online) because the manager said they wanted to close even though I ordered a hour and a half before closing time. Nothing ever came of that. So I guess not only do they not give a crap locally but on a national level as well. So F@#* you Round Table. Looks like Mountain Mike's it is. They are cheaper anyway. read more

This pizza place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's good, sometimes not so good. Sometimes a lot of sauce, some times not so much. I don't know who voted Mountains Mikes best pizza in this town. but even when this place doesn't operate right, it is still ten times better than those places. I'm glad I don't have to travel to the other side of town to get Round Table. I'll review it again after awhile read more

Terrible sevice!!!! The cashier lets other people to just waltz in front of you in line and take their order while you wait. Good service gets noticed, bad service gets blasted all over social media. Close this round table down. They deserve no business!!!!!! read more

I don't know why this place has a bad review rating. We eat here at least once per month and we've always had a good experience. Coming in on weekends during rush hour, and if we've had to wait an extended period of time we were offered a discount and the pizza is always excellent! Tonight we witnessed a terribly rude customer demand they put the pizza back in the oven "I ordered this crispy and NOT BURNT EITHER" apparently the pizza came out and it still wasn't to his liking and and he demanded they completely remake it. Oh then he said "and we're starving so can you bring us something to eat while we wait" basically wanting something for free. Anyway, point being is that the manager handled the situation VERY well, she was professional, compassionate and accommodating to his rediculous demands. I personally wanted to tell the guy off. I probably would have thrown the pizza at him and quit my job. This place is doing better than most give it credit for! Keep up the good work team! 9/22/17 8:30pm Friday night. read more

Overpriced, but has good quality. The Medium size is the small pizza size for Little Ceasers.

My pizza was delivered cold and the box was pressed close too hard. The pizza was stuck to the inside top of the box. The delivery man also forgot the creamy ranch to go with my order of hot wings read more

Never again! Walked in at 9:02 and was constantly told how they close at 10 and then whole time we had poor service with a side of attitude! NEVER AGAIN! RUDE RUDE RUDE read more

I signed up for a Yelp account just to explain how disappointed I was with my order. I moved here a year ago and this was my first time ordering from this Round Table. The pizza arrived very fast. I thought this was a good thing at first until I realized my pizza toppings were severely lacking. There were barely any of the items that I ordered on the pizza despite opting for the "Extra" option they provide. I was very upset about this especially since I don't make a lot of money and basically wasted $35 read more

Pizza is always delicious. Customer service is the worst. I understand when someone is new and lacks customer service, but when you receive horrible customer service from the ASSISTANT MANAGER... That's when the line stops. Never have I been to a restaurant to spend my money on quality food and received disgusting service. Mariah "assistant manager" as she claims to be is beyond rude. Been going here for years and every time I encounter her she is rude. She has no customer service. But tonight did it for us. Def won't be going back. Sucks to let one person take that away, but I'll never let someone treat me or anyone that way she did tonight. She's rude, disrespectful, & worst of ALL knows that she is and is proud of it. I respectfully refused to be helped by her because of how rude she was being and all she said was "well I'm the assistant manager, I can do what I want and I'm the only one that will hand you cheese and peppers, so would you like some or not" I was in utterly shock. She said this in front of a lot of people too like she doesn't care at all about customers. If the owner Farzin sees this and doesn't do anything about it it's a shame because she's causing his business to drop and fail. I'm one of the 50 people that won't eat there again. It would be the saddest thing if action isn't taken. I'd hate to see your business fail sir! Good luck with whatever decision you make. read more

Great service... not really. After spending a good time telling my address to naglee road round table pizza through the phone I get told to call this pizza store for them to tell me they couldn't do it too and they will give me naglee road number again. I just want to oder a pizza! Why is it that hard to order? Pizza is still good, there service is something left to be desire for. read more

They messed up our order and I had the online receipt to prove it. They made "extra cheese" instead of the topping we ordered. Had an extra wait time on a very tight schedule, and I thought they were making a new pizza- but they actually just added the topping to the extra cheese pizza and didn't tell us. Some may think that would be a bonus, but we found it very unappetizing- we don't like extra cheese. This is the 2nd time we had a bad experience, so we will not be returning. read more

My husband and I went there about 6 p.m. on a Sunday evening (4/14/13) and the place was a bit trashed. There was garbage and food on the floor, the girl at the counter was all sweaty and the salad bar only had about half the containers filled. We ordered a medium deep dish pizza and my husband asked if they were restocking the salad bar. The cashier said they were restocking it, they had just been "slammed" at lunch and were getting caught up. So he ordered a salad bar with our pizza and we ordered a couple of drinks. When I got to the table I noticed we were charged the $6.99 "Salad bar w/out meal" price, rather than the $5.49 price with a meal. I went back to the counter and asked about it, she said it was their policy to charge the higher price unless we ordered a large or extra large pizza. I looked at the sign and it didn't mention this so I asked her if I could speak with a manager. The manager came out and looked at me like I was a thief or something and said "just this once I'll give you the lower price" like she was doing me some huge favor. Funny enough, when we were in line the woman ahead of us complained that she had been charged an adult price for her 5 year old daughter's meal, and they refunded her the difference. As I was getting my $1.50 credited back to my card a man came to the counter for the same reason as me. I got one of their fliers and noticed it states in it that their salad bar for dine-in customers was $6.99 for Family and $5.49 for Individuals. Not impressed by this location, that's the first and last time we go there. We'll stick with Mountain Mike's never had ANY problems there and I think the pizza was better at Mountain Mike's. Boo! read more

Stopped in last week for the lunch buffet and never again. First bite i had, i dove into some sort of cold bean salad and it was RANCID. I had to run to the bathroom to spit it out however the restroom was locked so i had to run outside to vomit on the side walk. seriously. I took my salad up to the cashier, after having loads of hot vomit escape my body, and informed him that they have spoiled rotten sh*t on the buffet however he wasn't even apologetic. He was only gracious enough to offer me new salad plate. I requested that he remove the bean salad from the buffet, which he did right away, thankfully. Unfortunately i was out 18 dollars plus a tip for a ruined appetite. No thanks. Y'all suck! You round table employees really need to pay attention to what you are serving people, that was really disgusting. A Tip for everyone else who would like to give this place a go, INSPECT YOUR DISHES CAREFULLY or get a DiGiorno from Raley's across the lot! The standard here is obviously very low. read more

This place is horrible and the "manager" even worse. My boyfriend ordered a pizza and bread twist online at 5:53 with a confirmation number. At 6:55 he called to find out if it was out for delivery yet. A girl answered and he asked about his order then placed on hold, then again a guy on the phone he repeated himself and got put on hold....the manager gets on the phone and claims that they never received his order. My boyfriend told him how have you not received my order when I got a confirmation number and his bank was charged. The manager proceeded to argue and say "that's impossible, thats impossible" that his bank has charged the amount. The manager kept telling him that "lets charge your card again so I can get your order together and figure out what happened to other one." Of course he said no why are you going to charge it again and pay twice when you already charged me and again he argued saying "its impossible." Finally the ass of a manager says he needs to search online for his order and after being on hold 15 minutes the manager comes back on and says my boyfriends first and last name because he found it and his excuse was "this has happened befor." He said he would rush his food and he finally got his order at 7:30. They are a bunch of incompetent idiots there. You place an online order it gets sent to them on a ticket they give you a delivery time and male your order, but not here! All they have is a jackass for a manager that makes excuses and puts blame. Round table has decent food but pricey but better believe we won't be ordering there again even though its literally around the corner.....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Btw only giving it one star because yelp makes you choose before continuing or else it would be none! read more

UNTRUSTWORTHY! Ordered pizza online at 6:30. Received email confirmation that pizza will be delivered BY 7:21. At 7:50 we're calling. They offer some lame apology and say they're running at about 1.5 hours. "If it's not there in 10 mins, call back." LAME! And it's not the first time. It just reminded me why I stopped ordering from Round Table even though I prefer their pizza. I could accept 1.5 hours, if I was told 1.5 hours. At least it would give me a chance to make another choice if my family's hungry and doesn't want to wait 1.5 hours. Mental note: NO MORE ROUND TABLE DELIVERY! read more

Horrible delivery service. Pizza arrived 30 minutes late from the hour wait time. I called after the pizza was 20 minutes late and the person who answered said, "hold", then click. Rude. The pizza that arrived was not my complete order. It was missing a large combo. The delivery person indicated that it was a bad night. He said he would go back and get my pizza (with another hour wait). He goes to his car comes back and offers me a different pizza that he had in his vehicle and now I'm thinking is that what happened to my pizza. It's a pepperoni. We decline saying we want what we ordered. Of course I had pre-paid. I felt bad for the delivery person but I was reminded that it is his responsibility to check his order before he leaves. The pizza that we were left with was cold. BTW this was not a weekend or a holiday. It was an average Thursday, ordered at 6:30pm online. It's now 8:30 and we're wondering...will he even come back... read more

Been a long time customer for Round Table Pizza, especially since i moved to Tracy about 18 months ago. Today I experienced terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza and the person on the phone said delivery would be there in 1 hour. An hour and a half goes by and no pizza. I call back round table and the guy says that whoever i spoke to misinformed me and thought i meant walk in time even though its being delivered. He begins to make excuses saying that maybe i didn't understand the wait time for delivery, even though he specifically said it would be 1 hour not 2 hours, otherwise there would be no reason for me to call to find out where my pizza is. I asked to speak to manager, which I believe his name was Philip. He tells me that the person who spoke to me made a mistake and it was because they were so busy. Just because a place is busy doesn't mean you tell customers wrong time frames. I asked for the owners information so i could write a letter and Philip refused to give me his info because it was too busy? I live 3 minutes from Round Table so if they would have told me it was gonna take 2 hours to have a pizza delivered to me, then I would have picked it up. I go to Round table all the time and there are great employees that i have met there but the manager Philip or if that is even his role obviously has no idea how to run a shift because all it takes is communication to have his employees that are working at a busy time to inform customers accurate times, not just whatever they want to spit out. Philip then said to me that the pizza was on its way but 30 seconds before I spoke with him, the other representative said it was still in the oven which would mean that someone was lying. My recommendation is that Philip definitely needs more training on how to run his shift if he is going to work a Friday or Saturday. If the owner of this round table reads this message then it would be great to hear back on how I can get a refund since it is now 945 and I still have no pizza delivered at my house. read more
