I was trying to figure out what to do for our daughter's 13th birthday that wasn't too "little kid" themed and thought maybe we could do an early dinner before your typical crowd comes in. When I looked at your website it was like it was meant to be that ON her birthday you were having your special event. It was perfect. Food- she still prefers her safe food so her meal was the Golden Arches ;) but thank you for letting us bring it in for her. For mom and dad- this time instead of just appetizers we opted for an appetizer (garlic bread), and two main dishes: the pernil and the creamy chicken pasta. Everything was delicious. My husband took one bite of the pernil and I heard him say "oh yeah" lol. My chicken pasta was flavorful and had plenty of veggies and chicken and the portion was perfect for me to have leftovers at home. That garlic bread though-- you are not kidding around with that! It was very tasty! Thank you for the little birthday dessert, while we knew she wouldn't eat it, it was important for her to have the candle/singing experience. Then of course she made us eat it. (And yes it was also delicious.) Hope we can return on other nights both with our daughter and if ever possible for a mom and dad date night. There are many other dishes we want to try.

Not too heavy actually. Nice layers. My friend had the spaghetti and meatballs. She really liked her dish too. She took some of it home and the waiter even brought a few extra breadsticks for her when he brought the to-go container. I don't like the whole paying at your table with the table-top machines but I guess it allows you to go when you want to. It easily allowed us to pay for our meals separately. Overall a nice meal.

I walked in with my mother-in-law and my sleeping 8 month old. My fiancé was coming to see me, his mom and our son on his lunch break, he wasn't even coming to eat. But they insisted that we had to wait for the whole party to be there but we were trying to get a table to spend time with him. They said we would have to sit at the bar since our whole party wasn't there. The restaurant was not even really busy. Mind you, we had an infant with us so obviously we were going to need a booster/high chair. The host gives us a booster for an older child with no strap which is obviously not going to work so i went to the car to grab his stroller since he was sleeping. By the time I came back he was awake, so I asked for a high chair. They said we can't sit at the bar with a high chair or a stroller even though we came in with the baby and they insisted we had to sit there. They made us get up and move to the back of the restaurant so we could have a high chair. They did not even help us move our stuff as we already had menus, tableware, and drinks. They left it all at the other table. They still took the stroller even though I told them I could collapse it and put it against the wall since it wouldn't be in the walkway as they had moved us to the corner. On top of that, we had very delayed service and our server barely checked in on us. It wouldn't have been an issue if we hadn't already dealt with everything beforehand. I have never had this issue before at this Olive Garden, let alone any other Olive Garden we've been to with our baby. Or any restaurant at all. They claim to be a family restaurant but that was not a family-oriented interaction.

They aren't the quickest to get your food out but for the overall quality I am pretty much always willing to wait for well prepared food. Their customer service goes above and beyond; not only did they go out of their way to add all of their sides to their DoorDash menu immediately, but they sent us mashed potatoes on the house! They even got the food out to us 15 minutes before the food was expected to arrive! As always, everything was delicious, hot, and the texture was comparable to what we get when we eat at the restaurant as well. You can tell that the staff here cares about their to go customers just as much as those who dine in. We are so appreciative about the service and quality of food that we received last night, and cannot recommend this place enough!!
