    Mashed Potatoes and Cajun Pasta

We ordered delivery last night for our anniversary dinner, as this is one of our favorite Tracy restaurants. We noticed that we were unable to order sides à la carte, and called the restaurant to see if there was anything that could be done. Their customer service goes above and beyond; not only did they go out of their way to add all of their sides to their DoorDash menu immediately, but they sent us mashed potatoes on the house! They even got the food out to us 15 minutes before the food was expected to arrive! As always, everything was delicious, hot, and the texture was comparable to what we get when we eat at the restaurant as well. You can tell that the staff here cares about their to go customers just as much as those who dine in. We are so appreciative about the service and quality of food that we received last night, and cannot recommend this place enough!! We will definitely be back soon and recommend that everyone do the same!

My husband and i decided to eat here after passing out by for YEARS. Found out tonight it's under new ownership, and it was such a great experience! The service was impressively fast, even with a full house, and the staff stayed friendly and attentive the entire time. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Thank you Upper Room! We will definitely be back for those Ahi Tuna Nachos with the family. The new owners have clearly brought great energy and care to the place. It's exciting to see it thriving again, and I'll definitely be coming back soon!

The Poke Nachos were amazing ! I definitely recommend that one. The service was efficient & the ambiance was great as well. My only complaint was that the Crispy Chicken sandwich was flavorful but the bun fell apart making it a very messy/soggy experience. I'd definitely come back & order more food

I recently visited and absolutely loved everything. The food was great. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp pasta which had a great cheesy taste. The shrimp was a tad hard though. As a side, I had the garlic bread which also had a very nice taste. Not overbearing at all. The servers were all very friendly and attentive. We visited during the week around noon & it wasn't too busy.

Chicken Bruschetta Wrap w/ side of Brussel sprouts - A rectangular white plate contains two wraps, one cut open to reveal filling, and a bowl of cooked Brussels sprouts. The plate is on a wooden table, with a blurred background. The wraps appear to be filled with ingredients such as meat and vegetables, and the Brussels sprouts are dark green and glossy, indicating they are cooked.

I came here with my friends for the first time last Saturday. We arrived a little after opening, so the restaurant was pretty empty. A staff member greeted us and asked if we wanted to sit downstairs or upstairs. We decided on upstairs. All 3 of us ordered the Chicken Bruschetta Wrap. We had the choice of one side, and we each picked something different. I chose fries. Our food came out about 15 minutes later. The food was delicious. The wrap was cut in half and was a good size. I was very full after finishing the first half, so I took the second half home (and my friends did the same). The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - loved them. The chicken bruschetta was very yummy. Since we were there for an early lunch, the wrap was perfect - light but still filling. The balsamic glaze added a nice sweet and tangy flavor. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful meal.

The Balsamic Brussels are usually one of the best things to come here for but today they were burnt and dry.

I've dined at this restaurant several times in the past and have always enjoyed the experience, which is why I chose it for a special birthday dinner. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food was noticeably below the standard I've come to expect. What was meant to be a celebratory evening turned into a letdown, with dishes that lacked flavor, freshness, and attention to detail. It's disheartening to see such a decline from a place I once recommended to others. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and that the restaurant can return to the quality and consistency it was once known for. Service was terrible rushed. The ambiance was okay because no one was here barely.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We came at a busy time on a Friday evening and we're sat at a table within a few minutes. We were seated upstairs right by the windows and loved the 11th street vibes. We found out during our time there that they were under new ownership. Little did we know that one of the nice women that was serving us was the new owner. The fact that the owner was getting her hands dirty and serving tables blew my mind. The team there checked on us regularly and made sure we were never without a drink. The food was great. My favorite was the ahi tuna nachos. We will be going back regularly from now on.

B.L.T.A - A close-up of a sandwich featuring avocado slices, tomato, lettuce, and bacon on toasted bread, secured with a wooden skewer. The sandwich is served alongside a portion of French fries on a white rectangular plate. In the background, a person wearing a green sweater is seen eating at a restaurant.

Good atmosphere, great food and drinks. Plenty of televisions upstairs to watch a game.

This picture was up stairs - This artwork depicts a stylized portrait of Frida Kahlo with her distinctive features, including her unibrow and braided hair. The painting uses bold, vivid colors, especially blues and reds, with rainbow-colored tears streaming down her face. The background consists of abstract red and pink brushstrokes, emphasizing the emotional intensity of the piece.

My daughter had the steak nacho's I had a taste and it was delicious. I had the salmon salad and the fish was not overcooked like some places. It was probably farm raised. They do have grass feed burgers I'd like to try next time. The service was great. We took the stairs to the upper level and you over look the main road 11th street.

Chicken Bruschetta Wrap with Crispy Brussels, carrots and fries - The image shows three plates of food on a wooden table. One plate contains a wrap cut in half, with a side of Brussels sprouts in a small bowl. Another plate has a wrap with French fries, and a third plate has a bowl of sliced carrots. Partially visible hands and arms of people are seen in the background, indicating a dining setting.

The chicken bruschetta wrap was really good! It also comes with 1 side of your choice and they have a lot of options! We all got the chicken bruschetta wrap, but with different sides, carrots, crispy brussel sprouts, and fries. My favorite were the fries, which were perfectly crispy! But all of the sides we got were good!

Seeing this place on the road to a job, coming from out of town, easy - nice building. Making a reso was key, as the lunchtime crowd comes in. The server greeted us, and turns out she was also the bartender... Michelle is her name. She so easy-going, funny, relatable, friendly. We went with her menu recommendations, and the food cooked up did not disappoint. Michelle is attentive (not overly), took time to chat with us about the area, even when she was waiting on several tables, which I'm sure she gave 100% attention to as well. The appetizers were delicious, good starter to a super delicious meal for each of us. The Upper Room is definitely on our business trip return places and to recommend to our construction friends.

Sausages for $5 toi - A white round plate contains three cooked sausages with browned, slightly charred surfaces and three slices of toasted bread, arranged on a polished wooden table. The background shows part of a person wearing a black jacket and an orange checkered shirt, with their hand partially visible. The setting appears to be a casual dining environment.

We ordered 3 new haven style pizza or apizza as advertised. We ordered the Mozz , Margherita and one not on the menu Pepperoni hot honey apizza. This is the order she suggested we have them and we complied. I'm no expert of new haven style pizza but I'll watched enough Dave Portnoy to maybe not necessarily be a judge but to recognize what makes a apizza. Let me start by saying these pizzas were delicious. As for the characteristics of a new haven there were some. I'll let you be the judge by the picture or your own experience dinning here. We tried all 3 as they were coming out the oven and also tried them with Caroline customizations. In short they elevated the apizza. She also mentioned she puts some parmigiano reggiano on her pizza and has a big wheel of it in the back which I didn't get the chance to see and take a picture.
