I went on a Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't busy. My food was ready on time, and tasted better than I anticipated. I recommend getting the Pacific Veggie with Chicken. Our local coupon for a large 2 topping pizza used to be $7.99 now it's $11.99. I always order pepperoni and bacon. Today I ordered the same thing and can't even tell there's bacon on it. I also ordered a the extravaganza pizza. I paid $3.00 for the upgrade to a large but I got a medium. Ugh. The quality of the domino pizza has gone down and the price up. Honestly not sure why this dominoes is rated so low. If you want HOT and FRESH pizza, this is the store you gotta go to. The workers are always high energy and in a good mood, and the food is always SO good. I live in Manteca, but I will ONLY go to the Lathrop location. Not only did I not get the special prices, but the app is very confusing and when I finally entered my credit card info, it gave me an error message and said the card wasn't accepted. Then I had to order all over again and the card was accepted and the order was prepared. When I picked up the two pizzas I had ordered, there were 4 pizzas. A double order. The counter person told me they couldn't cancel one of the orders because the pizzas were cooked. When I checked my bank account, I had been charged twice for the (very poor quality) pizzas. Before I say anything, it's not the workers fault as he is clearly overworked. Anyway, I called in to see if we could make an upgrade to our order. Had to call several times. Automatic voice told us our order had already been picked up. We panicked and rushed to the store (no, not in as it was ready for pick up as in, it had been picked up) Upon arrival there was only one worker there, who was hurriedly attending someone with 4 pizzas. Paused helping the gentleman handed us our order and told us crushed pepper is $1 now and no plates available. Again this is not fault of the worker but clearly corporate greed leaving him to not be able to handle customers by himself. Edit 10/28/23: after canceling the order from the incident (from over 30 days ago) below the manager said I would be refunded. Guess who never refunded me? Please check your bank statements if you ever are supposed to get a refund from this location. They will steal your money. ----‐---------------- For years this location has been a mess. (Like the time i placed an order 45 mins before closing time and no one showed up and the manager said "we didn't see your order. We have been closing the store. Dominos is garbage. I ordered the new, New York style pizza with pepperoni & 2 other toppings. The pizza was really dry, I could barely find any pepperoni on it and the toppings only go a little more than half way on the pizza. It was almost all crust. They used to be really good but now their food isn't that good anymore. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and their parmesan bread bites and both boxes were soak through with grease when they brought it out to me. The bread bites were dripping butter and when you bit into it butter dripped down. The pizza left grease on your hands while holding the slice. I've never had my pizza box soaked with grease when being brought out. I won't be going back. I will stick with eating round table pizza on daniels in Manteca. Pizza is typical dominos, nbd there. But man they always lie about the wait time. Just add 10-15 minutes to your wait time and you should arrive on time. As someone who's worked in management for domino's before, the standard for quality is very low. Only 2 people inside the store for a weekend dinner rush. I understand how hard it is, so I wasn't upset for waiting. What rubbed me wrong is the young, small girl who helped 2 customers, took their cash orders, walked outside, touched her face, clothes and computer, and never once washed her hands before going back to making pizzas.
