Was hoping they would have done better by now..the pizza was okay greasy and crust was very flat, the potato poppers were cold and the cinnamon twists were not the same as what's on their online menu, they are just churos ,no cinnamon and not twisted or fluffy and pretty tough. I noticed that the 2 side items are not even the same as they advertise. I honestly think this is false advertising. Another huge thing is trying to find out what's on the menu with prices. I should not have to put in personal info just to look at a menu. I understand getting location with zip code but to have to fill everything out is ridiculous. I will say the delivery was was good and the drives was great..thank you read more

Once Again! Same lady as before making the same mistakes! I swear I cannot even comprehend why hire such an irresponsible worker!! And then mid way she goes to take a smoke break??!! Well, it's the first time in the last time I ever eat there. My pizza ended up costing me $50 with tip for a large pizza with three toppings. The pizza was called and the dough wasn't cooked. Worst pizza in Manteca. read more

Since I love the Livermore location, decided to try the Manteca location for a quick dinner on the run. Ordered on Grubhub and our large All Meat came right on time and was piping hot. Toppings weren't as plentiful as the Livermore location but still a very good pizza for the price. I really like their dough and sauce which tastes like it has wine in it. Add a salad and dinner is done! read more

I order a packet special of the day the girls were nice and polite but the pizza had hardly any cheese and toppings! Not going back never had an issue before read more

This location is very stingy when making pizzas here. Large area of crust around the outside with ZERO SAUCE OR CHEESE. Made it pointless to order a larger pizza since they use the same quantity of sauce, cheese and toppings as they would on a Medium. We have only ordered twice here since moving from Turlock. Thought the first time was a fluke but this time wasn't any better. We love Pizza Guys, but wont be going back to this location. read more

I use to really like this location. But since the new owners have taken over I will not being ordering anymore. It is not the same as it use to be. Disappointed to update my review by removing stars. We have been regular customers for years. Our last few experiences with pizza guys have been very frustrating. We ordered delivery from them about a month ago and I had to call after over an hour to ask where our order was. There was so much confusion over the phone. First, I spoke to 3 different people because they kept putting me on hold and taking me off. First they said I never ordered a pizza and then someone finally said it was on it's way. It took almost 2 hours to arrive. Yesterday, we ordered again and endured another frustrating experience. I ordered delivery at 4:10 pm. By 5:10 pm, our order still had not arrived. I was just about to call them when the doorbell rang. It was our pizza but our driver had left one of our pizzas behind. He was very nice but he told me they could either refund us, give us a credit or he "didn't mind" going back to get our pizza..... of course, we wanted our pizza..... so we sent him back for it. He returned after another 20 minutes and included some ice cream and another soda, which was nice.... But once again, total delivery time was over an hour and a half. They recently changed their website, which is where we order from. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, or if they are short staffed, or what. But we are not ordering again any time soon. read more

I love Pizza Guys, my kids do, too. It's a treat for us as we don't eat out much. Always had good experience here, pizza is great, staff is nice and quick especially considering the pandemic. I usually order curbside, but went inside tonight. Immediately upon entering, there's a young female, long hair in a messy ponytail yelling at what I thought were employees about how she "couldn't even go to the back because she had to f****king babysit" and I was shocked to hear someone 1. Talk that loud with multiple customers inside this small place. 2. Talk to their employees that way. Low and behold a small child comes running out of the back, hair down, in a kitchen.. and I'm even more shocked to hear this woman talking to children like that. Not sure what kids are doing behind a Pizza Guys kitchen, but it's gross and not okay. Also, the language to the children, gross. On top of this, my pizzas were both incorrect. One unlimited toppings was ordered with multiple toppings for the whole pizza and add Canadian bacon to one side. Pizza had all toppings on one side and only Canadian bacon on the other. Not a mistake by me, I have attached my order. Also ordered a pizza with pineapple that was hardly cooked, crunchy and we had to take it off to eat it. Perhaps if there were not children in the back that this young lady had to vulgarly babysit, the attention to detail would have been paid into the food, itself, and also the customer service that was represented. I would come back, but cancel if I walked in and saw this young woman. Despite this, Kim at the front was awesome and very sweet! read more

Disappointed in their delivery service. I ordered at 440 and pizza did not arrive until 6pm and lukewarm. When I ordered online it gave a 40 min eta. I do wish there was a way to notify the customer with an up to date eta. read more

From 3 star to 1. Lately been horrible customer service. Will never order for pick up here again. Pizza not done on time promised. Last time made it so early and picked up the pizza wasn't warm anymore, this time it wasn't made yet waited 30 minutes atleast. Also their spinach salad cmon' really?! Took an hour and 25 minutes to get our food and it arrived cold. I refused the order and called the store to have it remade. The manager said they were busy and that's why my food was cold. I mind the fact that we live 2.4 miles from their store and they can't manage to get my food to me hot and then give me the excuse that they are busy. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: We've ordered pizza from here roughly a dozen times. I have celiac and celiac people like pizza too. It's not easy finding a place that won't cause an allergic reaction. Things had been going pretty well. Up until the last order. They called to say they were out of the GF crust. Then asked if we wanted the regular crust. I was completely baffled. I told her no thank you and she told me we could get a bigger pizza. I told her I had celiac, she didn't seem to understand. This tells me some of the staff does not understand the difference and importance of a GF crust. Hopefully management educates the staff on allergies. read more

I've been having a difficult time making the switch from the eastern half of the country to the western half. Food, of course, is a personal thing, and pizza for me is even more personal, having worked in the pizza business over two years. Pizza in town is rather expensive, and not always good. I've been hearing good things about Pizza Guys and decided to try them tonight. I usually buy a Deluxe/Supreme/Combo pizza and thanks to their coupon, I got $2.00 off a rather expensive 12 inch/medium combo, bring $16.99 to $14.99. I ordered online and I'm within easy walking distance of the store, so I can save delivery fees and driving. As I arrived a little early, they were ready with the pizza. The box seemed small, but I actually measured later and it was 12 inches across the pie. The staffers were friendly and they mentioned that I got free ice cream or a free 2 litre bottle of soda, which is a great plus. I like the taste a lot, though I still find the price a bit much but it's cheaper than Mountain Mike's or Round Table pizza. I tried the Pizza Builder link on the web site and came up with a more expensive pizza with fewer ingredients. I had a few problems with the web site not being able to clear out the extra pizza but I eventually resolved that by starting back at the beginning with a New Order. They'll be getting more of my business. If there is a real problem, it's that they close around 10 p.m. I guess no one wants pizza around midnight in this area. read more

Horrible service. The app sucks and when we try to call store it is ran so bad you can't reach anyone. Avoid them they suck.

Nice selection of speciality pizzas and the deals are pretty good when you order online. Their bbq pizza is the best! We've ordered gluten free pizzas on 2 different occasions and zero issues and due to celiac we have to be super careful with cross contamination. Curbside pick up was incredibly easy, we noted our car when we placed our order called them when we arrived and our pizzas we quickly brought out. read more

Best pizza quality in Manteca. I like their regular crust, little crispy pepperoni & green olives. Their Italian sausage is legit also! My wife says their gluten-free crust is good quality. We utilize their curbside pick option. read more

Do NOT make the mistake we did and believe the posted hours. Keep in mind the open sign was still on and the posted hours next to the door say that close at 10. After being told they were closed at 9:20 a manager came out and said they were short staffed. As he was making this BS statement at least 6 other employees came to the front of the store. Then when they all came out he changed the excuse to they were all doing something in the back. That wasn't the end of it he then said the ovens were turned off. So which is it?? How many people does it take to make two pizzas 40 minutes BEFORE closing time?!? This place is a joke the customer service is 100% non-existent. We will NEVER order here again! We drove to Jacks Pizza down the street and they had no problem taking our order with only THREE employees staffed! Kudos to Jacks Pizza!! Pizza guys you're a joke!! read more

Good was amazing!! I ordered the garlics circle things. Haha. And a half and half pizza it was hot and ready when I picked it up curbside. My gosh it tasters great. I love a good pizza.
