I'm a fan of Little Caesars, it's really not bad. I order from here often. Pizza is always to be be expected. But... the customer service I received today was appalling. They always seem to hire kids with no social skills at all. They walk past you without acknowledging the customer waiting all the time. Well today I ordered on door dash and picked the wrong sauce choice by mistake. I called in and requested to just switch out the choice of sauce and offered to come in and pay the difference if necessary. They sit in silence, they don't know how to say "hold on just one second let me check on that" the first person says "we can't do that" and I say "is there something I can do to change that" and he says "no that sauce is not an option anymore" ...click hangs up the phone!! I go back to the app, I check and see that the sauce IS in fact still an option, I called back. I get a second person, I ask the same question, he says "yes we do have it but no we can't do that, you should have picked the right sauce the first time" click. Hangs up. When I got home the pizza was so burnt it wasn't even enjoyable when eating it. I just tried it again today and had the same experience. Going around noon, the price for a pepperoni pizza wasn't $5.00 any longer. With a 2 litre of Mountain Dew, it came to almost $10.00, which seemed a bit much. They had the pizza ready so there was no big wait. When I arrived with the pizza, I took a slice and realized that it had been sitting probably 30 minutes. Everyone was happy with the pizza but it wasn't fresh. If I was getting it only for me, I would have bought a supreme.
