Hunter is an amazing employee man... super kind , very professional, and informative. About a week ago my order was messed up. I called in to order again today. Could you believe Hunter remembered my family and quickly found a solution for the mishap. I'll say it once again. GIVE THEM A RAISE ! Sincerely, A happy customer! read more

Little Caesar's Pizza - Thats what you call an extra most best... - Pizza Near Me - Manteca, California

The service at this location is horrible. I'm not sure if it's all the young kids working there who don't know how business works. I wanted to order a pizza and they said they're not taking any orders because they're busy. I stayed around trying to use the app to order and it didn't work. I sent my mom in to try again and some one else came from the back and helped her with an order. So unprofessional and rude of the younger guys working there. read more

The food was okay. Definitely not extra old world pepperoni like I ordered but still pretty decent. Not a lot of flavor and a little doughy. The bread sticks are solid and the highlight was the pepperoni puffs. I'd honestly order that special again. The service was pretty quick, I didn't wait more than 20 minutes from placing an order. This location is okay in terms of ambience, it looks pretty clean. The only issue was the pizza is a little lacking in on toppings and flavor. read more

Pick up time said 6:17-6:22. I get there at 6:15 and they said 10-15 more minutes. After my wait time it says ready so I go in and they tell me they lost my order so I had to wait way longer ..... Employees looked slow and like they weren't that concerned with the annoyed customers including me. Another customer in there was having issues with them too. Please keep note with your employees !! Had to get two new pizzas read more

Staff were really polite and proper. The pizza was great for the price... cheese amount in the pizza was way better than other competitors that would charge way more. I always have left over pizza from 1 box my pick son actually ATE 3 slices! Great job! read more

very very dissatisfied in my order!!! i door dashed a pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter soda. I didn't receive my 2 liter so that was both my dashers fault and little caesar's fault!! and then i go to open my pizza and it's all crust and half content. breadsticks were poor as well, very disappointed in this order wished i didn't even order it and definitely won't next time. read more

Went in to get pizza order from locker around 3:35 pm on 11/18 and it didn't have crazy sauce. I asked the guy with hat behind it if I can get the sauce and he threw down his tongs in a frustrated manner before getting it for me. I did not like his vibe. read more

Whoever made our pizza last night & crazy bread it was good. Even the crust was soft, worth the price.

they NEVER answer the phone. not everyone has a credit card or debit card and can order on line. ANSWER THE PHONE!

Food was good. Very long wait times. The store also looked dirty and unsanitary. I would rather drive to dominos than order here again.

I ordered two extra best pepperoni and it looks like a regular pepperoni I called 4 times in a spand of 1hr to place an order after trying online it kept on timing out so I called 4 times separately in 1 hr and not one person answered I came to their location because it's ok pizza for the price they have 4 ppl making pies with one slicing them and you mean to tell me they cant answer the phone for a pick up order so I called as I'm here and not one employee dose anything to say hey "phone call someone please pick up" mind you over person is slicing and boxing them literally takes 5 seconds to say hold please service to client can be much better where are ppl that actually want to work I called again while I was in the store to see if it really was a rush and if one of the employees was on his phone instead of taking the phone call for a order so I ask the guy you guys should be more attentive instead of BSing not only is it shit pizza but the service is horrible I should of spent an extra 10$ and ordered from round table read more

The only and best veggie pizza place in the town. The serving size and the toppings are just perfect. Never had any issues with the service.

This is the 3rd time in the past month that I've come to pick up my order and they tell me they don't have an order for me.... I call the same order every Tuesday.....so here I am waiting in my car for 20 minutes for my order ....maybe the owner doesn't care about the quality of work by there employees read more

I just doordashed a pizza and crazy bread, they forgot all the sauce I paid for (probably dashers fault), and the crazy bread was RAW!! I called the manager Sam, and he told me all he could do was give me a credit, but only if I came in to get it... Kinda defeats the whole purpose of door dashing food!!! I will not be eating here again. read more

Ordered for no contact delivery. My daughter only likes little Caesars for the dipping sauce. Paid for 5 cheesy jalepeno sauces and didn't get it. Gave the driver a heads up yet he still brought a different dipping sauce. UNACCEPTABLE! You need to correct it. Terrible, it's the only reason we even get Little Caesar pizza. My daughter didn't even eat it. read more

I called at 4pm to order ONE pizza and they said the wait time was 2 hours and a half which I said fine. I showed up later and they say my order wasn't placed and they didn't have it. This place is a joke which isn't surprising since it's teenagers working... didn't apologize, didn't have the manager come talk to me about the inconvenience, just said "I'm just starting now so I don't know what happened". read more

I'm a fan of Little Caesars, it's really not bad. I order from here often. Pizza is always to be be expected. But... the customer service I received today was appalling. They always seem to hire kids with no social skills at all. They walk past you without acknowledging the customer waiting all the time. Well today I ordered on door dash and picked the wrong sauce choice by mistake. I called in and requested to just switch out the choice of sauce and offered to come in and pay the difference if necessary. They sit in silence, they don't know how to say "hold on just one second let me check on that" the first person says "we can't do that" and I say "is there something I can do to change that" and he says "no that sauce is not an option anymore" ...click hangs up the phone!! I go back to the app, I check and see that the sauce IS in fact still an option, I called back. I get a second person, I ask the same question, he says "yes we do have it but no we can't do that, you should have picked the right sauce the first time" click. Hangs up. I get that I made a mistake, and if they really couldn't that's fine, but the way that they spoke to me and don't know how to communicate with customers is ridiculous. read more

Little Caesars is Little Caesars for what it's worth, but this Little Caesars is run by the worst people on the planet. I'm ready as a myth I've been there six times in the last 4 months and they never have any hot and ready. Quality is horrible and I blame it totally on the ownership. It's kind of a shame that the owner doesn't give a crap how horrible his business is because suckers will always continue to come even if it's crap read more

Honestly doesn't even deserve one star. Definitely the worst little ceasars I've ever been from the bread sticks were flat and not even cut and the pizza was so dry it honestly didn't even have marinara on except a single line before the crust. Little Caesar's Pizza - Terrible bread sticks - Pizza Near Me - Manteca, California

I have came here twice since moving to Manteca recently. I first tried it about three months ago and ordered two pizzas with crazy bread. When I got home the pizza was so burnt it wasn't even enjoyable when eating it. I just tried it again today and had the same experience. I could tell when looking at it the pizza was already burnt and sure enough when trying it the pizza smelt and tasted burnt. The crazy bread was the only good part of this meal. read more

It's ok pizza if you are on a bind and in a hurry. But not my kind of food. Their crazy bread is good and wings not bad.

Ordered delivery over a hour and half ago and nothing, called store and they said they don't offer delivery and nothing they can do at all but there website says they offer delivery i am so frustrated and just wasted money!! Been sitting on hold for a 1800 number and no answer to speak with any!!!! read more

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza. I was craving it so bad and was excited to finally get my hands on it. As soon as I started eating it, I was dissapointed. It had an odd bitter taste to it. I'm not sure if the flour is rancid or they put too much yeast, but now I'm running to the toilet 10 minutes later with a cramping stomach. Definitely think I got food poisoning read more

I usually love coming here, but when I got two hot and ready pepperoni pizzas today they were super thin and extra crispy. I also ordered and paid for cheesy bread but got plain crazy bread instead. Very disappointed. I realize it's Friday and they're busy, but definitely not my money worth :( read more

A young white man took my order on the phone and wasn't kind at all. When I asked how long the order would take, he hung up. Then, when I went to pick my order up, he asked for the name of the order, took my pizza out, put it back in the warmer, gave the two other white customers their orders, THEN finally gave me my order even though he had already taken it out before the other customers. Don't work there if you're going to be racist, suck ass at customer service, and hate your life. read more

Nationally, Little Caesar's is the best chain for me. I can count on the taste, and it's better for me than going to Pizza Hut or Domino's. Going around noon, the price for a pepperoni pizza wasn't $5.00 any longer. With a 2 litre of Mountain Dew, it came to almost $10.00, which seemed a bit much. They had the pizza ready so there was no big wait. When I arrived with the pizza, I took a slice and realized that it had been sitting probably 30 minutes. Everyone was happy with the pizza but it wasn't fresh. If I was getting it only for me, I would have bought a supreme. It's certainly not my first choice in town with Pizza Guys and 8 Buck Pizza Truck available. Also, odd that they didn't offer or give me a receipt. read more

Service is so slow here no matter what if they are busy or not just slow. I'm always waiting 20-30 minutes after my time and when you complain you just get a sorry or excuses of why it's not their fault. Than you get your food and half or 3/4 of your order is barely warm. You all need to get it together or I'm taking my business elsewhere because I'm to a point I rather drive a extra 5 miles and pay more than keep coming to this false advertised place where you only get a sorry for waisting your time waiting on them. Just ridiculous! read more
