Worth Every Minute of the Drive! We made the 28-minute drive from Tracy to try Happy Pizza, and it was absolutely worth it! We ordered a custom pepperoni and sausage pizza with their 3-cheese blend, and wow it was amazing. The pizza was loaded with fresh toppings, super cheesy, and had very little crust, just the way my kids like it. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and made with care. We also got to sample the pepperoni sticks with hot honey, and they were incredible. The sweet heat from the honey paired perfectly with the pepperoni. Honestly, I could eat those every day... as long as I keep working out! The garlic knots were another highlight. They were soft, fresh, and seasoned perfectly, not overly garlicky, but just the right amount. They practically melted in your mouth with every bite. The customer service was just as impressive as the food. One of the owner's daughters helped check us out, and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, welcoming, and even offered my daughter a popsicle because it was such a hot day. Those little gestures really make a difference. To top it all off, the Jarritos drinks, Fruit Punch and Mandarin were the perfect finishing touch to an already fantastic meal. If you're looking for fresh, authentic pizza, amazing sides, and outstanding customer service, Happy Pizza is a must-visit. I was quoted a 20 to 30 minute wait for my Pizza!!! I paid by Credit Card!!! I watched Tv in their Dining room while I was waiting for my Pizza !! With the parade of to go orders and cars outside, I knew this place had to be good and they are. Owner was very nice and staff friendly. Food is made with attention to detail and no skimping with the toppings. Seating area is functional but not inviting, added more as an after thought and mainly used by folks waiting for their to go food. Happy Pizza is a hidden delight. They've changed owners recently, but you should see what they offer. I heard from the previous owner's wife that they had changed. It's on the way to work, and I hoped that they could re-create the pizzas with Indian ingredients, such as the Garlic Paneer or Spicy Veggie pizzas. I was greeted on entering and noticed the difference in decor. It's not as much as upscale as it is different. The menu looks similar and I ordered a personal Garlic Paneer pizza (with a Indian Veggie Delight a week later). The price was slightly higher than it was a couple of years ago. The pizzas were good, but I didn't like the pineapple on the Garlic Paneer pizza and the Veggie Delight didn't have curry sauce. I will certainly return. It's quite good. read more
