The prices on the menu are not the prices you pay. We paid $11 for a beer trying to get money back. No customer service whatsoever very disrespectful. Could've been easy to just help the customer. Food wasn't very good. Don't go there. Again, please note the price is listed on the menu or maybe half of what you pay. We talked to the manager. They said oh we don't know about the menu. Not sure on why the reviews are low but my family had a great time hosting my son and nephews birthday party Love that the private rooms are free to use, just need to place a $20 cash deposit. You can get the room as long as you need it. We reserved the area 11:30am - 3pm on a Saturday. The service was great and they were very helpful with whatever we needed. I ordered as soon as I got in while I set up the decor in the party room. Food came out by the time I was done setting up 20-30min, I ordered 7 pizzas, 3 trays of wings. Pitchers of beer must be purchased at the bar. Plenty of plates, utensils and napkins. Pizza was fresh, hot and delicious! Wings were ok, standard heated chicken wings. You can place any decorations as long as they are taped only. There are plenty of tables and seats to hold 30-40 people. We didn't use the tv, but we did bring a speaker to play some music in the background. Downsize/recommendations: -Offer family size salad -Offer pitchers of soda and water -When I checked in, they didn't give the deposit back. We went to Mountain Mikes for the pizza and salad buffet lunch today . It was awful . The salad was brown wilty and limp . It was not fresh. The staff was non existent. There was no one at the counter and they wouldn't have even known we were waiting except a vendor was servicing the beer taps and told them we were there. The pizza looked like it sit out for quite a while and honestly it tasted off. We will not be back. I used to love this place. It is very obvious that there has been a change of ownership it used to be so clean, fresh food and friendly staff are now a thing of the past. read more

walk in to burn some time and everyone in there just looks and walks away without saying anything. sucks that me as a customer has to ask them if they are serving. it's a bit hot out and would have been nice to enjoy the cool air and have a beer and something to munch on. but the lack of commuto their customer caused me to just get up and leave. everyone in there always looks so mad. Apparently Mountain Mike's Pizza in Manteca, CA, has changed ownership. I visited the establishment and was shocked. For a Thursday night there was one person at the counter taking orders and answering the phones. I patiently waited about ten minutes to place my order. While placing my order I asked if the small bar was open. I was told yes, but he was in charge of that as well and to give him a couple of minutes and he would be over. Twenty minutes later he came over and apologized for the wait. I asked for a Blue Moon beer. He told me all the tap beers were not working, they had no air. I accepted that and asked what bottle beers they. I was told they had none, they had not received any yet. It was a complete joke! I asked what the problem was and was told multiple workers had called in off and the new owners have made many changes. Apparently not changes that keeps employees around let alone not being able to keep the equipment and products in stock and working. This was the last time I will go to any Mountain Mike's if this is how the new owners believe the business should be run! Hello Dominoes Pizza, a new customer coming your way, or even Straw Hat, Round Table, Pizza Hut or mom and pop stores. Great service, just important to note that if you'll be ordering alcohol then that would be ordered at the bar, attentive personnel, funny guy said " I'm married to my job and my mistress is money" for sure he deserves a tip. Wing were great, have that toasty texture on them, cooked through real well, probably better than round tables wings. I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away. They stole $3.21 from me. The food was cold. They wanted to charge me 8.00 more to add pineapple. I couldn't even eat one piece. The employees were rude. When I called back to talk to the general manager Mo the next day she didn't seem to care. There is a reason they only have a two star rating. It's a franchise so perhaps this is the reason. We will no longer visit them and trust me we eat out two or three times a week. Look at our pepperoni and sausage pizza we ordered, this is fine for $8 little Caesar's pizza but not for $30 MM pizza. I told the associates about it and they made us a new pizza with more cheese but just as skimpy on pepperoni and sausage. The service was so/so, the cashier wasn't "rude" but far from helpful, the bartender was cool dude. And this was on a super slow Sunday. I Spent $80 at this place, and my dog wouldn't even eat the bread sticks. Ordered an all meat pizza, and got only ham plus burnt. Ok mistakes happen, but when I call to let them know the lady answered the phone, "mountain mikes, we're closed" and hung up. I had to immediately call back to speak to a manager, and he wasn't pleasant either, after being called a 4 letter word I hung up and chalked it up as a loss. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the food is expensive and in order to get a pizza delivery you MUST order $45 worth of food, not the total bill cost so I ended up having to order sides I hadn't planned on. That being said, the food was really good. The pepperoni pizza was literally covered with pepperoni with a good sauce on a thick crust. The sides I ordered were potato wedges - very good, and mini churros - so good! None of us could believe how fast it got to us, fresh and hot, and our delivery guy was super nice. We came in to have the lunch buffet, beers and my usual crown and coke but only 2 people working were under 21 so I could not get my drinks. And this was the nasty ass, dirty pint glass that was given to me. MM used to be legit and it seems like they're going downhill. I was completely disgusted. I have lived in Manteca all my life and mountain mikes has been a staple for pizza. Today my wife and I ordered a pizza that we had delivered and it was the worst undercooked pizza we've experienced. I called the restaurant to see if we could get this resolved and they said they would prepare another one but could not deliver unless we paid additional delivery fee! I of course asked to speak to a manager which I did and this person could not help me either. We chose to take the loss and not return there again. We went up and placed our order and proceeded to sit down . 15 min later our 2 pizzas came out and they were doughy, the sausage and chicken were under cooked . I was interested in this company because they make a 10 inch pizza--something I can eat by myself without leftovers. Also, they're available in the San Fran Bay Area, as well as here. If I felt it was good, it was a safer choice in the Bay Area, rather than only going to Jack in the Box or Carl's Jr., etc. However, I went with another person and we were looking at the prices and the 10 inch looks really expensive at $12.95 but the 12 inch was just a bit more and, if you do your math, there is a big difference in surface area, so they're getting an extra big profit on the 10 inch. (I worked for a pizza company for around 2 years with 9, 12, 16, and 30 inch pizzas. You can make a profit at almost any size.) I wasn't sure how things worked. I asked, and was told to order at the counter. We ordered a Mount McKinley. This is the closest type to a typical Deluxe/Supreme that you can find it most pizza places. You know, the pepperoni/sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper kind. There is a soda machine with Pepsi products to the right of the main dining area. There doesn't seem to be any extra charge for refills. It took a while for the pizza but we were processing some photos taken earlier, so the time passed somewhat quickly. When the pizza arrived, it didn't look like anything from the menu, but I have photographed food, and I know that it isn't always exactly what you're expecting. The other person was picking off some extra toppings, asking if I liked tomatoes on my pizza. I thought that tomatoes are an odd choice. Back in Philly and New Jersey, there is something called Tomato Pie where that's basically the only ingredient and it's really good--when you're in the mood for it. I ate it with all of the toppings, and it was good. I can't say that it would be in my top 10 of all time, but I liked it just the same. Worst service. I used to be a manager at a mountain mikes and i have never treated customers this poorly. Our party room was slippery and the manager and employees did nothing to help. We had our grandfather who is 80 fall and my 2 daughters fall also. Nothing was spilt either. Manager didn't want to give us a receipt for us paying our deposit and was arguing with my husband and i about how we never paid but we did. Pizza wasn't cooked fully. All around terrible service. Horrible service and I didn't even get to the part where I actually got to EAT pizza! Placed an order and was told due to high orders the wait would be about 1 1/2. I still placed my order and when it didn't arrive within time frame (& then some) I called in. A girl answer and first thing she said was "Sorry were not taking orders, powers down. Sorry for that. Byyy..." I had to cut her off before I was hung up on. Asked if the orders placed at 6:30 (now 8:30) were effected by the outage. She told me to hold for manager. For a business that can't work it took quite a while for this manager to get on the line and repeat what the first one told me. I asked why I hadn't been called (knowing my number is on the order slip printed prior to power going out) he took the easy way out & lied saying he didn't have access to my phone number.
