Tonight I took my family to order pizza at Pizza Guys on Yosemite in Manteca at 9:20PM. Door was open and open sign was on, while hours on sign stated that they closed at 10PM. With 6 employees behind the counter the manager told my family that they were short staffed and the ovens just got turned off and they refused to take our order. Luckily, Jack's Pizza down the street (also closing at 10PM with only 3 employees on staff) took our order. I forgot how much better Jack's pizza is over Pizza Guys. Good luck to Pizza Guys while they hire managers with poor judgment. read more

Pizza Guys has been our favorite pizzeria for several years now because of a combination of good tasting pizza, fair-good price and fast & friendly service (we always pickup & never get orders delivered). But lately I've noticed they've skimped on the ingredients, in particular, the Italian sausage we include with the pepperoni. It used to be you could get pepperoni and sausage with every bite. But now there's so few sausage on the pizza that you have to take a couple of bites before you taste sausage. So you can't label our sausage & pepperoni an actual sausage & pepperoni pizza. It's a pepperoni-and-an-occasional-sausage pizza--to me, a rip off!And I hate the feeling of getting ripped off. But other pizzerias, we refuse to go back to, mainly because to poor customer service. read more

I moved to Manteca from SoCal a couple weeks ago, and my boyfriend convinced me to order from Pizza Guys rather than our usual Dominos. I was honestly a little hesitant because change is uncomfortable sometimes! Lol. But anyways, it was the right choice. The pizza was sooo good. Love the chewy crust and tangy sauce. The combo pizza was my favorite! The customer service when we came in was very welcoming. Can't wait to come back for more!! read more

Had a very horrible experience. Ordered a pizza and had special instructions with no onion because I'm allergic. The pizza was covered in red onion. When I asked them to remake it they missgendered me and called me she when I am clearly a man. I corrected them and they proceed to call me her/she. My girlfriend had to ask for a refund because I was in such shock that one there was onions all over the pizza and two I was getting called the wrong pronouns. Will not be coming to this store ever again. read more

I ordered the wrong pizza online and upon pick up I noticed it and the staff was very friendly to make me the correct pizza I wanted. I always have great service and I appreciate the great customer service. read more

Beat pizza place in Manteca! Always reliable. I mostly order every Friday and they never disappoint!! Delivery drivers are always great. During COVID19, they've been especially great with their drop off option. Honestly, if you want good pizza with a sweet (ish) crust, go for Pizza Guys! I have appreciated them for at least the last 4 years read more

We ordered from Pizza Guys tonight and it did not disappoint. The crust was good, sauces were flavorful, toppings were plenty. Really pleased and will definitely return! If you order online there is a section for specials with great deals no coupon needed. Check them out! read more

GLUTEN FREE PIZZA REVIEW: I have a gluten allergy and I'm fully aware that most pizza place cannot guarantee that their gluten free pizzas are free from contamination. YET, some places are better with this then other. I ordered for the first time from here when I found out they had gluten free. The pizza comes in one size, small-medium size(which is common) good for 1 person. Or 2 people with small appetites lol. The pizza was very good I will say. I was happy with it. The crust was not overcooked as some thin gluten free pizzas come out. The cheese n meats I got was good as well. HOWEVER, I did start feeling sick an hour after eating and had bad stomach pains(gluten contamination) so sadly I cannot eat here. If you are very sensitive to gluten or have celiac disease, I wouldn't recommend unless you wanna risk it! read more

Every pizza place I've ordered from, I always tell them that I would like it loaded with pineapple. Pizza Guys is the only place that gets it right AND they surprised me with this Spongebob drawing in the box! I told them that I wanted loaded with pineapple and to think of me as Spongebob lol I LOVE pineapple! This is what I got. My tummy was so very happy! My family and I don't eat out much because we live in a motel and we got a couple pizzas for my daughter's 18th bday. This was perfect! Her pizza was perfect!! Thank you for helping me make my daughter's birthday PERFECT! read more

Pizza Guys - PERFECT pineapple pizza I ordered - Pizza Near Me - Manteca, California

People who do good things is what makes any business great. I ordered a medium instead of a large and added a small cheese pizza. I waited out front in my car for the second pizza and not only was it made quick but the lady walked it out to me with a smile. These girls are always on it and pizza is always delicious read more

That was a commercial style pizza. Nothing special about that bread is so plain so bland. The pizza had like no flavor I should've went to Little Caesars Little Caesars had more flavor than that it's better than Pizza Hut but pizza hut sucks. The only good part about the pizzas are sausages really good they have good sausage good sausage is hard to come by. They don't even make their own ranch they buy it they source it. I wont be back. I had just forgot what it taste like I should've kept forgetting. read more

I have found a new favorite pizza place! Finally, I'm not stuck with a national pizza chain with subpar pizza just for the convenience! Pizza Guys has some of the best pizza I have ever tasted. I haven't had a pizza that I truly enjoyed in about 15 years. It's akin to walking through a desert and finally having a drink of water. What can I say? I've never actually walked through a desert and I really enjoy food. Anyways, Pizza Guys is somewhat more expensive than the cheaper and much more mediocre tasting alternative, but I couldn't care less. When I really want some Pizza, these are the Guys I'll be going to! read more

great customer service and delicious pizza and the ambience of the pizza place was amazing

If you have an allergy to wheat beware. The gluten free crust is free from wheat, soy, and milk which of really great, but they use the same pans/screens to cook both gluten free and regular pizza. In asking them about cross contamination, their response was that they run the pans/screens back through the oven. Eek! They should have separate pans for gluten free to avoid cross contamination. Other than that, their customer service was friendly and efficient. I really liked the personality of both people we spoke to during our visit. My wheat-eating dad loved their pizza, so the product seems really good. The rating I have given loses one star because of the unknowledgeable response and another because of the severity of what would have been a disaster had I not further questioned their process. Staff need more training on this topic. read more

Great buffalo wings flaming hot! The sauce is amazing and super HOT! Pizza, bacon cheese bread and calzones are also super good!!!

Pizza Guys has hands-down the best pizza and wings of any chain. Their bread recipe is delicious and their cheese is the one that you could pull for a mile and it would still be stringy. Underrated place. read more

Would not recommend eating the pizza here. DURING A PANDEMIC I saw 3 girls with acrylic nails wearing no gloves cross contaminating my pizza. I can't believe they don't wear gloves here, place is a OSHA hazard. I got my pizza and left will not be coming back here. read more

This is the only place that I order pizza from and have it delivered it is always fresh and warm And the customer service is amazing

Ordered the special and didn't get my bread sticks or soda. I then called back to let them know this but was told by Sara that I would be charged to have them deliver the items they didn't give me for a fee. Very disappointed. P.s. To the owner Odin this is not how you do business. read more

I usually don't complain but this time I must..the last two times my order has been well below par..the first time I chopped it up to a fluke but this time I had to repost a reviewI received a text that stated my order was out for delivery..it arrived over 40min after I received my text ,cold ,and not close to right... I called to complain about it being cold ,and not right and was very rudely told it was impossible to be delivered cold , wouldn't even address the part about it being made wrong.. first off Im pretty sure I know what a cold pizza is.. secondly I was then told it would be at least 90min to 2 hrs to receive a remake that's over 3.hrs from when I placed my order. Wtf.. so I'm stuck with a cold order that's wrong... Apparently ordering 6x+ a month doesn't entitled me to get my order at very least luke warm and made right ...very disappointed and dissatisfied... If your wanting to get a hot order without rude staff then look elsewhere and at this point I will..there are many other pizza places that are in the area that value your customer experience and deliver within a reasonable time..it's apparent this place no longer does.. your best bet is to try somewhere else to place your order... first time complainer..last time orderer read more

Had a problem with one of their coupons, but the manager took care of it.

Fast and decent pizza! It's very reasonably priced as well. I would order here again. We got a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, and it wasn't too greasy or too much dough which is great! read more

They stop taking delivery orders an hour before closing. Kind of sucks for the people getting off work late. :p

Pizza is delicious and the staff was very inviting and professional. Also huge portions for the money.

I never tried Pizza Guys before and decided to give it a try. I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas, one all meat and one all veggie with extra sauce. It was easy to order online and the pizza was delivered pretty fast. It was the best veggie pizza I ever had. I loved the fact that they put lots of diced fresh tomatoes on top. I don't eat meat on my pizza but my son and husband devoured it in no time. I will order again and again! read more

There pizza was great at one point although the last time I ordered there were several issues with the quality. Today I went to order online and realized they raised prices again. I understand price increase but its increased almost 1/3 in the past 3 years or so. You use to be able to get 2 for $20. 2 large 2 toppings. It raised to $22-$24 and now 2 for $28 they don't put $28 though they changed it to 2 for 13.99 each. Let's be honest we can all do basic math. I don't mind paying more for good pizza but it seems there prices are going up faster then the competition. I can get domino's Pizza hut or little cesears for a lot less. Based on current reviews the quality seems to have dropped as well. There almost as much as Mountain Mikes and I'd prefer them over pizza guys. read more

My husband got food poisoning from this place...under cooked sausage. I thought the pepperoni pizza wasn't bad but never again.

Usually not bad for delivery pizza. Today, 1:15 minutes for a cold soggy pizza, not good. Oh well, lots of others to choose from.

The service was so quick! Bridget, the girl helping me was so nice & was definitely making sure I was taken care of! She even opened my pizza boxes and asked me if everything looked good. Great customer service and great pizza. Will definitely return! read more

Poor service, I ordered bogo pizza (coupon online for buy one get one free large or extra large pizza), and I elected to pick up my order rather than have it delivered. My reasoning was simple, when you spend more than $20 AND pick up your order, pizza guys gives you a free 2 liter soda. However, when I went to pick it up I was told I could not get a free 2 liter soda because I used a coupon online. This is bad customer service. I will definitely reconsider purchasing pizza from here again. Sad, I am a regular customer, or I was a regular customer. read more
