Great deal to try all the crazy puffs, got it for $9.99. Did an order pickup and when I got there to open up the self pick up, an employee happily came and helped me out instead. Food was delicious and leftovers the next day and the next next were still yummy. I love this location for great fast affordable pizza. read more

We must be honest here, I do not go to this little Caesars expecting good service. I keep returning because of one thing only PRETZEL PIZZA. As long as they have that I will have to put up with the service. Best to do the order ahead here and then whatever time it says it will be ready add 15-30min on to that . It is all teens and early 20's working there and they do not care how long you are waiting. I have seen customers get very mad in there and they do not care. Also the days of $5 hot and ready are over , prices keeps going up. 2 stars and both are for the pretzel pizza . read more

Order on the App at 4:16pm and that it will be pick up at 515pm When I get there they told me I had to wait another 15-30minutes for my order because they did not see it!! So for your information ordering from the App is not good because even though they said your order is done it's not!! You gotta wait another 15- 30min because they don't see all app order until you get there!! No use of using the app if you still gotta wait!! Might as well order when you get there! And it is 532pm and still waiting!! read more

Came into the establishment earlier around 12:45pm to get a pepperoni pizza when I got the pizza the crust looked under cooked and tasted sour and weird and now my son is throwing up because of it. Definitely do not recommend coming here anytime soon. Be very wary of this restaurant... read more

I ordered two crazy breads and was told it's gonna take 30 mins to get my order. I went in and got my order at 20 mins and when I bit inside the crazy bread it was raw dough it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I don't know if this store has new staff but they need to be retrained on how to bake these crazy bread sticks. I'm very disappointed and not satisfied. read more

Robert, behind the counter, was very inviting. He welcomed me in the store. He helped get my order and offered 2 cheese puffs because they were extra. This location is by far the best Little Caesar's I've been too! Great customer service! read more

If i made food as good as this place i wouldn't claim the business either. First and last time I'll be coming here. I ordered online and expected to pick up on time. I received an email stating my order is ready but speak to a cashier to claim my order. Upon entering i waited a few minutes until an associate asked for my order number. I said '971.' He goes to the kitchen, comes back and asks me for my name, returns to the kitchen, circles back and asks what i ordered, then he hands me my order which was previously made food probably sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. It was burnt. I don't expect much from Little Caesar's, but I've been to better locations. read more

Im not a little caesars fan at all. Matter fact if you see the reviews Ive done on some of the best pizza here in california I havent done any franchised pizza spots, but man, O, man do I have a hack for you! Crazy puffs top with marinara sauce with a little drizzle of mike's hot honey! Oh yeah its like that! All it was missing was a dusting of some parmesan and oh buddy you have a hell of snack! Service was great and very small lobby! But over all 4.5 out 5! Try it out! read more

I am here as I write this. It's 8:27PM on Saturday night 11/12/22 Joey and John are the only two working. The rest of the staff are in the back cursing, yelling, smacking each other, throwing things and are completely out of control. I don't know what manager works here at night but this is absolutely inappropriate these are young adults that are careless, reckless and unsafe. Oh. And. My pizza is uncooked, the crust not even visible. Raw on top. And looks like they just dumped pepperoni on it. read more

They never answer their phone. I love in the neighborhood and phone several times on different occasions. End up buying pizza else where. When I actually go to the store and mention phones not working, they say they have it off the hook. 45 minutes on a Thursday late afternoon around 4pm. I asked why 45 minutes they said short staff. As I sat in my car waiting I watch two staff members leave. Not with pizzas or anything. Only I stayed was my daughter likes the crazy bread otherwise I would have gone someplace else . It's been over 45 minutes now still waiting. read more

Needs a new manager ASAP! Never coming back! Service - 1 little to communication while waiting unexpectedly for 30 min after pizza was suppose to be ready per online. I was told 5 min and 20 min late was told 3 min. Ambiance - 1 Music playing loud from the back and heard throughout restaurant making it difficult to understand when someone showed up to the front. It's been over a week and still can't get an answer about the refund for the order I cancelled. Two call to corporate 30 min wait for each, one online message sent to corporate no response for a week, and calls to the store manager who advised me they could not refund at the store level which I just found was not true. read more

I've had a few pizzas from this location and, in general, it's been an okay experience. It's not my go to place for pizza when I'm really having cravings. It's more like the place I can go to if I don't have a lot of cash to through down on a pizza and I want it fast. The Hot n Ready large pizzas are definitely a huge convenience. I'm usually on the go and make pretty quick impromptu decisions on what to eat. I understand that it's not always the best quality because you may not get a pizza that was made most recently, but the last time I went was probably the worst I've gotten from Little Caesars. I'm not sure on the shelf life or what the standard is on how long they're allowed to hot hold a pizza before it becomes unsuitable to serve, but I felt like I got the oldest Hot n Ready I've ever gotten in my history of Hot n Readys. If I used my best judgement, tasted like it was at least a couple hours old. Possibly misrotated, I don't know. It had the feeling of a pizza that I bought earlier on in the day, then let it sit for a few hours, and then popped it in the oven to heat it back up. It was very dry. I mean, really dry. The pizza was not so much sliced, as it was more scored. And not enough for the slices to tear away clean. I stuggled and tore most of my slices in half just trying to separate it. I wasn't too pissed about it because I only paid like $9 and I knew I was getting a hot held pizza, but it was pretty disappointing. Makes me rethink about getting those. I'd rather just wait for something a little more fresh. Again, maybe a misrotated pizza or just need to have a tighter standard on when to throw them away. I'll probably be back to try again, but I recommend maybe paying attention to the time of day that you go. I came in close to 9pm, so it wasn't exactly busy anymore and the pizzas are more likely to have been there awhile. read more

Came here with my mom in a rainy day and ordered half Hawaiian half supreme with hot wings on the side. The guy at the front who rang us up was inviting and helpful! He was super patient in taking our order and provided great customer service. The lady who came out with our order was also professional and made sure we had napkins too. I don't see why this place has bad reviews but, it's great based off my experience I'll be returning again! read more

Came for a hot n ready, they were pretty busy and the pizzas were coming out of the oven not quite ready yet. Hunter was the only one working the front and boxing pizzas. He was working so hard and getting people through so quickly. Thank you Hunter! We appreciate your hard work read more

If I could put 0 stars it's still not doing anyone any justice. Do your self a favor and spend extra for something else. This was the worst pizza I've had. Crazy bread looked sad and deflated like Tom Brady's footballs. Yea I get that it's cheap but it's not a take and bake establishment. This is the poorest excuse of a restaurant EVER!! I know, I know it's only Little Caesar's pizza but I called in my order when I arrived to pick up my order the girl at the register tells me that my pizza was already picked I then say well it couldn't have because my husband was at home so then she say sorry I gave your order to some one else!! It will take 15min!! So my looking at her likes she crazy!! But I still say and waited for my pizza. When it was ready she charges me full price!! I said wait why am I paying full price when you made a mistake!! She tells me she didn't make a mistake that they asked for the same exact thing I did !! Well what a coincidence that two people ordered 2 specialty pizzas with no onions or bell pepper at the same exact time!! With cheese bread with no extra sauce!! She took no responsibility!! Well I get home to only find nasty A$$ hair in my pizza !!! Threw it all back in the box and took that shot back!! PEOPLE NEVER EAT THERE NASTY MFers!! read more

I called at 8:50pm, and the phone rang for more than 4 minutes before I got an answer. By the time the girl answered, she told me the "kitchen was closed" because orders take 8 minutes each... well hm. If you answered at 8:50 when I called, that would have given you 10 minutes to prep the order. Not only that. But what kind of fast food business stops taking orders before closing time? I worked 10+ years in customer service, 6 years of it in restaurant/fast food. It's simply unheard of to refuse orders before close of business. The rep said "my manager wants to go home on time." So when the hours close at 9pm you're manager wants to go home at 9pm? Get real. read more
