We are new to Lathrop area. This pizza place is exceptional, in that it is clean, the service is great and the Guinevere's Veggie Pizza is amazing! they definitely DO NOT skimp on the toppings and the crust is perfectly soft and crispy at the same time! The best thing about this place is Raj, she is a sweet and welcoming young lady, who makes our pizza! My wife and I visit Round Table for her mad pizza making skills and her smiles! Whenever we go, she says, "I was waiting for you today!" This makes our day! read more

Literally just wasted $90 on two pizzas and some wings. The bbq chicken pizza was undercooked and super saucy. Literally like a whole bottle of bbq sauce dumped on top. Ew. The pepperoni was also undercooked. This location has consistently disappointed, this is my last time ordering here. read more

Rude af! Called and they told us it was $92 for two pizzas! Called back and asked them to cancel the order 5 mins later. They told me I couldn't cancel because the pizza was made! WTH lol They made two $90 dollar pizzas in 5 minutes! No f'ing way. Then the guys hangs up on me because I didn't want the pizza. They call back 2 minutes later after hanging up on me and offer the pizza at half price? lol This place is crazy and they are rude! Sad to see one of my favorite pizza places disappoint me! Pizza usually isn't better than little Caesars either way! Won't be eating here ever again! read more

I feel like something happened here or there is new ownership because things are not the same. They used to be so accommodating and a gentleman would always answer the phone. Now I get this woman who is very cold and Always skeptical of my coupons. Today I try to use a coupon that they sent me in the mail. When I told the woman the code over the phone she said she does not have it. And the pizza should be 24.99 not 23.99. She said she needs to ask her manager . She asked and he told me to bring the coupon in. It's just a dollar off and they are the ones who sent these coupons in the mail so I'm not sure why they don't have them in their own system. There are many other things that occurred that I don't feel like writing out but we probably won't be back. read more

Ordered 2pizzas,wings (lemon pepper, Polynesian) and cheese bread. Ok, the food got here earlier than expected. The driver called to let me know he was outside to hand everything to me. He was super polite. The pizza was perfect!!! The wings No leftovers.. so I knew the family loved that. Thank you!!! Will definitely order again read more

Ordered a large thick crust pepperoni pizza. I opened the box when it was placed on the counter. Wow. I pick up a piece. And said excuse me it was a thick crust. Not skinny. It to it back to someone and they told him tell her that is our thick crust. Which I replied that is sad for a thick crust. And he put the box back on the counter. Also when I got home. I realized there was almost no cheese. Really sad Round Table. read more

This is the fourth time I've ordered from Round Table. The pizza is yet dry again after requesting extra sauce every time! I will be taking my business somewhere else since they refused to give me a refund or give me another pizza. read more

Delivery was earlier than expected. Pizza and chicken wings were good. We will definitely order again.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. They said it would be an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes we called back and they didn't even have a driver. They said he'd be in minute. It's now been two hours with no pizza and no phone call with the status. If they had said they didn't have a driver in the first place we would have picked it up. Called back again and still no driver. We have to go pick it up anyway. At least they made it free. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Quality of food is not on par with other round tables. These owners represent the Round Table brand at about the same level as McDonald's. Stay away people, stay away. read more

Consumer beware. I usually do not Place orders for new restaurants due to the fact that they have a lot of issues to work out. And never seem to get my order correct. But how bad can you mess up pizza? So I took a chance and called to place an order because their online system was not up. I had called twice with no answer but a answer machine picking up after 10 rings. The 3rd time finally someone had picked that seem unpleasantly a bit rude. I had asked if they had any specials currently. The person taking my order States that no they do not have any specials they just opened up. Being aware that they do have a limited special currently going on I asked about it and the person does not ask, can I put you on hold, she just tells me I'll be right back and puts me on hold. At this point I am not getting a good feeling as to why I do not place orders with the new establish restaurants. I didn't place a order. I had ordered another location. read more

I placed a phone order and told the lady I had coupons through the mail and one of the offers which wasn't a coupon stated I could receive 6 garlic twist for free if I downloaded the round table app. So my husband went to pick up the two pizzas one x-large and one large gourmet pizza. The lady told me that I needed to bring in the flyer which my husband did and he was told he can't use two coupons and there was an automatic 15% off the total when we buy two pizzas. I wish they would've told me over the phone and plus the flyer didn't state it was a coupon nor was there a code in the flyer for that free six twist. When my husband went he was told to wait while she was talking to him and on the phone and pizza wasn't even ready when she clearly told me 30 min. I love round tables pizza but this location I'm not so sure about. read more

Our pizza was burnt. Both of them. It will be a while before I will order from Round Table

Round Table Pizza - Gourmet veggie seriously where are my artichokes tasted more like cheese with uncooked pizza - Pizza Near Me - Lathrop, California

Went in for lunch today with my kids asked if they had any lunch specials. In a very short convo the guy just said no. Then I asked for a menu, he handed it to me then answered a personal phone call from his cellphone and left to the back. I was ready to order and didn't come back until maybe 3 min later and just stood behind the counter talking on the phone without asking me for my order. I waited about 5 min for him to finish his convo (maybe could've been important) but then left again and just left me there without asking what I wanted to order so I just left with my kids. Horrible customer service ! read more

The worst pizza place ever!!! Girl at register was rude and did not have the right attitude for customers. As a matter of fact when I asked her if she could give me a discount even tho I forgot my coupon it was an emphatic NO! I told her she jus lost my business and she basically said whatever! Besides that the pizza we ordered was awful! I hope the owner of this place reads my review read more

I got the large chicken supreme thin crust. What pathetic pizza! Skipping on the toppings like a pizza you get out of a freezer section in Walmart! read more

Lathrop Round Table delivered the absolute worst pizza I have had from any RT in the past 45 years. Virtually no sauce was used. $31 of dry bread. I'm done. Their website is about as bad. This is definitely not the last honest pizza. Not even close. From the old ad "go to the freezer. Get the box. " the box would taste better. Way better. read more

Great service !! The food is delicious, and the ambiance is wonderful, the music selection is great!

Placed a pickup order on Feb 10th. Worst customer service. Don't have food ready on time, make you wait even when you ordered over an hr ago. Don't properly acknowledge customers in restaurant. read more

We were in the mood for pizza and we wanted something other than Mountain Mikes and we're pleasantly satisfied. The customer service was great given by a young man. He offered us sauces and gingerly placed them in a bag for take-out. Everyone enjoyed the pizza as it was tasty, warm and fresh. Next time we get the craving, we know who to call. read more

Lesson learned yet again not to order from here. I thought we would try this location again and sadly paid the price of over $55+ to learn that it is the same bad service and food. This is not a Roundtable standard location. Corporate should make a surprise visit, call, taste test all of the above or something to see what the rest of the public experiences. They thought adding a call center would help their locations but it just stops the real feed back from making it to the store and ownership. If you mess up an order I should get a full refund. Not a promise of a half off my order next time or a remake this time. I placed my order clearly, politely and paid. I did my job so I would expect you to do yours. I shouldn't have to bring my pizza back and make my family and guests wait to eat even longer and go back and forth over next time. I wanted it resolved this time. I should have to come back, there shouldn't be an issue the first time. I shouldn't have to ask for a refund one should have been extended for the inconvenience of wasting my time and money. I shouldn't order here for just the thought of hairy arms in the dough. All locations should start incorporating elbow length gloves when mixing dough, hair nets and clean aprons. read more

Food is always as expected. Delivery tends to be faster than promised and always hot! Great customer service and friendly delivery.

I ordered original crust pizza and got thin crust pizza. When I called, I was told by the person who answered the phone that he can see my order and they made a mistake and he will let me talk to the manager. The manager on the other hand told me that they can't do anything about it because someone made the wrong dough in the morning and all the pizzas are coming out as thin crust. When I asked if anyone else has complained, they said no one has said anything all day. That's little hard to believe that people are getting thin crust pizzas all day and no one said anything. They said there is nothing they can do about it until I insisted that this is wrong on their part, then the manager finally said he will give me 15% off on future order but he can't email it to me or give me the coupon. I will just have to tell them the whole story next time I order and they will give me 15% off. That's so bizarre. I will not be going back to them anymore. read more

Came in with my daughter's team and ordered before the whole team. Well the whole team finished eating and our order didn't come out. We were told 7 minutes for the orde to come out, then added 4 minutes then another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later and we were still waited. Asked for it to go instead. read more

I did not appreciate the delivery driver leaving my pizza order on the floor. He didn't wait 10 seconds for me to answer. The manager said this was perfectly fine. This is poor hygiene and leaves me wonder what takes place in the kitchen for this to be acceptable. read more

Very disappointed! ordered this because it is our anniversary and we met at a Round Table. I understand that stores can get very busy, but if you order and it says it'll be there in an hour it shouldn't take over 2! Then when you call and are told it's out for delivery and you ask if it will be hot and get told it is "fresh and hot" it should be more than barely warm! I guess after many years I'm done with Round Table, no longer a value for the expense! read more

We ordered at 6pm and then finally received our order at 8:15. Everything was completely cold and when I called they had nothing to say and they would leave a message for the manager. I would rather order from our other local pizza chain. (Mountain Mikes) read more

I had a really busy day and dinner was getting late so I did what a lot of moms do and decided we'd have some late pizza! I ordered two extra large pizzas and some bread twists for delivery, they were supposed to be delivered at 9:35pm. Which is an hour wait. 10pm rolls around and still nothing, so I call and ask if they're just running late...which is fine, just wanted to make sure they weren't having trouble locating my house or something? I'm not upset or anything because I know it's a busy time of year and I'm a pretty patient and understanding person. I've worked in customer service and always make a point to be flexible. They put me on hold for ten minutes, then get back on the phone and tell me they tried to get ahold of me because they are out of extra large pizzas. I check my caller ID and tell them I never received any call. They check the number they called and he says they dialed the wrong number. I check my round table online account info (how I ordered) and my correct number is listed. I don't believe they ever even attempted to call me. I'm still patient because I know it gets busy and mistakes happen and at this point I'm just trying to figure out what resolution we can come to so we get our pizzas or something comparable. I'm not even asking for a refund, just pizza! The person then tells me they are out of dough...which seems weird for a pizza place but ok, it's a wash for the night. The worker tells me since my order was $80 they can refund my money or just give me store credit. I ask for a refund because honestly my account is low and I'd like the money back so I can go get fast food elsewhere for everyone. They assure me refunds under $100 credit back my bank account immediately. So I agree to the refund. I wait and check my account an hour later and I still have no refund. It's now 11:05pm, the store is closed. So I'm out $80, no pizza, no money back, and making PB&J for ten people for a super late dinner. ‍. I understand things happen but at this point I feel like I should of be offered more than just my money back (which I have yet to even receive) because they could of easily called the correct number on my account or declined the order if they were really out of dough, and definitely not promised me it would credit back immediately if it wasn't going to happen. If my money isn't credited back by tomorrow I'm now going to have to go down there and figure it out in person which kinda negates the whole point in ordering an easy dinner for delivery. It's just getting frustrating at this point. I really love round table pizza but they dropped the ball on a multitude of points tonight. read more

Everything. Ordered from Daniels location. Spoke with Sonny. 30-45 min for delivery-acceptable. Called 1 1/2 later..... order leaving now. Pepperoni pizza was cold, pepperoni was burnt, seemed like eating yesterday's poor pizza. I'm done! I'll make my own. read more

Gave this location a try because the one we normally frequent is under new ownership and has not been the same lately. Sorry to say this location is not any better. Ordered at 5:30 for 6:45 pick up got there and was told it would be about 8 more minutes. Then went back in 10 minutes later and waited another 20 was told the wings were still cooking.
