Came here with the fam bam for dinner after a long day at Great Wolf Lodge! The place was clean and the food was good. However the folks who stocked/refilled the food was a bit rude to the kids. They watched them like a hawk and they felt uncomfortable. I was glad I was with them because buffets are supposed to be a fun experience. read more

Let's begin with, I didn't even want to eat here in the first place due to the fact that I prefer to eat at a local restaurant or small business type place, but hey my dad REALLY wanted Sizzler. When we first walked in, the place was JAM PACKED. Which is typical for a Sunday afternoon and that's not even the problem. The lines were taking a bit of time but luckily I wasn't even Hangry, I was pretty chill waiting patiently with my parents. The girl who ended up ringing us up was TALKING SO FAST. Which granted, I'm sure that's the way someone trained her or that's the way she learned how to do it but because she took our order so fast she ended up making a mistake. At the end she repeated back the whole order and my mom responded with, "I think so." I could understand most of what she repeated back to us, but I was just thinking if someone else who couldn't process as quickly was getting helped by someone like this .... people need to learn how to have patience. Like, what's the rush girl?? Okay, let's move on. Soooo, they ended up fixing the mistake with the charge and what not and we went to go find our table. Our server was lovely, sweet, and she kept checking in on us. S/O Liliana, your service was MUCH appreciated. She was quick to pick up our plates and return and ask us if we wanted a refill on our water. Ok last but not least, this Prime Rib Burger. This burger was LACKING, like where was the rest of the meat YO? I'd probably compare this burger to the same as a McDonald's cheese burger. The only thing that's elevated is the bun. Also, this Yam with the little sweet butter thing on the side. Also, just okay. The pairing just doesn't really make sense. I'll be recommending a different place to my parents next time we all go out to eat. read more

I've been going to Sizzler since I was a kid. Decided to go to Manteca Sizzler on Easter Sunday. I got the ribeye steak with ayce salad bar and my wife got the ayce salad bar. One thing I liked about this Sizzler compared to the one in Modesto and Turlock, they actually still have and provide their own Sizzler steak sauce! I like A1 steak sauce but I love the Sizzler steak sauce which usually is more sweeter than A1. The salad buffet area was clean. Our waitress was great and checked up on us. Overall, we like the floor plan of the Manteca Sizzler which was open. I would go here regularly just because of their very own steak sauce which was already on the table. read more

A very nice Sizzler with the classic salad bar that many of us can fondly remember from our childhoods across the country. Great to reminisce and bring the next generation to enjoy the experience of the Sizzler salad bar-clam chowder, fruits, salads, dessert, hot foods They have all the favorites from yesteryears. The only thing I didn't see was the child salad bar (with goldfish crackers). They did have lots of jello and even had ambrosia salad. They also had Nilla Wafer banana pudding. The seating here and ambiance is very nice and the servers are pleasant and helpful! Join the app club and occasionally they will send deals to help offset the cost. Went to Sizzler today for a late lunch. Had tri-tip sirloin, the ribeye and all you can eat salad bar. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We were greeted with a smile at the cashier station and were served by " Dom" he introduced himself and said he would take care of us which he did. Extremely well. Ahhh, nostalgia time again for me. I keep coming back to Sizzler not just for the food but for the memories I have coming here when I was younger. My family would always come here after Sunday church and they may have remodeled/revamped through the years but the classic food staples remain. I ordered their fish and chips special and they were on fresh and crispy to my liking. The hot/cold salad bar has the usual items through the years and still tastes good. I love sizzler. It brings back childhood memories. The staff here are really friendly and were so understanding about my baby being messy and dropping noodles on the floor. Good thing they kept the bread coming. I helped the 77 year old order through Door Dash for her and her husband. They ordered Steak & Crispy Shrimp, Salmon, two Caesar Side Salads, Clam Chowder, and a Mango Lemonade. She asked the Door Dash driver if everything was there. He said that it was. It wasn't. They left out the Clam Chowder and one of the Caesar Side Salads. I talked to someone at the restaurant and they would have it waiting to be picked up. I suggested that they should be in charge of delivering. I was handed to a manager. She said that it was Door Dash's responsibility. Apparently, people working at Sizzler at not responsible for making certain people get their orders. I guess $20-$30 isn't anything and who needs to present great customer service when you can be a disagreeable manager. Remember, it's someone else's responsibility in this world. read more

My brother and I stopped here after skiing at Dodge Ridge for the day. It was Valentine's Day, so many places were full. While searching for restaurants along our route, my brother saw the Sizzlers. We used to go as kids, and we thought it would be a nostalgic experience to go there. The line wasn't long, and we were seated right away after paying for our all you eat salad bar. The salad bar was ok. The hot food options were decent, but the chicken wings were exceptional. It was also nice to have many soup options after a day of skiing.
