Review of my Big Den Order today: Horribly disappointed with my entire order from this place. Received my order over an hour later than I placed it. The order was packaged pretty but a hot mess when I opened the box. It was sloppily made, it was missing fries, missing veggie patties which I paid extra for, dirty uncooked mushrooms, soggy bread etc. the list of errors on this burger were numerous. Service was great. How can you beat a $6 breakfast and finding a restaurant after 9pm. If you have a refined pallet you not saying oh man this is so good. But, it can be great price wise for breakfast, or a burger and fry. The AARP Discount I believe is 15%. So all in all I was pleased. read more

I came in one time with my dad during Super Bowl Sunday after church last year. I use to work at the establishment in Tracy, Ca. We asked to be seated by the far back. Instead we were seated LITERALLY BY THE FREAKING BATHROOMS!!! I understand your servers are down and you have no one working BUT DONT SEAT US BY THE BATHROOMS!!! We got our food and it was literally portioned. Then I saw the general manager, Courtney point at my table to someone and walk away. Before getting our food, she kept giving me dirty looks. Dennys!!! This is seriously the people you hire?! I had another bad experience in Red Bluff, Ca with that manager too!!! Fix your staff or lose your business entirely!!! You guys seriously false advertise your company because it's not welcoming. It's not friendly. It's rude, toxic, arrogant, and full on just judgment. I took my parents to breakfast this morning and Monique was our server. It looked like she was the only one working and they were BUSY! Even with about five tables at once, she made sure not only we were taken care of, but every table she passed. She stayed attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Food was great. Service was awesome. Most of the staff were smiling. Clean. The parking lot was gross. I felt like our car was going to be broken into. Homeless people blocking the sidewalk begging for money. I gave one of them my leftovers and she had the audacity to ask for ranch dressing. Honestly, I felt like taking it back. There's a shady hotel in the back of the parking lot. Denny's is losing a lot of business. Definitely do not feel safe there. Too bad because the food is good. read more

Thanks for a wonderful experience and keep up the good work. I'll say that the food was actually better than expected but again the service that Leah and her team offered was incredibly wonderful. She made my family feel welcomed and every request was honored without a complaint. Sent it off the highway in Tracy it's an easy access and exit. I highly recommend if you have family to come and enjoy this wonderful experience at a good old fashion American style restaurant which is open 24 hours. read more

This use to be one of my favorite places to eat with my family, waitress Linda and all the other ones were always nice, but today the manager Lorie made us experience racism for the first time in my life. She walked up to out table to tell us me and my husband couldn't share our pancakes (not to mention she had been talking about us with another costumer) the way she put us in the spot was not the best. I visited this past Sunday for my son's birthday and it was such an amazing experience. Yash was an our server and she went above and beyond to make it special for my son. We went around 5 pm so there weren't that many guests but she was the only server. There was a nice ambiance the time we went. Yash made sure we were well take care of and comfortable.
