BBQ chicken flatbread, nachos & margaritas!
    Vanessa M.

We stopped in here last Sunday afternoon. It wasn't crowded (just before dinner hour). Our server was very friendly and attentive. There were a few items on the menu that they were out of already (it was before 5pm). We ordered the nachos and the BBQ chicken flatbread. Nachos were great, the chips had the perfect blend of crispy & thickness! We enjoyed the flatbread as well, nice amount of kick! The margaritas were an excellent pour as well. One Star removed for length of time it took for our meal to come out, especially as the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. We will visit again though when in the area!

We love coming to the hangar for a meal. Service is always friendly and so accommodating of our kiddos. Casual and elevated ambiance. Our favorites are the smash burger, jambalaya, any salad add chicken, steak sandwich and the short ribs. Spicy margaritas are also a hit as long as the usual bartender is working!

The service at The Hangar was amazing. Ambience was nice too. The staff and owner were really sweet and friendly. However food and cocktail options felt limited. Still got some to try it but didn't end up liking anything. Really like the vibe of this place, if only they change the menu, I can become a regular. Spicy shrimp was very sour and not spicy. Smash burger was also not impressive. The beers were assorted and the concept was good.

Giving 2 stars for the fact that the staff were friendly and attentive. We were excited to try this place and were terribly disappointed in the food quality. The prices are very high, so we expected the food to be upper class as well. We tried the barbacoa nachos, hot chicken sandwich with garlic truffle fries and smash burger. The nachos were just ok, but the meat is more of a pot roast and makes everything soggy. It also overpowers all other flavors of the nachos. The chicken sandwich was basically all breading and over fried. Seems like they pounded a small filet and then cut it in half and fried it. It was more breading than any chicken. The only flavor present was the one pickle and all other flavors lost in the sawdust of the missing chicken patty. The fries are large and lacking, didn't taste any truffle and the triple baked method results in a stale, overcooked tasting fry that evaporates in your mouth. The smash burger lacked any seasoning and just didn't have any flavor. 2 entrees, no drink and a app was $107 with tip. We won't be going here again.

Trice fried fries and pepperoni flatbread. No sauces served.

I was excited to try out this new place in our very own city but I have to say, it was a big letdown. We came here yesterday (1/3/26) on a Sunday, around 4:15 pm. There were probably about 15 people in there so perfect timing before the Niners game was on. They just opened at 4 that day. I didn't catch our server's name because she never introduced herself and it took a while (maybe 15 mins) from the moment we sat down for her to come back to get our orders. And as I mentioned there were only 15 people in there and some were just at the bar. So service-wise, very mediocre. Food-wise: nothing phenomenal to report. We ordered for appetizers the trice fried fries - it was ok. I was expecting a trice fried price to be crispy because...it's trice fried. But this one is just like regular fries. One review here said it came with pink sauce, ours didn't (see pic). We also got the pepperoni flatbread and again, it's just like any other flatbread that you can make yourself in the air fryer. The one thing that stood to me was that if you are serving finger foods that require basic sauces such as mayonnaise or ketchup, shouldn't you just have them readily available? We had to ask for ketchup which they gave in those little sauce cups and mind you we ordered dishes such as their smashed burgers with fries (again no ketchup served) and chicken fingers for my kid. When we asked for mayo, they said they have no mayo! NO MAYO?! I am mind blown. The server said they do have this garlic aioli sauce but she can only give us a few of it because it is what they use for their burgers and sandwiches. I did not even take any pictures of their smashed burgers or the chicken tenders because it's nothing special. I would like to Support them again but they need to Stop being cheap with their condiments. They don't even have the basics - ranch, mayo etc. not even salt and pepper on the table. I hope they do better because BJ's is just a few minutes drive and I would rather pay for the same price but get better food with condiments.

Mountain House truly needed a place like this. This is officially our local hangout. Second time back and it didn't disappoint--amazing drinks from a fully stocked bar, great beers on tap, delicious food, and absolutely impeccable service. Our favorite waitress, Momo, made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

The Hangar opened its door to our run club and took great care of us all night!Great environment! Even better food! Shout out to Momo for bringing all the good vibes and excellent service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service we experienced on Tuesday evening around 6:30 pm. My husband and I were the first customers to arrive, yet we still had to wait about five minutes to be seated while the manager was sitting near the entrance. The server/bartender also appeared to be on break, sitting with the manager at the time doing paperwork. We placed our order promptly and received our drinks quickly. Shortly after, three other tables were seated and also placed their orders. Since we were the first guests and the restaurant was not busy, we naturally expected our food to arrive in a timely manner. To our surprise, every table that arrived after us was served their meals while we continued to wait. We politely asked about our appetizer and were told the server would check on it. After another 15 minutes passed, there was still no update, apology, or explanation. In total, we waited 45 minutes with no appetizer, no food, and not even a check-back to see if we needed drink refills. We felt completely overlooked. Eventually, we got up and went to the server to close out our tab. Once again, there was no explanation and no attempt to resolve the situation. We were simply charged for our drinks and left, deciding to dine at another restaurant few doors down. We were really hoping this would become a cute go-to spot for a nice meal since the menu looked very appealing. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service and communication made for a very frustrating experience. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

This is the order she suggested we have them and we complied. I'm no expert of new haven style pizza but I'll watched enough Dave Portnoy to maybe not necessarily be a judge but to recognize what makes a apizza. Let me start by saying these pizzas were delicious. As for the characteristics of a new haven there were some. I'll let you be the judge by the picture or your own experience dinning here. We tried all 3 as they were coming out the oven and also tried them with Caroline customizations. In short they elevated the apizza. She also mentioned she puts some parmigiano reggiano on her pizza and has a big wheel of it in the back which I didn't get the chance to see and take a picture. None the less another thing to like about her pizza.. Natalie crafted some fine spirits for us to accompany our pizzas although I wish they were a bit more unbalanced in a good way but then again the are mixed drink. The ambiance was great with Contemporary jazz playing. I like jazz so it was delightful. First off, this is NOT on the staff working. We genuinely felt bad for them. Management thought it was a good idea to schedule ONE bartender and ONE server on a packed Saturday night. The entire place was chaotic, customers were visibly irritated, TVs throughout the restaurant stopped working, and the poor employees were drowning trying to keep up. The stress was palpable that made the experience stressful and not enjoyable. Absolute management failure. At one point I used their self-pour beer wall and poured myself half a Modelo only for it to come out warm I was able to find another beer that was actually cold... but still charged for the warm one. The food was somehow even worse. We ordered the barbacoa nachos, wedge salad, and a kids burger with fries. The kids burger was the only edible thing. The wedge salad was drowning in ranch like someone emptied the whole bottle on it. Tomatoes tasted old and gross. Then came the nachos... tiny portion, bland chips, barely any cheese, no mango salsa like the menu claimed, and the "barbacoa" -- if you could even call it that -- was tough, fatty, and completely inedible. $74 later for one appetizer, one salad, one kids meal, and 1 1/2 beers. We only tipped because we felt bad for the server. We will NEVER be back. Thanks for ruining our Mother's Day dinner.
