    'Not pad Thai'
    Meera K.

Worth the wait! The staff work efficiently to get through the lines that form around busy hours. Recently announced they are open until 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays. There is minimal seating inside for groups but we didn't wait long at all. More group seating outside and lots of bar space for smaller groups. The food is soo good and flavorful. We enjoyed Taj Mahal beer with the Manchurian tofu sandwich, khati roll and not pad thai. Very shareable!

I cannot say enough good about this restaurant. I stopped here for coffee a few days ago and I have to say, its my favorite place to get a cup of coffee. It is just so smooth and creamy. Delicious. I always sit at the counter facing the coffee machine ,even of there are open tables (which isnt often as there are only 2-3 actual tables). The place is small but it is charming. The baristas always are fun to interact with. This time they tryied to teach me how to make coffee art. Lol Honestly everything I have ordered here is excellent.

After hearing many amazing things about Joya's, my friends and I decided to check this place out for brunch. When we entered, there was a long line where you order and pay for your food. They will give you a table card number and bring the food out to you. I decided to get the SamBurger, their take on a cheeseburger, and a Thai Tea. The Thai Tea was pretty standard and tasted great. I thought that the SamBurger was alright, as I thought it tasted like a regular cheeseburger with a little kick. I wouldn't recommend getting these dishes, but I would come back to try other menu items.

Kati Roll (crispy paratha stuffed with lamb, pickled onions, and eggs)

Joyas plays upon the best aspects of cuisine from Bangladesh. You might enjoy a glazed chicken sandwich, wraps, fried rice, or noodles. Whatever you order the Bengali flavors and spices shine through loud and clear. Kati Roll: A large golden crispy paratha forms the wrap. An egg is the inner layer and ground lamb is the filling. Spices, pickled onions, and cilantro add texture and flavors such as salty, sour, and sweet. If you order this Danny's Way, they add chopped up Thai chilies for some sweat-inducing heat. Nitro Chai: After the initial smooth, sweet, and creamy notes, you taste the tea at the end of your sip. Think of this as a mellow contrast to the storm of flavors of the kati roll. Ordering: There's a little line outside the door that takes about 10 minutes to get to the register. They're thoughtful enough to provide little samples of Thai tea while you wait. After placing your order, you take your Uno card to your seat and wait about 15 minutes.

Was looking for a new coffee/breakfast experience while in the area and came across Joya. It sounded like a place full of flavor and that it was. I ordered that Kati Roll which was really tasty, but the star of the show was definitely my friend's Not Pad Thai noodle dish. It was a veggie option , made with tofu. I'm typically not much of a tofu person but it was delicious. The noodles were cooked perfectly and again, so much flavor. I'd definitely come back for them. The Joya's mocha was also good.

For brunch today I decided to check out Joya's. It is located on a cute strip of business in downtown Worthington. I visited Joya's on a particularly nice day so I was happy to see they had a handful of tables set up to dine outside. Inside you place your order at a counter and a server brings it out to you. The lady working the counter was friendly and complimented my shirt (good way to get a bigger tip from me lol.) I ordered the breakfast sandwich and a regular coffee. The coffee and water were both self served. I found the coffee pretty tasty. The breakfast sandwich came out surprisingly fast. The sandwich came with Pav-tato roll, bacon, cheesy eggs, chutneys, and chives. The egg was nice and fluffy and the bread tasted very fresh. The bacon really added to the sandwich as well. My only gripe is I would have liked a tad more of the spread on the sandwich. Overall it was quite nice. I also appreciated when I was ready to leave a woman behind the counter offered me a to-go cup for more coffee without me even having to ask. I'm glad Joya's is close to where I live because I can definitely see me visiting them more often!

    Bobby's Breakfast Sandwich *Bobbys Way*

This is it, you talk about good food, this is the place to be. The food the service and ambiance definitely put the Joy in Joyas. The service was very friendly, the ambiance was very downtown, hustle and bustle vibe, it was great but just wasn't for me. But the food made everything worth it, I got a Bobby's breakfast sandwhich, Bobby's way. It was so flavorful, it was an emotional roller coaster each bite, so many ingredients, but it all came together perfectly, paired with a Joya Iced Latte. Defiantly will be getting this again 9.7/10 !!!

This is an incredibly small space with a limited menu. I got the breakfast sandwich which was decent but small, glass of OJ $4. The servers were very friendly and the vibe is cute, and it's very popular as evident by how packed it was on a Thursday afternoon but I don't think there's any specific reason I would want to come back.

    Joya's party melt

With the weather being so nice lately, luckily we got some outdoor street seating, which was a treat. They have lots of options including burgers, wings, sandwiches, rice, and noodles, with an Asian twist of course. I'm a big fan of flat rice noodles so the Kway Teow Danny immediately caught my eye. It had a nice smoky flavor and lots of grilled veggies, chicken, and chunks of pork, topped with a poached egg. It was served with two spicy extras, including sliced red chilis and a red chili sauce. I preferred the chilis because it added a much better kick The Joya's fried rice was a good option if you like extra crispy textures, since it had fried pork, what looked like fried chicken?, rice crisps, and peanut chili crisp in it. In terms of sandwich options, the Joya's party melt was a unique one, with a burger style meat and a little bit of cucumber kimchi, onion, and sauces in it. Once you order and pay indoors, they give you an uno card table number and then bring the dishes out to you. The servers are very friendly and quick. Cleaning up after yourself is expected as there is a self serve station with water, utensils, and a trash bin for food scraps.

    Not Pad Thai

Joyas takeout because it's always so busy in their place during winter. We ordered not pad Thai, breakfast sandwich, and the potato balls!! The best breakfast spot around. We always love to have a chance to stop by. The nor pad Thai has a perfect sweet flavor. The egg sandwich is one of the top in Columbus. It is light and fluffy and full of flavor. A must try.

Having been wanting to make a visit for a while every time I came back to see my folks. The restaurant is Bengali fusion and all the food is delicious! We came when there was a farmers market happening in the neighborhood but service was still very quick and attentive. I got the Bengali chap cheese and also tried my friends kati roll and it was soo good. On the house we were given hush puppies and it was such a nice surprise. All the food and flavor is so well balanced and spiced well. Highly recommend a visit!

    Manchurian chicken sandwich

If I could give this spot 10 stars I would. This location is nowhere near me but we made the trek over to Worthington to see what all the hype was about and it's DEFINITELY worth the trip. Columbus likes to brag about how they're a "test city" for new and innovative dining and restaurants yet damn near everywhere you look it's chain after chain after chain with the same old same old. JOYA's definitely does NOT fit this mold. They are making dishes that are BOLD, IMAGINATIVE, with FLAVOR PROFILES that are UNMATCHED. Whoever the hell sat down and thought out the menu SNAPPED (in a good way). For example the milk chai tea sample the owner or manager passed out to the folks in line was AWESOME and I'm not even a big tea drinker. The Egg Sandwich BOBBYS WAY, was savory, unctuous, with a hit of sweetness that paired excellently to the overall sandwich in itself. The hash puppies loaded was OFF THE CHAIN! The not so pad Thai had a mix of flavors that were unique and very pleasant to the palate. The crispy Manchurian sandwich was delicious, moist, sauced to the gods yet crispy with an awesome slaw that balanced the sandwich well. The housemade rice crispy sample was spectacular and will never make you want to eat a factory made rice crispy treat ever again! There's a reason there's a line outside this place before it opens...because it's awesome with customer service OUTTA THIS WORLD! I don't care if you live in ALASKA go go go go to JOYA's because they're thinking outside the box with their menu and pulling it off with RAZORSHARP CULINARY PRECISION! We can't wait to come back for dinner

Heard a lot about this place and wanted to try it for the longest. The place was crowded and thwre was a wait time to get tables. It was all worth it. The food was excellent with burst of flavors and loved the vibe of the outdoor seating. The service was great. Definitely recommend the place.
