Came here on a Friday night with a group of ten and we were seated right away. Since we had a lot of people in our group, we decided to order two orders of the Jin combo 2. We weren't sure if it was going to be enough for all of us, but it definitely was. One of our friends who loves grilling was our designated griller at the table, did a great job grilling. Nothing was undercooked or overcooked in the slightest. You could really tell the quality of the meat was on par just by looking at it but especially so once you took a bite. I would say that for the amount of meat that we got and for the quality, the price was fair. Next, the service? Fast and friendly! Our side dishes, volcano steamed egg, and corn cheese were always refilled quickly. Speaking of side dishes, our favorites were probably the macaroni salad, pickled daikon, and the two salads. Writing this just in case anyone was thinking of going with a large group. This is minor, but the only complaint we had was that they didn't have a table big enough to seat all of our party comfortably together. I think the max seating at one of their big tables to sit at comfortably was eight. They tried to split our party up at two tables but since we all wanted to sit together since it was a rare get together for us, we all decided to squeeze into one table. We can compromise a little elbow room, no problem! Overall, we had a great experience. Would definitely go back again sometime! read more

Visited this place after researching on Yelp, because I was in town on business and was craving KBBQ. This was definitely on the pricey side but the quality of the meats and the flavor was absolutely delicious. I felt a bit awkward eating solo, but honestly it was all so delectable that I didn't care, lol... I walked away so stuffed! This was unique, as some others have mentioned, because their grill edge had the side pockets for the egg and other products, which was pretty cool. Service was incredible and they were very attentive. Banchan options were great. Meat selection was plentiful, and this quality really was top of the line. I went really early after work, maybe 5 pm, so there was no wait to be seated. Because it wasn't crowded, service was attentive and readily available. Parking outside was a non-issue too. We just returned from a great trip in Puerto Vallarta and needed diner and to get some supplies from HMart around the corner so we tried Jin BBQ out. Wonderfully polite and professional service with a great menu selection for dinner and beverages. The very crisp clean atmosphere of this modern Korean restaurant made us feel great. They practice social distancing and wearing of masks for COVID19. We had the Tofu with stir fried spicy pork and kimchi plus the kimchi stew. Ok it was a cold evening and we wanted something warm. The quality was great with excellent flavor. The spicy pork was a quick sauté rather than a stewed version which is the way my wonderful spouse makes it at home so it was not as tender as it could have been. Best kbbq meat quality you can get in AZ, I have tried many different places and nowhere is as good as here. I always go in big groups so we get the big combo for 150 dollars I believe. It comes with unlimited side dishes my favorite is the corn cheese. The seats are actually stools and so they aren't very comfy but who cares if the food is good. Service is great and fast, no complaints. We even had leftover meat since we weren't that hungry and they let me take it home raw and cook it at home, it was still delicious after a day. read more

Retuned for a 2nd visit to celebrate my birthday with friends who had never experienced Korean BBQ before. They absolutely loved it! The meat quality is top tier and the employees are like family!!!!!!!!! There's a reason why they are one of the top KBBQ in the nation. The sides are delicious and always fresh! Finally got to tried this place out! I had a high expectation about food here, but hmm... it didn't really meet my expectation. I went there for lunch. They don't have their lunch menu anymore. Anyways, I tried bulgogi mountain, it is like a bulgogi with soul and clear noodle, but the waiter there didn't know how to cook it, and he just left telling us he doesn't know how to cook it. So... the meat turned out to be overcooked and I felt like it could have tasted better if there was someone told me how to cook it or any help. And when I asked for another side dish, the waiter put the plate with the food on the top of the old plate, and I was like uhh...... if the employees there were more trained and professional, it would have been so much better. First you choose your meats (steak, chicken, bulgogi, brisket, etc). We got the chicken bulgogi, brisket, and the short rib for three people. I really enjoyed the pickles and salad with ginger dressing. I didn't like the onion salad, it was too "oniony" for my taste! Our server cooked all our meat and side grill veggies. But It is still frustrating when you're starving and you see that the customers have left your soon to be table but you are just waiting for it to be cleaned so that you can be seated. Once we ordered and the food came, we were very satisfied. The meat and the sides were great; the quality of the meat was fantastic. The rib soup and seafood pancake were not bad. They didn't blow me away but they weren't bad. The cold noodles were a bit sweeter than what I typically like but it still hot the spot and reminded me of my time living in Korea. There is a great selection, and I really liked that the vented hoods were adjustable, and can come lower to prevent some of the smoke coming onto us. I would not recommend this place. It is not AYCE which is fine if the meat is better quality, unfortunately that was not the case. Our meat, was extremely fatty and some was very tough. We do Korean barbecue several times a year so I do know the difference between good and bad. This was our first time trying the spot as the other locations we prefer had long wait times. Now I understand why it was so easy to get in promptly. The side dishes were ok and the service was ok. Half of our grill was not working, the grills are extremely dirty, and they do not change the grates regularly, which creates an excessive amount of smoke. I had to step outside multiple times to clear my eyes when we got home everyone had to shower due to the smell of smoke and food. You could look around the restaurant and see how smoked out it was not even sure how this place pass code I can imagine that eating food off their grills is likely not healthy due to all the caked on black char. Sometimes you don't know until you try it, not sure how this place has so many good reviews. It's also very small and minimal space on the tables. The space is so small they have to bring a tray to sit next to your table for your meat. Unfortunately not a fan. read more

Those restaurants usually more expensive than AYCE ones, but they have high quality meat. However, at this place, my family ordered a dish of Premium Galbi/Kalbi. They gave us only 2 slices of marinated Galbi and charged us $32 for that. The meat doesn't taste different from the meat in AYCE restaurant.
