    A week ago, I had an oil change done on my 2020 Hyundai at a Hyundai dealership. Today I noticed an oil leak under the car. Being away from the city, I contacted Jiffy Lube here in Maricopa. I asked Darren if they would investigate the cause of the leak. He said absolutely, bring it over. When I got there , the car was immediately taken in. The staff came to the waiting room with a pic on their phone showing the oil pan plug one thread away from falling out!! They torqued it , which obviously Hyundai DIDNT DO!! Then they cleaned up the undercarriage and sent me on my way! Thanks for the amazing complimentary service! This was the second positive experience I have had at this shop!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

    My car was leaking and I didn't know why? I took my car into my dealer, and they told me wherever I had taken my car didn't tighten the screws, thus leaking oil. This could've been catastrophic and voided my warranty. Don't bring your cars here. I called management, and he just said "Ok."

    Went in for a simple Oil Change & From the time I left the parking lot I started having issues with my vehicle. Black Smoke Coming from AC Vents, Oil leaking & My AC Stopped Working When it was Fine just before I pulled in. The workers always advise "I don't really know what I'm doing, let me get the Manager" The Manager advised me that they put the Oil Filter On Improperly, He said he fixed it & I I should have no problems, but I continued to have the same issues, so I took it back a 2nd time & was advised that the Drain Plug Gasket Was placed on improperly. I took it back a 3rd time & was advised that there was nothing they could do. Everything looked great & that I needed to recharge my AC unit & that should take care of all of the issues. I let them know that my vehicle had been leaking oil this entire time, I was advised to return the vehicle. I returned for a fourth time on 9/3/24 spoke with Patrick, who refused to give me his last name, but stated he was the manager. He Immediately tried to justify the actions of the previous employees, stating "they would not have made any of those mistakes" when in fact they did & admitted to doing so. He told me he would look at my vehicle, then came back to say, I had an engine oil leak that was advised to me at my last visit which he stated, was in May & since I did not take care of the problem, basically I should not be complaining. However, I have a confirmed oil change was done on 8/8/24 At no time was I ever informed of an engine oil leak. I had been there 3 times prior complaining about my oil leaking & black smoke coming from the air conditioner & not once, did anyone ever mention this to me. I was very upset & Asked him for his name and title. He turned to his employees and told them to hurry up and "get her car down & out of here!" I do not have any documentation that my vehicle ever had an engine leak up until this day. The manager was quick to blame everyone else for the unprofessional and inadequate services

Admittedly, this got away from me, but I believe in taking care of my car, lest the damage become worse and more expensive. Brake Masters surprisingly got me in right away even though I came in on a Friday in the late morning. They did the oil change as well as a full inspection, finding an issue I actually didn't know about. I knew I'd need a new air filter, but I also had to replace the cabin filter as well as the belt that helps run the alternator and starter. That's the part that hurt my heart (and my bank account), but letting it go will eventually hurt far worse in the long run. Jennifer was great about finding deals, but in the end, we were able to lighten the amount through my veteran's discount. Everyone was polite, and the work was completed fairly quickly. I was actually still shopping in the main plaza when the store called to tell me the oil change was complete. I would return and recommend this business as a good place to work on your vehicle.

I had the front brakes and rotors replaced more recently so I knew it was time for rears. They said my rears and fronts were both at 5, which surprised me, and they recommended doing both pads and the rear rotors. They also recommended a brake flush service. I agreed thinking I may as well do some preventative maintenance. When I got the car back, I noticed I had to depress the brakes much further than before, almost all the way to the floor before it would stop fully. I thought this was odd since they're new pads it should be more sensitive not less? I drove around more assuming it was a break in period, tried some fixes like depressing the brakes all the way with the car off, but still weak brakes. So I called and brought the car back in the next day they were open. I took time off work and I appreciated them squeezing me in between their other appointments. After 2 hours I was told they were going to have someone drive it and test it. I thought they had been fixing it, but after a bit the car returned and they said he didn't notice anything wrong so I was sent off with nothing done. I didn't have time to argue so I left unsatisfied. Maybe I needed to let them break in still? I drove it to work, but had to leave extra room for stopping distance as the brakes were very weak, barely stopping the car till over half way down, and when fully depressed I'm still rolling. So I brought it in a 3rd time and I had to insist that something wasn't right. I was treated like I was stupid, that nothing was wrong, but I had to push to get them to bleed the brakes properly. They had an attitude like they were going above and beyond and just doing it as a favor to me, like it was a waste of time to them. After another couple hours they said they bled the brakes using a different method and had a 3rd person drive it. I got more of the guilting and was told if it still isn't good, to come back later and they'll try something but that they've done all they could really do. Thankfully the brakes function as I would expect, except they still shake pretty rough sometimes. There's much less air in the lines and they respond a lot sooner. The car is now safe to drive after 3 visits and about 10 hours of time. Would not recommend anyone to go here. Clearly not experts in brakes, and very low standards of quality of their work. I wouldn't trust them to do anything else on my vehicle. The amount of time I had to spend fighting them to do the job correctly completely eliminated any value of cost savings I might have had. Very awkward uncomfortable experience. I especially didn't appreciate that I had to fight for them to acknowledge there was something wrong at all, which speaks to either their technical knowledge, standard of work, or effort values. I would not work with a mechanic who lacks any of those things so I won't be going back here. No trust in their work at all. 2 stars because I'm grateful they eventually did help me make it right even if it was forced, instead of telling me to kick rocks. But I certainly won't be using their lifetime brake option that got bundled in to the deal. Not going to waste more time fighting for that money back at this point.

    BUYER BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, PREDATORY SALES METHODS, AND DISHONESTY…read more I helped facilitate a tire replacement for my elderly mother and worked with Kevin. He promised a "buy 3 get 1 free" deal on tires available "same day." While I found the tires cheaper elsewhere, Kevin promised to include an oil change, alignment, rotations, and flat repairs for the life of the tires to earn our business. Kevin was extremely aggressive to "close" the sale, calling me repeatedly from different numbers while I was in meetings. Once we arrived at the Maricopa location, the lack of transparency became disturbing. Kevin presented a write-up packed with undisclosed "up-charges" that were never discussed. We were forced to pay for: *Labor for discarding old tires (even though I took the tires myself) *Motor Vehicle Tire Waste Fees *Electronic balance and stem labor *A "protection plan" *Shop supply charges *Tire nitrogen fill fee per tire When I contested the $44 nitrogen charge and asked for regular air, Kevin claimed he couldn't honor the "deal" unless I paid for all the extra "crap." The "free" 4th tire was essentially paid for by these itemized nonsense fees. He clearly expected my elderly mother to sign without me reviewing the invoice. The dishonesty continued with the service. Kevin initially promised the alignment was included. When we picked up the car, he claimed it "didn't need one" but provided no proof. When I pressed, he changed his story, saying they were too busy and told me to call to schedule a Saturday appointment. When I called to schedule for the following Saturday, he claimed they don't do Saturday appointments and then tried to charge me $109-$119 for the alignment that was supposed to be free. This was a complete bait-and-switch. From the aggressive sales tactics to the hidden fees and the retracted promises regarding the alignment, this was the most unethical experience I've had. I cannot speak for the whole staff, but Kevin's tactics are borderline illegal and predatory. Especially towards my elderly mother. Do not take your business here. We have many other local shops in Maricopa that probably operate with better integrity. I am shocked this location has a high rating given these sketchy, dishonest practices. I will be sharing this experience on every platform possible to warn others.

I then said that Ive been waiting for their call for over 3 hrs!! I did not get a call!! I then said wow and that I will take my vehicle and get it serviced somewhere else. I then asked for my keys. Did I can an apology? No!! Did I get a sorry? No!!! The person that I spoke to was young, the person doing the servicing was young. And to top it off they were both on their phones when I walked in. They saw me come in and not one of them not even acknowledged for 5-10 minutes!!! What kind of service is this?? I will tell you what the problem is. 1st acknowledge who comes in. Be polite say hello and be professional. How can I help you or what can we do for you today? 2nd acknowledge the appointment and if your are too busy state that appointment may go over and we would understand. 3rd give us an estimation of completion time so we atleast have an idea of how long it may be. 4th Follow through!! Give us a call and CONFIRM that you called us! Not just say we called and left a message!!!! I did not get a call at all!!! Stop lying!! 5 if the car cannot or will not be able to be serviced within a certain time slot or in the day tell us!!! Call us!! Text us!! And apologize!!! Its that simple. The two that worked that day need to be looked at (via camera system) and see what they were doing throughout the whole day. Whats the point of an appointment if you cant do it!!
