There's definitely a huge price difference in this and Walmart but for the service along for me, after what i experienced it was worth it. I came in for an oil change, got that... also needed an air and cabin filter and got those changed because they were so bad. This is NOT my car fyi and I am helping a friend but am totally disappointed in the condition lol They top off fluids for you if you need them done so it's best to come here to not worry about if I need this or that. I don't always have, or make time to get things like this done during the week or on a Saturday. I had just dropped my son off at work down the street and pulled in right before 4 PM. I was greeted immediately with a bottle of water and told it would be just a few minutes. When the car ahead of me was completed, I was directed to pull forward. David welcomed me again and explained the pricing of the various options. He was not at all pushy and treated me with respect. As a woman, that means a lot to me. So many of these places figure we don't understand all this stuff and try to upsell unnecessary things. Each step of the way he explained what was going on and showed me the engine air filter when he pulled it out so that I could see how it looked as well. He then stated that he would check the cabin air filter. In all my years of being a car owner, and getting oil changes, this is the first time I have been aware of that filter being checked, and I told him as much. As it turned out that one was filthy so I had it replaced. Any time he needed to open a door or reach inside the car, he asked permission first, it was so nice! All other fluids were topped off and I chose an additive for the fuel system. I love my car, so I want to take good care of it. A coolant flush was recommended, however, I turned that service down this time around. David, Brayden, and Ethan did a fantastic job taking care of me this afternoon. I will most certainly be back the next time I need an oil change. I will also let all my girlfriends know that this is the place to go for excellent service!

Jake sent a mechanic out to remove one spring so he could take it to Pheonix( an hour away). I asked Jake to upgrade my springs to 4,000 # springs and add heavy duty shackles and equalizers. He told me they come with a two year parts and labor warranty good anywhere in the country. About 1 1/2 months and about 900 miles the springs failed. One is totally bent out of shape and three others are failing. I had to make a special trip back to his shop on Pinal Ave to get the invoice and warranty paperwork. Now on 4/15/2019 I called the warranty company only to find that Whitfield dropped out of the warranty program in January 2019. In my opinion, that constitutes fraud!!! My undercarriage plastic was hanging and oil dripping. It was red, so I figured transmission fluid. The next morning, I had to call off work. Had to get my car checked out. A friend recommended George's transmission. I'm glad they did. They were very friendly and prompt. They called me to the back to show me the cracked transmission casing. Explained my alternatives. I got a quote for my insurance. I will be taking my car to them when the insurance gives the ok. They filled the transmission and had me on my quickly. Very friendly and family owned business. Other things were also worked on making it a $2600 bill. Only ONE MONTH later, the check engine came on. We took it back in to have them check to see if something they worked on was messing up creating the light to come on since we hadn't seen that light on before. We were called the next day to be told there was absolutely NO OIL in the engine, that they engine must be burning through oil and we could be given a estimate on a rebuilt engine. Absolutely shocked. We were told the car could still be driven but would need to constantly put oil in it. To add even more insult, they told us "make sure you bring oil to put in it when you pick it up". $2700 to now have a car that is basically ruined. This car did NOT do this before they worked on it. The car had a rebuilt engine put in in 2016 and barely had 15,000 miles put on it. As mentioned above, they fixed the oil leak ONE MONTH prior. What are the odds??
