We started having high oil pressure indicator issues about 24 miles east of casa grande at 200 on a Saturday. WE were driving from Page AZ to Tucson , AZ and it was 110 degrees We pulled in and even though they appeared busy they were extremely pleasant. I went in 10 minutes before closing (I felt horrible and was going to turn around, I didn't realized they closed at 6) the girl comes out and I told her I'd come back a different day. She was so polite and didn't seem irritated, in fact told me it was fine they didn't mind at all. They were thorough, I didnt feel like a nuisance at all and they didn't seem to be rushing me out. First and foremost I wanna say Trey needs a raise. We went in thinking we knew what the issue was. After changing out the part we wanted them to, the check engine light was still on. Trey took time out of his day after work to look into what the problem could be and called me the next day with the solution and sure enough it worked and ultimately saved us money. He really looked out for us and for that I plan on going to this location for my future problems and oil changes. I am an industrial refrigeration mechanic with automotive background. I sent my girlfriend to this site to have her oil changed as I work long hours. I regularly take my company truck to other locations without issue. They informed my girlfriend that they did not have her filter and no auto parts stores nearby had it and asked her to call the other jiffy lube down Florence. She drove to the nearest O'reilly auto parts and they had the filter in stock, and also stated they did not receive a request for this filter. She returned to the location, filter in hand and they did change the oil and filter for her but they did not check other fluids and air filter as stated on website for your basic oil change. They did not go over any other system checks that they are supposed to perform during their time with the vehicle wether they were good or needed attention. I expect the bare minimum when paying for a service and we did not get that. Also not impressed with oil stains on the front of the vehicle. This is a 2020 vehicle and I thoroughly inspected the vehicle when I got home from work and there are no oil leaks that could have caused this oil residue. Do better. read more

5 years later & it's still a 5 star location! They are always kind, quick & very efficient. Of all the locations in town I wouldn't choose another one. I live in the valley now & come to this location when I see my parents because of the outstanding customer service. Rob & John did a great job & made me feel super safe during these "Covid times" they let me stay in my car which felt the most comfortable. Oil change was quick. Not as customer forward as some other Jiffy Lubes. Overall a good, quality oil change. They get dinged for topping the radiator and windshield washing fluid with water which promptly froze once I wasn't in AZ. The staff here is awesome! The ice cream truck showed up while we were getting our oil change and one of the employees there bought my whole family ice cream! Generous. After that I overheard the same employee talk an old man out of an oil change that the fella thought he was due for. Apparently, the old guy was in very recently and must have forgotten. Integrity. Update: About a couple of weeks after I wrote about my unpleasant experience with jiffy lube I was emailed by the customer service team they were professional and kind. They then told me somebody will be reaching out to me to resolve the issue. It has now been 3 months and I've finally received a call from a jiffy lube team member today. Keith was his name and he has the worst customer service I've experienced, he started off the call by saying "So what's the issue" and proceeded to tell me that not only was my complaint "not good enough" to him but that he finds it funny I'm barely addressing the issue now. [wrong Keith, it's just taken this long for you guys to get back to me.] He had an attitude the whole Conversation and that's honestly not somebody I would want myself or others to bring their business too. I really hope he doesn't speak to women like this he also offered me a discount for my next oil change but yeah that's a big no for me. Customer service was nice but it's funny how 1 person can change my perspective about a whole company. If there was zero stars on here I would select that so Ill give them a 1 star again! Terrible... Had to talk them down from an outrageous price to flush and replace my transmission fluid. On top of that a month later, the fluid is already dirty again. Don't waste your time here. read more

I've gone to this Jiffy Lube on numerous occasions and I ALWAYS find the staff friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to give you advice on your car and if their suggestion isn't something you can get completed at that time, they understand and notate it in their system so that you can get it completed on your timeline. A lesson in assumption. I went into Jiffy Lube on Florence Blvd. yesterday explaining to them that I normally change my own oil but that I had a leak in my oil pan and or transmission pan and do not have a torque wrench, which is necessary to put the pans back on. Told them I was tired of the drips and needed to get it fixed. They took the veh. in then the manager came back and asked if I wanted synthetic blend or Pennsoil High mileage and I selected the high mileage which is what I normally use and runs a couple dollars more at the store. He said it would be $63 and change then gave me a $5 AARP discount. Here is where the assumption comes in, knowing the oil change is normally $24.95 with about $10 extra for the high mileage oil I assumed (erroneously) that it included a gasket install. When they were done I asked which gasket was leaking and they said probably both as there was fluid everywhere and perhaps the power steering line was leaking as well. I asked if they fixed it and they said "no we don't remove pans". I thought I had conveyed my wishes very clearly up front as to why I brought them my veh. and wondered which part of the conversation they missed. As it turned out I got a $58 oil change. Worst business in general. This one especially bad. Went for an oil change. Next day notice my car is leaking oil. Took it back and they didn't want to tell me the oil pan was stripped. After I directly asked them they admitted it. Since the original bayman Ed Cocksucker wasn't there the other workers didn't want to fix it. The acted like I was asking them for a favor. Got the regional managers number and left a voice mail. Never called me back. That's his job and he wussed out. It upsets me that Ed wasn't truthful and just said I stripped it but I will fix it on the first visit. If you're thinking of taking your car here. Don't do it. I'm very disappointed with jiffy lube. I went to go get my oil changed on February12,2016. Well when I drove off I got two blocks away and all kinds of smoke was coming out from under my hood. I took it back and they said they must of spilled oil. So they washed it off. The next morning I was leaving my house and pulling out of my drive way I see this big oil stain. I called them and they told me to take it back. I did and they said the plug for the oil pan came loose. They had to get a new one from the other jiffy lube. Well they said my car was good to go. Well the last 2 weeks my car has been dripping oil here and there. So last Friday 4/1/16 I checked the oil and it was low. So I took it back for them to top it off. I told the guy that it had been leaking oil so he pulled it in and checked it out. He tells me no it's not the motor oil that's leaking. So ok well I finally took it to a mechanic on Wednesday 4/6/16. He calls me to go look at the sloppy job jiffy lube did. Where the plug goes on the oil pan is sealed shut with some kind of Orange adhesive. He said that it was leaking oil from somewhere cuz it was all over. He said that that's not even right cuz at any moment that could come unglued and my oil spill all out and I wouldn't even know. That could burn out my engine. So hopefully I get a response from this. I want to talk to somebody that's in charge. read more

I came to this Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change and was going in expecting them to upsell which they did. When I arrived they were very nice to me and brought me into the office but had me wait for about 10 minutes before even getting my basic information or asking what services I would like. I found it odd they didn't even ask why I was there or what services I came in for. When they first came back in to the office to speak to me, they recommended I get the high mileage or similar oil, which cost about 50-60 bucks. I told them I just wanted the value oil at $24.95. They tried to push the higher mileage but I told them the value oil would be fine. He then left the office and came back about another five minutes later, this time trying to sell me on getting a automatic transmission flush which costs 100+ dollars. The problem with this is that my vehicle has over 150k miles and any sophomore mechanic can tell you that flushing it will probably do more harm then good, so I passed. At this point he then told me his co-worker was in the garage and wanted to show me something on my car. I went outside where his associate showed me how the air filter on the cold air intake had come off, and been off for sometime therefore causing the intake to suck in things it shouldn't be sucking in. The issue here is that I personally checked my engine bay, including the intake and filter, before going to Jiffy Lube and the intake was on there just fine. The employee then told me he would flush out my fuel system and fuel injectors to remove anything unnecessary for $80 or however much it was, I told him no I just wanted my oil and I'd be on my way. They also tried to sell me on a new air cabin filter which was "dirty". I know now this place will try to scam you out of money. Stay away and go elsewhere. read more
