Charged me $2800.00 to replace a water pump and rear main oil seal. He broke a clamp replaced it with a regular hose clamp, took 2 weeks saying he ordered the tool to replace the rear main oil seal and it took a week to get it. Anyway got my truck back and it still leaks oil. Shifts very badly now which it didn't before. He was very rude failed to honor his warranty saying " didn't want my business!" Gave me some insurance companies number. My truck still leaks oil from the rear at the transmission. And to add insult to injury sent a clown emoji. I told him I will forward all this to my attorney. Needless to say I wouldn't bring a Tricycle to him! If they have a ZERO RATING I WOULD RATE HIM NEGATIVE! You have been warned do not use Rich's Auto at 1411 n. Pinal ave.

I am an Arizona newbie and wanted to make sure that everything was in tiptop shape. The first bill came in at around $400 and I was ecstatic. But the next day I still had an oil leak and the a/c was marginal at best. I returned to the shop and mentioned that these problems still existed and expressed my disappointment. I reiterated that I wanted a thorough inspection of my 2005 Cadillac De Ville. A different person assessed the vehicle and came up with a new quote. It was. $3k+. I agreed to the repair that included front brakes. $4k later and my engine is idling so rough that it will barely stay running when I start it up. Lucas octane boost has helped a tiny bit. But not enough to clear out the injectors or smooth out the rough idle. I called the shop back and the response was, "Bring it in and we'll give you a cost estimate." Cost estimate?? Are they kidding? $4k should have covered front brakes and a tune up don't you think? Let me conclude by saying my father bought this Caddie brand new and always took brilliant care of it. I inherited it when he passed. It had 56k miles on it when I acquired it a few years ago. I want to take care of it with the same conscientiousness that he did. I've never had such an enormous repair bill in my life and perhaps I could have lived with it if my car ran smoothly. But it doesn't. It's a good thing I can drive a stick because I've had to drive this car slightly pushing the accelerator with my left foot on the brake at red lights just to keep it running. It has always been a lovely, dependable vehicle. I want to hear it running smoothly once again but on a fixed income further financial investment seems crazy and they didn't offer to correct the problem at no charge. In my opinion, $4k should have been enough to cover an inspection, front brakes and a tune up successfully.

MUST READ: The MOST COMPASSIONATE SHOP EVER (Eduardo and Ryan)!…read more We were moving from Olive Branch, MS going west to San Diego on a Porsche Cayenne S pulling a 6 X 12 UHaul trailer. Got gas in Casa Grande, AZ while merging from HWY 10 to HWY 8, we forgot to disengage the emergency brake and 108F deg ambient temperature, smoke billows out from the left rear tire. Pulled over and called AAA and within 30mins, James the tow guy shows up and takes our SUV and trailer to Jesus Auto Repair in Casa Grande. It was Friday afternoon so they couldn't help us that night. They kindly offered to store our loaded trailer inside their lot for NO CHARGE and to keep it safe from theft or vandalism. We stayed at a local Radisson Hotel for the weekend. Monday morning, we UBER to their shop and the SUV was already on the lift just waiting for brake parts! In the afternoon, the brakes were done! As we try to leave, a nasty knocking emanates from below. Turns out that during our trip over the hills in New Mexico, our driveshaft snapped due to old age and towing a loaded trailer. We went back to the hotel. Next day, Eduardo and Ryan (who volunteered to come early so we can be on our way!) had fixed the issue! These two guys Eduardo and Ryan didn't have to go out of their way but they DID! I read all the negative comments but I can't seem to imagine how these two could be such horrible persons. They were honest, parts for a German SUV is very expensive but they did not gouge us. They assessed our trip situation and gave advise from their hearts to keep us safe the rest of the trip and WE DID! I wish all service people we're like Eduardo and Ryan because they restore confidence in humanity back to this insane world! BTW, I am handicapped and use a scooter to get around. Never have I seen such compassion in my life and I've seen plenty!

Dear Better Business Bureau, I'm writing to share a very…read morepositive experience I had with a mechanic named Jake and to recognize the exceptional level of service he provided. From the beginning, Jake went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle repair. The situation involved working with a warranty company, which can often be a long and frustrating process. Instead of passing the problem along or giving up on it, Jake really went to bat for me. He put in the extra time, made the calls, handled the back-and-forth, and did everything he could to make sure the warranty company followed through. Jake truly bent over backwards to get the repair approved and taken care of. His persistence, patience, and willingness to advocate for his customer made a huge difference for me. That level of effort is something you don't see every day. On top of that, the repair work itself was done professionally and my vehicle has been running great since. Jake was honest, communicative, and clearly takes pride in doing right by the people he helps. Good mechanics who are trustworthy and willing to fight through the red tape for their customers are hard to find, and Jake absolutely deserves recognition for the way he handled my situation. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated service. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
