It has been a while I have had some Mike's . This is probably my favorite Mike's. I walked in around 11:30 and the first thing I notice was how clean the place was. I ordered my sandwich from the Young ladies on the other side. They were very attentive,friendly,and most important they listened really well. The were also all in Uniform looking clean and ready to work. The station for sandwich making was spotless and the ingredients were all fresh looking. Great work to all ! I did not have to ask them tp keep adding more onions/tomatoes . When I ordered I told them I would even be ok if I had to pay for the extras,and the mgr I believe ,told me that it wasn't necessary.The sandwich was 4 stars the experience 6 stars.I just hate that Mike's stopped making the Roast Beef in house. Our first time in a Jersey Mike's to try the Philly cheesesteak. Upon entering it reminds me of a Subway but seeing them slice the deli meats adds a touch. We were not greeted or asked if we needed help from the 3 employees behind the counter on Sunday afternoon (7/7/19) as we were reading the menu options for us. And noticed one of the female employee making a sandwich and slamming down the condiments as she was finished with them as if she wanted to make it known she didn't want to make whatever sandwich she was making... We order the chipotle cheesesteak one regular and one giant and a kids meal (comes with a ham/turkey or salami and cheese 5" sandwich, kids cup and cookie)'but we substituted it for chips. I've had chipotle cheesesteaks elsewhere and prefer theirs over Jersey Mike's. The onions and pepper added some flavor but not enough, the bread was almost soggy which was disappointing and all the chipotle mayo was dripping off. I wasn't impressed to say the least. I love that Jersey Mikes has taken a stand to support the community by donating 100% of their sales to the less fortunate. They've raised over $28 million since 2010 by allowing patrons to donate to a local charity partner during the month of March. I love their variety of subs. They have cold subs, hot subs, signature wraps, kid's meals, sides, desserts, drinks, and also cater if you're interested. The subs come in different sizes such as mini (which feeds 1), regular / wrap / tub (which feeds 2), and giant (which feeds 4). I ordered the giant Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak sans the ranch dressing. I opted for mayo instead. I also asked them to add some grilled onions and man when I tell you it hit all of my spots I was more than happy. My mom ordered the same sub but opted for the regular size. My dad got a giant Italian sub but had it "Mike's Way" which was prepared with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, and oil. read more

The #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly Cheesesteak is amazing! I usually don't like any cheesesteaks around here, but that is my go-to meal there! This location specifically had been so kind to my cousin and I around the holidays when my card wasn't working to pay. Figuring out what's for lunch is never an easy task. So, while out running lunch time errands, we realized that Jersey Mike's Subs had recently opened. We ate in one of their State College, PA locations once before and remembered that it was good, so we figured we give this new location a try. This location is super convenient (it's only 5 minutes from our office). The hubby and I both decided to order the #7, Turkey Breast and Provolone. He had his Mike's Way (with onions, lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, and spices). I had mine with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and pickles. We both had wheat bread which was nice and fresh. I wanna start this review by saying I love Jersey Mike's Subs and at one point in a very short stint working at a gym, I would get a sub from JM two to three times a week. With that being said, I know how packed a Jersey Mike's sandwich should look. The subs made here are perhaps "a sub below" with a lot less meat, looking more like a weak subway sandwich. While it looks like they still use all the good ingredients and fresh meats, the Jersey Mike's that I have visited in the past seem to make a far better more filling sandwich. Despite this review, I'll probably be back but it's a lil disappointing that the sandwiches aren't up to par here. read more

After a long day of shopping, I was craving a big sandwich from Jersey Mike's. As I was about to order, the staff informed me they were out of bread. An establishment known for their sandwiches is out of bread? It seemed like some sort of April Fools joke. Low and behold, it was not a joke, and my hunger was no joke either. I left and ordered a pizza from a nearby restaurant. I wrote to the company and the owner Matt apologized for this incident and made it right. I was impressed with his genuine concern for the situation. Definitely top notch ownership. I have returned to this particular location several times since the "bread incident" and have left feeling full and satisfied! Unlike other chain sub sandwich places, Jersey Mike's packs their sandwiches with a decent amount of meat. Sure, you may pay more, but you are getting a much better quality sandwich. I was craving a sandwich really bad after doing a couple of errands around the area and jersey mikes was near by. It was my first time ever having it and I wasn't really sure on what to get so my bf recommended me the original Italian sandwich. Went around brunch time so the place was pretty empty and the make for the sandwich wasn't long at all. I really like how the sandwich is prepared right in front of you so you can see all of the ingredients incorporated into it and you also get the choice of telling the workers what you want and what you don't want in your sandwich. Upon checking out the cashier lady asked us if we wanted to sign up for reward points so we did and since it was my sister and I buying 1 sandwich, she applied the rewards points for each of us and also threw in extra coupons for our next visit. When I got home to eat I wasn't expecting the sandwich to be so big and full of flavor. It was cut into 4 quarter pieces and only a quarter of the sandwich that I ate was good enough for me. Everything from the meat to the bread tasted so fresh and the good part about the sandwich is that it didn't feel heavy at all. Over all, the efficiency, customer service and food was great. The preparers were on point and 4 sandwiches were made very fast. The sandwiches were neat and uniformed. I ordered the #8, Club Sub. Ham, turkey, provolone, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil and vinegar, "Mike's Way." The meats and cheeses look and taste great, even though they're probably not premium brand. The bread is good, even though its not homemade crusty baguette style bread that you would get at an Italian sub shop. Nothing was over powering about it. Every ingredient complimented each other. It was a well made sandwich. Hey, its a chain restaurant. And it has a chain restaurant taste. However, it was still a fan friggin tastic sandwich. I highly recommend the #8! Best sandwiches in the world! Some of the freshest meat I've had anywhere. I wish Jersey Mike's was closer to me because I would go like 3 times a week lol.
