This location isnt great because of how crowded it always is but that also makes it turn the food over and makes them operate quick. This is the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to! One napkin holder (empty). No toys for the the Happy Meal . Forgot to order honey mustard for all of our chicken McNuggets. Asked for one packet and wanted to charge me 53 cents. (after spending $27). Was turned away when I asked for a refill on my drink. Also they wet mopped the floor aroud our table, close to out feet right before we got up to leave. We literally slid out of the place on the wet slippery floor. Horrible dining experience! Overall McDonalds is a terrible place to go. They do not source their products sustainably. Their meat is low quality and bad for your health. We only utilized the drive-through when we came to this McDonald's, and the procedure went smoothly with no issues. Customer service was okay for the most part but could have been better with having better manners. This location is pretty small in terms of the parking lot, so do take caution while moving around. Especially pulling out, it may feel like it will take a lifetime, due to the traffic on Route 46, and patience is the only way of getting through it. read more

Went on free egg mcmuffin day and still received a warm and neatly wrapped mcmuffin. The service at this location is unbeatable. The food is always fresh and there's usually no delay at the drive thru or when eating inside. Only downside is every now and then if you come to this location past a certain time they allow cash only. A little inconvenient if you're looking for a late night snack and only have your card. Overall, still one of the cleanest and fastest locations I've been to. read more

This place is such a time sync. The only person attending the people who want to sit down and eat us the manager. Manager is sending everyone to serve the drive thru window. Automated stations to place order did not print for a customer so he waited. Our family waited as well for about 15 to 20 minutes just to take order. Manager constantly saying I'll be right with you while drive through line shrinking. No napkin dispensers, ketchup not offered to us, asked for ketchup dispenser but they have none and asking for ketchup you get the stare of death.... annoyed employees for asking. This McDonalds is horrible service and the volume of people and money they rake is they should have more people ready to take orders and serve people respectively. I've been going to this location for 25 years, usually it's fine, but I've had some bad experiences the last week with their overnight shift (my newborn doesn't want to sleep, so driving her around helps). 1) Last week: I place an order in the app, try to give the code at the speaker, they say they can't find the order. I had an email receipt and the order was there, and they told me to check my bank to see if it was charged (how am I going to do that quickly on mobile?). Meanwhile, it is obvious there is something going on, there are three different people trying to speak to the people at the second window, but no one is acknowledging them. The employee at the first window was yelling at me to pull up, but I'm certainly not going to run people over. When they finally sort it out, it turns out someone "hit a wrong button". So, it took 25 minutes for my order, if I hadn't paid I would have left. 2) Earlier this week: I arrived at 4:45 am and tried to order a burger, but they told me they stopped serving dinner. My understanding is that they are done at 5 am, and I asked if that was still the case, and the person taking the order said "we stopped early today". Despite this, the menus all were still showing burgers. I left. 3) This morning at 4 am, I went to the speaker to order, I was first informed it was cash only (which, okay I guess) and then I was told I had to drive up to the second window to order. There were four more cars there, and if they didn't start taking orders until we got up there, it was certainly going to take forever. I left. Like I said, I've been going here for years, and they are usually fine. This McDonald's always appears to be quite clean. The service has been accurate all the times we have gone. The customer service has been fine with no major issues. In fact the last time we went they had new screens that you can order and pay for your own food. There was a an employee there I think his name was Robert who was very helpful in using the menu board. The way the new menu board works is there's a screen where you select all the items you want, you pay right at the menu board, select your cups for any drinks that bought,take a number much like Panera has, and you sit down at your table with the number and they bring the food to you. In the last two remodels this location has made however they have not updated the bathroom the dryer is very weak and the water barely comes out in a trickle to wash your hands. Personally I can't see how anyone including employees could wash their hands well enough with the amount of water that comes out of the sink. The drive-in is pretty quick even when there's a line, they move customers through pretty quickly. The food tastes as expected at a McDonald's nothing special mostly the cheap offers are pretty good for a meal but nothing great. Their new signature sandwiches are very good although still a bit expensive for just a McDonald's. Overall it's a decent restaurant for what you expect to get, especially if you have coupons. We go here pretty regularly to get a quick bite or even a snack,simple dessert or soda. read more

This location deserves 0 stars. In these difficult times we see signs everywhere telling us how establishments are trying to keep us safe, this wasn't the case here. I pulled up to the food window to find an employee with her bare hands (long unclean nails) in my food bag. This same employee wore no mask& when I asked why she wasn't wearing gloves- she rudely stormed off. The next employee also was unmasked and wore no gloves in my food handling. I don't even know where to start. To the employees I dealt with: My Dad taught me that you should have pride in what you do, even if it's flipping burgers. You can't even get a job right that moderately intelligent 15 year olds can do over the summer to make a quick buck. If you don't do your best and work hard, what incentive do people have to give you more responsibility? I've been to this McDonalds a number of times and tonight was no different from the rest. There's always an issue with the drive thru--either the line is ridiculous or something weird happens with the order. Tonight was no exception. We sat in front of the call box for a little too long before my husband said, "Hello?" A guy told us to move up to the next call box. Weird, right? Well the hot chocolate I was hoping for didn't quite materialize as I'd imagined--lukewarm soapy tasting water was what I got. While I've never indulged in soapy water, it's the only way I can describe it. This is just the latest in a series of food missteps experienced from this McDs which includes ice cream filled up so high to the top of the lid, that when I took the lid off, there was no way the ice cream was going to stay there and of course, drip down/fall off onto the car floor or better yet, the parking lot. I distinctly recall last year's carmel hot chocolate as quite less than good. And as I've glanced at the YELPs here a number of times over the past months, I know that I'm in good company in my experiences. read more

The drive thru wait is the worst, they make you pull up and wait for up to 15 mins for your food. They have reserved spots for your order and are completely slow. It's a McDonalds. Same food at the same prices as all others. This location is extremely clean and had been updated recently. Quite nice inside. The problem is the size. It's the smallest McDonald's I have ever been in. The counter is too small to handle the load of customers. Only 2 registers and the pick up and prep area is tiny. I ordered food in a second but the line to pick up was over 10 people deep. Almost 15 minute wait. The drive thru line was wrapped around the entire location. Should have made a bigger location when they remodeled. The food was hot and "fresh" as it can be at McDonald's. The employees were friendly and seem to be working their butts off. Visited this McDonald's just yesterday and to my surprise the Double Filet O-Fish is no longer being sold there :( When asked why, they informed me that the owner of that particular McDonald's took it off the menu and that if I wanted it with another patty I'd have to pay for it . Upon trekking 2.1 miles on foot back to my college dormitory I was unfortunate enough to realize my order was awry. I customized a mcchicken with extra bacon American cheese and onions, and a large fries ordered with no salt, to be utterly dissatisfied on my return to my place of living. Not only was my mcchicken missing but my large fries were soggy and drenched with salt. I would not recommend this location, not only will they mess up your order but upon asked for barbecue sauce my poor brown bag was bombarded by 4 fully handfuls of barbecue sauce angry pelted. McDonald's needs to rethink what the word customer service means and find a way to be accountable for their disservice. read more
