When you walk in you can order on a screen which is pretty cool because you can make all your choices without feeling rushed. If you prefer you can also order live at the register. The service was friendly and quick. I got the sloppy Joe with turkey and swiss cheese and it was very good. It was loaded with Cole slaw which was great. There was no way I was finishing this sandwich so I got two lunches out of it. One of the better sloppy joes I have eaten. The iced tea was also very good. So good! I've never been to this location - ordered for pick up on a Saturday morning and that was great! Aside for the double parking / no parking situation.. worth it! Two salads ordered for pickup- 1 Farmstead, 1 Build Your Own Farmstead Salad was 90% lettuce, 10% other ingredients. Crunchy. Not much flavor. Scant amount of anything other than lettuce. Packaged croutons which had more flavor than the salad Build your own was terrible & basically inedible. Chicjen was barely cooked & dangerous to eat. Greens were soggy. So cool to see Millburn Deli expand to so many locations. I've had hundreds of millburn deli sandwiches at this point from the original location, so had high hopes for this location. I think it's a newer operation and the energy and atmosphere at the original location can't be beat. The staff are great there, and it's a well-oiled machine. This location felt like it was still figuring out it's rhythm to be efficient, but the sandwiches are almost as good as the original location. I couldn't quite put my finger on what was missing from my sandwich that I usually get, but I'll still be back. My favorites are the Godfadda and Griller #8. This restaurant is pretty popular so I was eager to try it for lunch. So many choices! I don't think I picked a very good one. I picked the Santa Fe since it comes in a flatbread. I was hoping they had wraps but didn't see any on the menu. The reason I didn't love the Santa Fe is because it's a grilled chicken sandwich but the chicken was sliced thin like deli meat and was cold. I was hoping for a hot (or at least warm) sandwich. Intermittently when I checked on the status, I was told "we're busy right now" and was promptly ignored. Order was not ready until 5:35 - after waiting 20 minutes. They had almost 3 hours notice to have the order ready. I have friends who rave about the original location in Millburn. So when I saw this location right by my nail salon I had to stop in! I had the Little Italy which was Proscuitto * Fresh Mozzarella * Roasted Garlic Tomato * Arugula * Balsamic * Sub Roll and was amazing! My only complaint is the roll. It was ok but a little on the soft side and quickly soaked through with the dressing. Not that I minded but I've had similar blends on a good Italian semolina baguette and it really makes a difference! Other than that the deli is clean and bright. A little confusing as I came in one door and ordered at the counter only to find that there are kiosks at the other end by the other door. Not sure I understand why this location doesn't get as good reviews as Millburn. Ive been to both. My experience is consistent across both. Sloppy Joes are always solid. Sandwiches aren't cheap but considering the size of the sandwich they're reasonable. The people who work here are always nice and the sandwiches come out pretty fast. Plenty of seating inside and outside. There are parking spots in the back dedicated to the retail space so parking isn't an issue. read more

I've been missing out on this great sandwich for too long! The inside is very open and clean. There are kiosks where you can order your sandwich and then a counter where you go to pay. For the price I would not go back but it was the construction of the sandwich that gets the 1 star rating. The sandwich was poor on pastrami count and filled to the guts with mayo heavy cole slaw.
