Shake Hands With Habit Burger!! Big fan of this chain and just about everything on their made-to-order menu. This location in Wayne just opened up last year and I gotta say this just might be My favorite one out of all the other ones in the area. First time up in here I grabbed a #2) Double CharBurger Combo Meal and it was super solid. Can't beat the flame broiled taste of that juicy delicious burger with all the fresh fixings including their sliced hot peppers = Pure Unadulterated YUMMMMMERS!!    For those of You who may not know, there's always a wait time involved whenever You place an order here but that's to be expected because everything gets grilled and made fresh. Nothing gets tossed under a heat lamp or anything like that here so just keep that in mind. I for one definitely don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for freshly prepared deliciousness. My husband and I got a to go order the other day. It was our first time there. The food is pretty pricey for what you get (but that seems to be the issue everywhere these days past couple of years). Have been there a couple times for take out. The app is very easy and user-friendly. If you dine in drinks are unlimited. Burgers are very fresh. Prices are not bad. I don't eat burgers, but I had their chicken club and fiery chicken sandwich. Both are quite tasty. Their garden salad is also good. I usually don't care for salads at most restaurants, but their salad was good. No wilted lettuce, everything looked fresh and it was a good mix of vegetables. Solid option. read more

Crispy chicken sandwich was very good and well seasoned. My boyfriend also liked his sandwich which was a special called Patty Melt. The cinnamon toast crunch milkshake wasn't that good. It was really hard to get the milkshake through the straw so it was hard to drink. I liked that there was little bits of the cereal crunch inside but it wouldn't be something I order again. Brand new Habit right in Wayne. If you've had this brand before it's good and the price is good. This place like I said is new so it's very busy. If you place an order for curbside or there be prepared to wait longer than what the site and your texts say. The staff is friendly and doing the best they can but the place is slammed. read more

Happy to write the first review of the new Habit Burger Grill in Wayne! Went there yesterday for lunch w/ my wife, daughter and another family of 3. The food was DELICIOUS. We all raved about it. the Manager was very present, checking in on tables asking how the food is (something you typically only see in a full-service restaurant). I thought they did an excellent job with COVID restrictions to the point where they give you a new cup each time you go for drink refills. Loved it and will return soon. read more

We went in for dinner tonight. Did not realize that this is not table service-- basically fast food. The burger was delicious-- but not very big. I would not come here again for dinner, but would come for lunch. If you are Covid- conscious, you may want to steer clear. We grabbed a table that had a sign saying it was sanitized. It was not clean. They came over, gave the table a cursory wipe and that was it. It was not sanitized. Which is fine. But then take the sign off that says "sanitized." read more

I've been to the Wayne Habit Burger location four times since the opening. On the positive side: The French fries & sweet potato fries are great. The restaurant is clean. It's super easy to order on the screens to avoid lines. On the negative side: every chicken sandwich (or tenders) we've ordered has been over cooked, dry and inedible. Today I discarded the chicken and ate the bun with lettuce and Mayo and pickles. We always eat at the restaurant so this is not a case of the food getting cold. Stick with burgers or salmon sandwich if you order from here. Do not order chicken! I've never had this issue with the Fair lawn location. read more

The burgers are delicious and in my opinion I think they surpasses Shack Shack. My only con is that you must order a double to really taste the quality of the beef with all the toppings. Just had my first burger from Habit Burger, via delivery. The fries and onion rings were excellent, though missing the ketchup and ranch I requested. The burger was so-so though. They did put in the appropriate condiments but the burger itself was really REALLY over cooked. Considering requesting well done was a separate option one must select if desired the assumption is the burger would not be cooked well unless stipulated. I did not select the Well option, as I was hoping for a more medium rare juicier burger, but the burger was dry and completely brown. This is a burger place. This is what they serve. I normally don't leave negative reviews because I'd like to think the restaurant was having a bad day but this experience warranted a review. I ordered on Uber Ears and realized my Bacon Burger came with BBQ sauce. I couldn't delete it on Uber so I called. Calling in was like calling the bank. 3 automated options with 1 leading to voice mail. I called again and guessed the right one and stayed on hold for close to ten minutes. When I got someone I explained I ordered bbq sauce accidentally and asked them to take it off. I waited on hold for 2 more minutes when the girl came back and said they'd remake it without bbq sauce( I assume it was made while on hold). Well my order arrives and guess what's on the burger? BBQ sauce. Guess what's not on the burger or with the fires? Ketchup; which I ordered with both and no sauce for the chicken nuggets I ordered. I shouldn't have ignored the low review score on Uber and Google before I ordered. read more

A few months backs I had a nightmare experience with the curbside pickup. Order never came out and when entered the store my food has sitting on the counter getting cold. When I asked for a fresh order the manager refused rudely issued a refund. Last week my daughter decided to give it a second tried and I am sorry I did. Fries were very good, but the cheeseburger was small and overcooked. Same for the chicken sandwich which was over cooked and dry. Sorry I won't be going back. I placed an order online on 10/8/21, when I went to pick up the I was told it wasnt ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes and asked if the food was ready. They tell me that my order was fulfilled. I never got a text stating my order was ready or did I pick up the food. The manager tells me she will check on my order but she couldn't because all of her tablets ran out of battery. She once again tells me, she will goto the back and push the order through. She walks to the back, while I am waiting by the counter, I see something come up on the order screen. I thought it was my order, nope she ordered the bathroom to be cleaned. She walks out and sees whats on the screen and clears it. She didnt think I saw it. I had enough, I requested for a refund. She takes my order number and my telephone number. She advised me that my refund will take 4 to 5 days. 10 days goes by and no refund. I call the store asking for a refund and they tell me to call corporate. I call corporate and they tell me my order was never completed, they apologize and tells me I should receive my refund with in 7 days. I wait 7 more days, no refund. I call again, they say refund will be made immediately. Its been a month since they screwed up and I cant even get my money back read more
