She also is a tech wiz (at least compared to me) and helped me set up a playlist for the party on a Bluetooth system and a video loop of photos of my husband to play on the TVs. She was there the whole night along with a bartender and runner and everything was as smooth as can be. I was totally relaxed knowing that she was taking care of all the details!
