Dirty bathroom. A lot of food handling with no gloves. Stale bread followed by excuse, "the bread was cold, not stale." This excuse after I was the only one that took a bite of it. If they'd heated the bread, it would have simply been hot stale bread. Gross and dirty. All the food looked gross and gluey too. read more

Had the whole chicken with Mac and cheese, baked beans, and four small cornbread. Everything took us by surprise. The chicken was well seasoned, better than expected, and while the mac & cheese and baked beans may not have looked appealing, it was excellent. I have ordered from Fire Chicken quite a few times. Each time the food was really good. The chicken is really tasty and moist. I love the side dish options they have. It's quite a variety. My son likes their crispy chicken sandwich and gets the waffle fries. It's sooo good. read more

Our oven wasnt working and we were celebrating a birthday last weekend. ordered a 16pc crispy fried chicken family meal at last minute, and got the Cole slaw, sweet potatoes, mac n cheese, garlic parsley Potatos and Broccoli sides. At first my wife thought there was sauce on the chicken (it was dark!) but i called and confirmed there wasn't. The chicken was crispy, juicy & delicious! The Cole Slaw and the Potatoes were the best sides. Sweet potatoes and mac n cheese were good. Broccoli was good but a bit too cooked. And the corn bread disappeared! what little leftovers we had was eaten up the next day. Only odd part was that instead of large sides coming in a big container, they were in multiple small containers...odd but not complaining. And the service on the phone and picking up the food was great. Polite and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Can't wait to try other menu options. We are heading over to another party this weekend and was asked to get another 16 pc meal for that event as well! THANKS! read more

New Roasted Chicken joint. 100% Take Out. I ordered roasted chicken mashed potatoes and corn, along with a chicken sandwich, waffle fries amend macaroni and cheese. Chicken must have been in the warming tray for an extended period of time as this place is less than 1 week old and off the commercial area of town. The chicken was dry. Corn tasted like it came out of a can as did the mashed potatoes. My son had the spicy chicken sandwich ordered without picked. Guess what? It had pickles on sandwich. Waffle fries was mushy, not fully cooked. The store looks great, the advertising is awesome, the food is terrible. I won't be back. read more

Very disappointed. Chicken tenders were pinkish in the middle. Had breading but no seasoning. Mac and cheese, I could have made better myself. Very basic and bland. Pork and beans tasted like they came out of a can. Cornbread muffin was not sweet at all. Meh. read more

I ordered for the first time today. Fried chicken, half ribs. The ribs are excellent. Nice and tender with a semi sweet rib sauce. The fried chicken was also tender, but I felt the coating was a bit burnt and might have pepper or something that was prominent. It was still good but...Popeyes is better...but more expensive. I'll certainly order ribs again. Maybe next time I'll try a different style chicken. read more

Good grab and go lunch spot. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich alongside the 1/4lb chicken with sides of mashed potatoes, cream of spinach, Mac n cheese - all were very delicious. This is the first time at this location, but have recently moved to the area and frequented their other location in Cedar Knolls. Both locations have hefty portions, tasted fresh and flavorful, overall happy with my orders. I normally get a burrito bowl or steak bowl with some sides. This location had a couple less options for sides than Cedar Knolls, but plenty to choose from regardless. read more

Me and my girlfriend ordered a family meal this afternoon. We had the whole chicken and a 1/2 with 3 sides and cornbread. The process of ordering on their website was fast, easy, and convenient. It was ready on time for the estimate we where given. For sides we had steamed vegetables, green beans, and parsley potato's. The chicken was very tender and incredibly juicy all of the sides tasted extremely fresh. Even the cornbread which can sometimes be very dry tasted freshly made here. My review would have been 5 stars based on my previous experiences, however the complete disregard for customers on my recent visit has caused me to reduce it. They have technical issues today and couldn't place the order over the internet. I called and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes after I asked if I could place the order on the phone. I wound up driving all the way there to place it in person only to be told they couldn't even take orders in person. The manager was on the phone trying to alleviate the computer issue and didn't even look up to acknowledge me whatsoever, while the employee was polite - it doesn't make up for the absolute incompetence for a restaurant to be unable to find solutions to complete an order. The entire line was stocked and ready to go yet the manager couldn't muster up an idea on how to make a rather large sale. He couldn't even be bothered with it. I honestly cant recommend a place that can't even figure out a simple order placement contingency - we had our entire office ready to place a large order, wait on hold for 10 minutes after our online order was cancelled, only to be turned away. read more
