Delightfully tasty Willowbrook Mall Food Court experience. I am a Philly suburbs girl who knows her pizza and cheesesteaks. Been to Pat's at 2 am with friends (and Pat's is just an experience, the small no name shops in Philly and Jersey have the best.) Opted for a $5.99 special: small chicken Philly style and fries. Hmmmmm. Worried a minute when they asked did I want it with fried onions and peppers? Yes. Lettuce, tomato and mayo?????? No. We don't eat cheesesteaks with salad and def no mayo. What I watched getting cooked on the hot grill was good. And it was very good. Fries were a thicker cut: good too though I prefer thinner. Got a coupon: buy one, get one free in 2020. Def doing that. I have been impressed that Jersey Mike's does cheesesteaks well. Have to say Charley's impressed me too.

Stopped in the mall and grabbed a cheesesteak and fries here, it was pretty tasty and the bread very fresh! Will definitely pick up a cheesesteak here again!

Best decision I made at the food court, you really get the bang for your buck and the Philly cheesesteak was fresh...everything was about 12$ and change with the cheese fries and drink...not bad!

Soda filled goodness....Yeap on a junk food binge....

They make great chicken philly cheesesteaks. The only downside is they are really expensive for a small cheesesteak and fries.

It's good. I like the cheese sauce on my steak instead of slice cheese. Just sucks when you can't find a seat.

This is my second review of this establishment. In my initial review, I had issues with the burger…read morebeing overly soft, the fries being unseasoned and cold, and an unpleasant oil taste. However, this review is not about that experience. Let's start with the service. I placed my order with John, who was pleasant and easy to deal with. After speaking with the owner on Yelp, he suggested that some of my original issues may have been due to the timing and the fact that my order was delivered, which could have affected the quality. Taking that into account, I ordered the same item again. This time, the service was good, and I got home with the food piping hot. The issue I previously had with the burger does seem to have been caused by delivery time, as it was much better this time around. Unfortunately, the fries were just as disappointing. They were cold as soon as I opened the packaging, though at least they didn't have the old oil taste this time. Instead, it was very obvious they were frozen fries--confirmed by the presence of a plastic bag of frozen fries. They were again unseasoned, not even lightly salted, and somehow managed to be both cold and burnt at the same time. One thing that concerned me was the staffing. There were four employees present, but only two seemed to actually be working. John appeared to be leading things and taking orders, and there was someone cooking. One employee in a beanie seemed mostly idle, though I overheard something about deliveries, so I assume he may have been the delivery driver. Another employee, who looked around my age, didn't appear to be doing anything at all. That was a bit concerning. Overall, I updated my original rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. It was fine, but nothing impressive. If I were rating it out of 10, I'd give it a 4/10. The burger was good in terms of softness, but the onion rings and bacon lacked the crunch I was expecting. They were mostly soggy, though still an improvement compared to my first experience. The burger patty itself, without toppings, tasted dense and brick-like. If the fries had been good, I honestly would've rated this closer to a 7/10. However, I had to dock several points because I don't understand how fries can be both burnt and cold at the same time, nor how the quality managed to decline further between visits--from tasting like old oil to tasting unmistakably frozen and completely unseasoned. If I'm in the area, I might stop by for the burger alone, but even then I'd have to be in a very specific mood. The most disappointing part is that the owner personally encouraged me to give it another try. While one issue from my original visit was resolved, the fries somehow got worse. I know I'm ranting about the fries, but honestly--how do you mess up fries this badly?

Everything is stacked right, it holds together better than most, and the flavor balance is perfect. You get crispy, savory, melty, salty, all in one bite. Every time. I drive about 12 miles to get here which says a lot. It also happens to fall right between home and work so it's become my go-to detour on Fridays. Early lunch stop or mid-shift reset, it never disappoints. Portions are legit and they don't skimp on fillings. You're full but not destroyed. The spot has that Jersey counter-shop feel. Order, grab a seat if there's one open, or take it to go and wreck it in your car. Either way the food travels well and the quality doesn't drop off. There is limited space inside to enjoy the freshest bite but tables revolve quickly. If you're into fat sandwiches or never had one done right, this is the place. Real ingredients, no shortcuts, every sandwich feels like someone actually cared about stacking it right. Easily five stars. Worth the drive. Worth the mess.

This was my second visit to this location, and it was empty both times which doesn't surprise me. Service was just okay, nothing memorable. The biggest issue is the food--especially the wings. They simply do not come out hot, which is kind of a deal-breaker. Prices are higher than they should be for what you're getting. I had a burger on my first visit and that was actually better than the wings, which says a lot. There are plenty of other wing spots that do it 10x better, and we all know where. The only real positive is the space--it's big, with tons of TVs, so it's decent for watching a game. Other than that, BWW is a hard pass for me.

Time to get Wild and Ravenous on these Wings!! First off we're digging in to some seriously delicious classic Buffalo Wings with Celery, Carrots and Bleu Cheese for Dipping. There is a small little parking lot that can fit 4-5 cars right off the main road. Inside was decorated with cute Christmas decor, and the domestic violence scene from Godfather Part 1 casually playing on the TV while I'm trying to eat my food. Good variety of options of appetizers, small shared plates, pizza, fresh pasta, and entrées to choose from our group decided to split the popular pizza. Then everyone offended for themselves - our table ordered the gnocchi with pesto and chicken Milanese, chicken parmigiana with penne, Arancini, and the "focaccia"/house garlic bread. The Arancini was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and luscious on the inside. The pizza was a perfect sweet and savory combo of burrata, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze. The pesto was a bit thin and ate a little soupier than I prefer. Buyer beware with the focaccia - although it's called focaccia, it's also listed under the pizzas so it was served thin and crispy like a pizza rather than thick and fluffy like we had been expecting. I would absolutely return again to try all the other dishes, especially the shared plates, different pizzas, and other fresh pasta offerings.
