Went in recently this is a follow-up to my first review…read more... My first review was a scathing review--- on how the presentation or portions are not good at all however the sandwiches are decent enough but nothing like the previous owner... in my previous review I put some pictures of what I used to get from the previous owner all for around $10, that might've contributed to why he went out of business in addition to COVID-19 but what was funny was the owner actually damn well New pretty much that I'm the guy that just left that scathing review... You can tell she was looking at me and talking to one of her workers and then they looked at me and you would think that she would've put a little more effort into the turkey club that I got... For some reason, I don't think they have tripledecker on the menu like what is shown in the picture below

Lots of team work from the rest of the staff too. The restaurant is cozy with a fun vibe. The food was out of this world! And the portions were HUGE! I had the mussels (the sauce was so good I used the spoon to finish it like a soup) , the pasta special (sea urchin with shrimp - where else can you try sea urchin??), and tiramisu. The rest of my family had the Siciliano antipasti (tried the eggplant - to die for!), calamari, seafood salad, cod special (WOW!), pappardelle, lobster ravioli special, eggplant, bomba dessert. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant really brings the overall experience down. The bathrooms were honestly disgusting--poorly maintained and clearly not being checked regularly. It's hard to fully enjoy your meal when the environment feels neglected like that. Overall, the food keeps it at an average 3 stars, but the lack of cleanliness, especially in the restrooms, is something they seriously need to address.
