A local friend of mine recommend this location, after a late night craving for some food. They are generally a nice little corner spot in the decent area of Paterson, even at night and when I saw at night, you'll find me there at 3am. They have just about everything you could want, essentially they are a local super small convenience store with some amazing food. The prices are the typical costs of most sandwich places, ranging from $5-10 but they have so many options that you can't go wrong with anything. Typically I end up ordering the Waheed special with curly fries. The Waheed special is a mixed of a bunch of things that to be honest, I can't really tell you what's in it. It's similar to a cheese steak if anything. It's a must try if you are a foodie person like myself. If you are having some late night cravings and want to try something new, I highly recommend this place!! read more

Food was very good, sandwiches were on point and the serving portions were huge. 10/10 highly recommended and it was all halal beef or turkey bacon so delicious! read more

Montclair Deli - Halal breakfast sandwiches - Fast Food Near Me - Paterson, New Jersey

Gave me food poisoning I threw up for two days straight. The service is all right. I like all the lights in there, but the back was like it smelled, and it was all covered up. read more

Montclair deli sandwiches are always fresh, the bread is soft and fresh as well. The curly fries are my favorite. When the empanadas are freshly made they are 10/10. My go to is the chicken cheesesteak. read more

Delicious great deals on even Better food can't recommend it enough! You will Not regret stopping here...again can't recommend it Enough!!

I've been coming to this deli for quite some time and needless to say their food is pretty good and good prices. The service is quick and easy especially when the store is busy. The only downside that took me off a few stars now is that i had bought a apple juice today it being 9/22/23, the apple juice was dated for Aug 23... I didn't notice at first til i was half way through whilst eating my food. I was shocked yet upset. read more

Chicken wings are so good. Curly fries are also good. Mozzarella sticks are okay. Also ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, cheesesteak, and the waheed special which had chicken, steak, cheese, onions and mushrooms. I was impressed. read more

Montclair Deli - Waheed special - Fast Food Near Me - Paterson, New Jersey

A friend suggested this deli for "a proper BLT." I was happy to see an Italian sub on the menu as it's one of my favorites ... I've had nothing but bad luck for years in finding an actual Italian sub, and one that's really good. This deli nailed it! Very generous in size, ingredients, and real flavor. I was so happy to finally indulge in one of my favorite sandwiches. It was so large, in fact, it lasted me 3 days. My pup enjoyed part of it as well, and he's very picky. This is a real deal deli, and I will travel to sample it's authentic goods again soon. read more

They always forget the extra buffalo sauce, cause they never put enough buffalo sauce when i tell them to an i still tip these guys

I have been coming here and up until this point was a long time customer. I happen to open up the package of peanuts that I got from here and realized that there was a worm in the peanuts. I brought this to the owners attention and was met with we would let the company know. Instead of an apology or a refund. read more

Montclair Deli - the front of the restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Paterson, New Jersey

This place had amazing food. But not it seems like they pay less attention to their cooking, and smaller portions for the same price. Also, your delivery guys should get out of the car, and walk to the door. He sat in his car the whole time, and waited for me to walk to the car. read more

Nothing but great things to say about Montclair Deli. I live 2 minutes away and they are very personable when it comes to taking meal orders over the phone and having it ready for you on time. My personal favorite is the chicken over rice platter. Delicious every time and it beats Juicy Platters in my opinion since it also comes with a green sauce that adds a lot of flavor to the meal. 10/10. read more

Close up of the Philly cheese steak at 3:00am. The combo that my husband and I had came with fries and a can of soda for $8.99. We drove 11 miles to satisfy our cravings and got MORE than that. The customer service of this establishment was on point, got 2 free cups of coffee while waiting for the sandwiches to be made. It was a great experience. For a taste like this I won't mind traveling 1000 miles. read more

Best deli in the area open and 24 hours you can't beat it! Highly recommend hot pastrami sandwich from here.

The best sandwichs in NJ, hands down. I am like Joey from Friends, my favorite food is a good sandwich. They have the 2 best around. The waheed and the chicken cheesesteak. Cant go wrong here! read more

When I lived in South Paterson, this was my go to place all the time. I moved up to Garrett Mountain, a 1.5 mile difference, they would always deliver to my new address. Today I called in an order for delivery, gave him my address and the person who picked up the phone was very rude in saying we don't deliver to your address. I told him I have ordered delivery about 5 or 6 times already and it was never an issue before. Poor customer service and lack of structure. read more

Great food great people always a pleasure awesome that it's open late Nite thanks guys keep up the great work.

Best kept secret in South Paterson... they're grilled chicken cheese sandwiches with everything are incredible!!! And I always have to get the curly fries!! Always ready in 10mins or less, open 24hrs, clean, friendly, and established business!! The BEST!!! read more

When I'm really hungry and don't feel like driving far or waiting for delivery or a late night run , I'm not going to lie, this is usually my go to place. However the reason i gave them three stars is because they almost NEVER. Use gloves!!! Idc if you wash hands , when you are dealing with food you are supposed to wear gloves, Hair nets, even nets for your beards! . They literally touch EVERYTHING with their hands! Pay close attention....I've caught them so many times but I've felt I'd get a negative response if i ask them why they don't use them....Soo no bueno for me ok that end. But before i noticed this,'their food does taste good! read more

Well for starters they got my whole order wrong and it really wasn't good because the cashier quickly decided to blame me . like i specifically told him then he charged me more money to fix my order when other places would let me go for free just to add fries as a combo. he wouldn't even let me make a new order for the thing i actually wanted . the food is good but the service is terrible the cashier has a nasty attitude and it's not so good for someone to have an electronic smoking device on the job. read more

If I could give this place 0 star I would, These guys are rude as hell, I order a chicken burger 15 mins prior to me arriving, and then when I got there they started to make it, when confronted the old guy behind the counter he caught an attitude and started swearing and saying stuff like ( i have bad temper ) ( that's how god built me ) etc etc extremely unprofessional and I'm never coming back here ever again read more

Best spot in Paterson to get food from they have good food and fast and friendly service

Good cheesesteak, didnt want the fries though and was charged for it, ill just check next time! and open 24/7 is a great thing.

I use to live around the corner back in the 90s and i must say this place has grown so much since then and has gained so many costumers through their amazing food and service. It is located in a nice area of Paterson and they have such a variety of foods to offer. They are clean and the owners are amazing people. Its a small spot but definitely the spot after a night of going out. I also like the fact that they now do deliveries and that they renovated. It definitely has given the store a better look. I just wished that they had chairs and tables for the summer so people can eat outside. Other than that, it is a great place to munch! read more

Their platters are ok but they offer this yucky green colored sauce that just destroy your taste buds...
