This Mc Donald's is the worst !!! I placed an order and they didn't place all of my items inside. The only item missing was a glazed donut. The manager tried to say she placed my donut inside of the bag. Which she did not. The worker started to speak to the manager in Spanish saying who knows what. However the manager later realized she gave a different order the donut and not me and she did not apologize. The audacity ! I wish I recorded the situation. All of that for a donut was ridiculous!!! To our disbelief, the manager attempted to change her story not once, but four times, creating an atmosphere of confusion and dissatisfaction. Despite our request to check the security cameras for clarity, she adamantly refused. It took the intervention of multiple individuals before she reluctantly handed over our food, highlighting a disconcerting lack of accountability and customer service in that particular McDonald's branch, terrible management, but the employees were nice enough to even try to work with us. We began with 2 items from the Dollar Menu. Chicken McNuggets tender, juicy, Chicken McNuggets made with USDA-inspected white meat tempura battered and cooked to golden perfection. My wife enjoyed the Habanero Ranch sauce with her nuggets. The second appetizer was the Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait this wholesome combination of creamy low-fat vanilla yogurt layered with plump blueberries and sweet strawberries, all topped with crunchy granola. McDonald's has lots of sauces to choose from and are generous with regard to giving you more, careful some locations charge for extra BBQ tho! My wife's main dish was the Big Mac a double layer of sear-sizzled 100% pure beef mingled with special sauce on a sesame seed bun and topped with melty American cheese, crisp lettuce, minced onions and tangy pickles. However, all the different components were separately divided by the slice of the bun in the middle. She seemed to enjoy the dish so I took a bite and agreed it was good. My main was a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Extra Value Meal two quarter pound 100% beef patties simply seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper, two slices of melty cheese, slivered onions and tangy pickles all on a sesame seed bun, served with World Famous Fries, and a seltzer. Little did I know that they were charging an additional $1 to supersize it, I should have been forewarned of the additional charge. :-( It is a great dish. I would recommend eating it in a automobile interior style environment. I went through the drive through because I didn't want to take my kids out of the car. I asked for the big breakfast and an extra hash brown.. after waiting in the drive in line for over 10 minutes when I got to the puck up window they told me to park at the reserved parking and my order would be taken to me... What's the point of having a drivethru if I have to wait some extra time and on top of that my order was missing the hash brown plus the extra one I ordered. I noticed when I had left. This is the worst mcDonalds I ever been too. I work around the corner from this location so I go at lunch time often and the customer service in this location is a joke. As many times as I order a sandwich with cheese by the drive thru the employees forget to put cheese in it but the cashier doesn't forget to charge additional for it. It has happened 99% to me. I have called and the manager doesn't want to be bother she(manager) tells the employees to take the calls and when I ask about it they tell they don't know to go back to them, easy to say and when I said I can't cause I'm at work the employees hang up to phone. I think this is one of the cleanest Mc D's in this town! The dining areas was clean and smelled fresh. The server was professional and pleasant. Clean uniform and alert. I came in to grab something quick to put in my stomach, I had to take my med. I had a 20 minute window of time. I waited in line 8 minutes, while someone that a appeared to be a manager took the server aside to discuss something 5 minutes. I ordered two burgers and a drink I paid cash. Good McDonald's. Food is always hot and service is friendly. However, it can be a bit slow during peak times and the parking lot sucks. Also, I dont understand why they are so cheap with condiments.
