They are the slowest McDonald's you will ever experience. I do not know what they are doing half the time. Don't come here

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald's app for the first time at 9:40 PM on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. My wife went to go pick the order up at the 405 US Hwy 46 E, Little Falls, NJ and they didn't give her a receipt and she could not pull the order up on the phone after she picked it up, There were 2, 2 piece chicken strips, and 2 strawberry sundaes missing from the order when she arrived home. On top of this, it charged us $.30 for each of the 3 signature sauces which are supposed to come for free with the 3 chicken tenders orders. Only 2 were in the bag. We were missing around $5.50 would of food. I called and asked for a managed and a young man answered stating that he was the manager. I gave him the order number, AZ32, and after taking about 5 minutes to respond to me, he proceeded to tell me that he put the chicken tenders in himself and said that I had to be lying. At this point I was furious and asked him whether I was lying about the 2 missing strawberry sundaes as well. He responded yes. I asked his name and he wouldn't give it to me. This managed should be fired. He is incompetent, rude and tries to cover his mistakes with lies! read more

This review is about their coffee...because I am trying to loose weight so I obviously am not going to eat here. $1 for any size hot coffee just like other mcdonalds do. I think their coffee is great for this price and I always go here iwth my laptop and browse the net for an hour or two while drinking this coffee. When I walked up to the register with no other customers, there were two women working registers. The cashier I walked up to interrupted me and pointed to the kiosks behind me with a smirk: "you wanna use that one?". This was my first time trying Mcdonald's since i moved into the area. I was expecting to be greeted with a smile and good customer service. INSTEAD every worker other than one nice lady has an attitude and seems to not want to be bothered. I asked for extra caramel and was charged 50¢ for it but when i got the frappe it didn't have extra caramel what so ever. my friend also asked for extra cheese on her deluxe quarter pounder and paid for it, yet the cashier when confronted about not putting the extra cheese wanted to challenge her even though she works at mcdonald's. The worst McD's of all time. In a effort to make drive thru more efficient they have two staff people standing outside the window and three places to wait for you order. Aside from making something as simple as drive thru ridiculously complex the staff was immature and more interested in singing and throwing paper airplanes out the window. Good gone bad. This McDonalds has got to be the worst I know of. I agree with another reviewer that you should take pride in what you do no matter what it is you find yourself doing. Many workers here act like they don't care and work like they don't care too. Get a cheeseburger - one pickle?!!!? Really? Sandwiches are continually sloppy or inadequate toppings, and you always have to check your drive-thru order for mistakes. Seriously, guys.....the order is on a screen!!! How can you get it wrong? Terrible. If you come late night, you will wait at least 30 minutes for your order and only cash accepted. Order was delayed because drive through attendant wanted to flirt with the customer for 20 minutes. I've worked retail, and I know the fast food business is tough, but there was about 0 effort put in by the staff every time I've gone. read more

Stopped on a Friday afternoon for a coffee and apple pies. Upon my excitement I pulled out the first apple pie and gave it to my coworker. I then retrieved mine from the bag. As I pulled the flap back on the box the first thing I saw was apple pie filling that resembled rubber glue. The shell was overly cooked as well as the entire filling. I believe they tried to microwave it for 45 seconds but in reality it was 45 minutes. The other one was exactly the same. read more

The world slowest drive thru. They never have French fries. I always have to wait in the reserved/you're a sucker spot. The last three times I've been here this has happened to me and it's always when I'm in a rush. This was at 9pm. It's not like they are that busy. read more

The number one reason to visit this location over other Mickey Ds is that it is open 24 hours when most others in the area aren't. They get busy since Montclair State College is a stone thrown away and since the highway area seems to always be under construction. Be sure to stay to the far right or you will need to do the "jersey slide" to get into the entrance. read more

This may be the worst McDs ever....the service could not be worse or slower...I regularly drive through here early in the morning and have tried five or six times to stop here (okay, I'm a slow learner, but there ain't much open at 4 am)...one time the "systems" were down so they couldn't take orders...other times you wait to place an order for five+ minutes and no one responds. read more

Walked in - the place looked nice and bright. Very updated. Drive through all the time but not been inside since the remodel. Went inside with my 2 kids for a quick meal. Ordered 2 kiddy meals to stay. Got them in 2 small paper bags to go. What's this I asked? No kids boxes? You could have asked me. That's the reason we stopped. Asked to speak to the Manager but got waived off since he was too busy. Name is Jonathan I was told. Tried to find a clean seat. All the tables were dirty. Worst McDonald I've ever been to. Late night inside is busy and noisy with college kids so I stick with drive through. NEVER have I gotten an order right. I mean NEVER. Sometimes I payed for food I never got or payed for food I didn't order. Rarely get a straw with a drink order, how am I supposed to drink it? If I order a 4 piece nuggets I get 2 sauces; if I order a 20 piece nuggets I get 2 sauces. If I ask for more sauce the workers give an attitude. Idk how that makes sense. Management needs to think ratio of nuggets to sauce, which is very important. Today I ordered 4 piece nuggets with honey mustard and got a double cheeseburger instead. MY FAMILY EATS WENDY'S ALL THE TIME. But cause kids at school telling my daughter about happy meals/toys. So we gave in to let kids try a happy meal. He just left MC Donald's 10 minutes ago. I always said we would never get my kids MC D's. But my daughter wanted a happy meal. So my husband went to get 2 happy meal for our daughter and son. He ordered 2 happy meals nuggets and fries. Came to this Mcdonalds because I really wanted the grand mac, My experience here was terrible, I ordered a few things and had to keep going over what I wanted the girl at the counter didn't know how to take an order she screwed up the order had to keep telling her over and over again what I wanted... I finally get what I ordered they forgot to give me a burger and forgot to add the sauce like I asked 15 times at the register.. I sat down at a table, they don't have anyone cleaning there was garbage all over the table.. I had to clean the trash and wipe down the table before I ate.. I'm about to leave and I really wanted a milk shake and my girlfriend wanted a sundae the girl at the register screwed up that order too my gf asked for a strawberry sundae the girl screwed up and forgot to add the strawberries.. I don't like to complain but this is the 2nd time I've been here and the same thing happened... the same girl at the register didn't know how to take an order and the place was filthy employees are miserable and incompetent and very slow paced.. I go to FAST food for the FAST service if they were supposed to be slow they would call it slow food.. but as far as I'm concerned I'll never be back to this McDonald's again and honestly anyone reading this I would avoid this spot at all cost! read more

Yesterday my coworkers and I went to this place for the second time. Both times were horrendous! The workers were disrespectful, they didn't want to help any of the cutomers who were waiting online for simple orders. Each worker, besides the cashier had an attitude. I ordered a smoothie and the girl who made it, literally filled half of the cup. I again asked the girl to fill it to the top and to my surprise she litterally added nothing to my cup. This mcdonalds is legit a playground I couldnt tell who the manager was, (maybe there isn't one). If you want pointers on how to lose customers you need to visit this McDonalds. I spend 15 minutes on the drive-thru line just to put my order in. I was asked to park on the side. My order wasn't ready. After twenty minutes they came out with "my order." The explanation, sorry can't you see we are very busy today. I had to go back in to tell them they gave me the wrong order. Again, I was told we are very busy today. They refused to look inside the bag. They kept arguing with me that is was my order. Finally, another woman asked what did I order. She gave me "my order". I get home and it's still the wrong order. Thanks McDonald's for making pay $9.81 for a medium size Dr. Pepper. That was the only thing correct in my order. You have lost a customer for life. I called the location. The phone rang off the hook no answer, no voice mail option. The not so good news, you now have one less customer. Keep it going in this direction, and you won't have to worry about being too busy for much longer. read more

awful employees working here with real attitude problem. i placed an order, gave my money, and then before the transaction was completed changed my mind. i was told i should have thought of this before I placed my order. I told her to change my order and i can change my mind whenever i want. she did change the order after that. bottom line she was too lazy to change the order on the register. another time i asked for extra sauce and was charged 25 cents (i was only charged when 1 particular nasty girl works there, the other times they didnt charge) so I emailed McDonalds and complained. If they want to charge extra that is fine but they should put up a sign. they shouldnt overcharge because the girl behind the counter hates her job read more

After I placed my order I turned around to sit & a calendar said buy 1 hot pancake with sausage get 1 free on the 25th. We went to the cashier &she said we can't do anything about it you already ordered you have to buy another 1 to get 1 free the calendar has been up for a month so we don't know what the promotions are you have to read it yourselves. So we went to the manager on duty nicely and told her about the promo & she said she couldn't do anything about it we already ordered. She quickly gave us attitude saying we should have seen it. She was making hand gestures as she was talking & giving us attitude. She ended up handing us the 1 pancake & sausage meal like we were garbage & beneath her. As we walked away with it she kept talking loud behind the counter to us. she came out behind the registers talkin shit PLEASE check the cameras Customers seen the whole thing & told us we were right. Worse manager I have ever seen! I myself am a manager to a store & this is NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. All of this for 2 free pancakes when she could have solved it from the beginning without attitude, loud talk & hand gestures.
