Just tried to get some Cinnabon delights the other day with wifey. They RAN OUT... what a crime. Ended up getting cinnamon twists instead. I sat in my house sadly eating my twists while I thought about the glorious taste I could have had instead. Overall great place. Love ordering from there. They always get my order right. A nice Taco Bell on 46 East. It is one of the last places before the construction nightmare going on at that interchange. Wife and I have come here many times over the years. We have never really had any issues. They remodeled this place a few years back and the outside looks pretty nice. I have never been inside lol! DT for us always!! Wife and I got a quick snack for our ride home recently. Both our items came out correctly. I noticed that many people complain about issues with orders. It happens to me at TBs also, but the more you order the more that goes wrong... Staff was decently friendly. No issues there. We ordered at the speaker, paid at the window and were out in about a minute! All in all, if you are in the area, and are craving it, this place is for you. They robbed me. I paid in cash and the guy gave me my change and immediately disappeared. When I checked my change they had given me back the wrong amount. So when the person who handed me my food came out I double checked the price with them and then mentioned that I was missing some money from my change. They said they weren't allowed to open the drawer which I understand so I asked if it was possible to talk to the person who took my change and they said they couldn't help me at all. I didn't want to cause a fuss and act like a Karen so I just said it's fine and left. But I am overall quite upset that I didn't get my proper change, and there was no way that they could fix it for me without having to cause a fuss. As I sit and ponder in my cozy nook, I think back to my most recent endeavor at this Mexican Locale. While the craving did come up rather quickly, and the thought to have a fun feast was mentioned. Our excursion turned into a rather frightful tale. Was highly disappointed to find out that majority of items were out of stock. We were told the rolled plucked aviation mammal tacos were sold out along with the nacho fries and sugar free Baja Blast of sweet nectar. When requesting fire sauce just a step below the devils lava to go with meals, we were given none. Tacos had all crushed shells, lettuce looked wilted and old like the after effects of a Bob Marley concert. Service was average at best like a Taylor Swift song. I don't understand why this location even has a drive thru because every single car is sent to a parking spot after placing an order at the speaker. I was told there's 5 cars in front of me and to park. The whole point of a drive thru is to wait in line for your fast food not place order, park, wait 10 minutes. I understand there's an occasional back-up but it's extremely bad management to make this a regular protocol for all drive-thru customers. read more

This has been the worst experience here at this location. I got a crunchwrap and a few other things...the crunchwrap was flat out missing the tostada shell. The bean burritos were barely filled with beans... it's like they are going out of their way to be cheap and cut back in product. I'm sorry Taco Bell. Your staff at this location was very Nice and friendly towards me, but the wait time here was just unbearable. I ordered ahead of time using the app, thinking that It would save me time . no such luck! In fact, I waited almost 13 minutes at the drive-in window. When I got my food, it was cold and soggy, which only made me feel more disgusted with myself for eating Taco Bell, when I should be eating fresher healthier food. Ordered from the app, was busy on a Friday night which I know i should expect a wait. When I got up to window they told me to park and come inside. I told them I wanted to wait. So I parked. COVID 19 UPDATE: I've been trying to order from this restaurant since the very beginning of the lockdown. Every time I want to order, grubhub/doordash/whoever says the restaurant is closed when it it clearly open. So I call the store to make sure they are open, only to get yelled at on the phone by the employees. I've tried to explain that they have delivery turned off, but instead they yell that I can't order over the phone (which I was NOT trying to do) and hang up on me. Very disappointing. I just want a dang quesadilla! Paid extra for shredded chicken, didn't get the chicken. Quessaritto was horrible made, it was about 75% tortilla. Asked for black beans and got dried up refried beans. Pretty average fast food place. I only went here cause I had a coupon from Tmobile Tuesdays but I had to make a whole profile and then download the app. As I pulled up to the drive thru the lady working was pretty rude about the coupon and told me to go inside. I gave her the benefit of the doubt cause it was late and probably annoyed at all the free taco goers on this day. Fast food chains have three simple requirements for me: get my order correct, give me service with a smile, and make me consistent food wherever I go. If you can do those three things I'm happy to offer you four stars. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell location only hit one of the requirements tonight...they got the order right...sort of. It's a simple order-it's the #1...Burrito Supreme, crunchy taco supreme, and a large drink (Diet Pepsi). So, I'm in the drive thru and there are two cars in front of me...WHY did it take almost 10 minutes to leave the window with my food? Inside wasn't packed...two cars ahead of me...what was the hold up? Perhaps it was the TWO people working around the window who were doing everything one-handed because they had phones in their hands. Perhaps it was the conversations they were having that had nothing to do with getting the orders right. Perhaps it was because, while sitting at the window, I saw them mis-pour two drinks which were tossed and refilled once they realized they messed up. My food order actually tasted fine, but to the kid working the line (I assume it was a kid), when you are putting sour cream on an item it goes on the WHOLE item. both my burrito supreme and the crunchy taco supreme had sour cream on less than half the item...and the crunchy taco was broken. I know it isn't the most glorious job in the world...and I know you seem to think you deserve $15 an hour for doing it, but maybe you could start by paying attention to what you're doing and making your customers feel like THEY are the priority. This is not one of the best Taco Bell locations I've been too. I mean, come on? It's a chain; shouldn't all chain restaurants be up to par with excellent levels of operation? But anyway, it's a convient location and some nights the driveway lines are long. Going in could be easier but probably not faster. Took someone about 20 minutes to acknowledge us. Meanwhile the workers are having an argument in the back with each other. Later on the manager or someone higher up in status comes and takes out order. Tried the new nacho fries! They give you a small amount but they are good. The chalupas here are very soggy and could be way crisper. The past 7 times now that I've placed an order from this Taco Bell, I've had something missing from my bag. Yesterday, one of my employees ordered food for everyone at our restaurant at the end of our shift and there were 5 items that were messed up/ missing completely from the order. When we called the restaurant to request a partial refund for the missing items, the phone line was disconnected. I usually keep my mouth shut cuz I don't want to be that guy leaving a bad Yelp review, but 7 times in a row isn't an exaggeration, it's LITERALLY been the past 7 times. I don't understand what's happening inside this chain, but they need a new staff. It's a shame that there isn't another Taco Bell closer to my area otherwise I'd completely abandon this one. Hey, It's a Taco Bell. If you're reading this because you've never been to one, just go and see for yourself. I'm rating this store compared to other Taco Bell's, and I've been here 2-3 times now. Employees here are way less nice and friendly than most other locations. I must also add way less competent. If you have a choice use your mobile technology to find another location. A recent Saturday night visit saw the place getting slammed. I wanted to use this drive thru but opted to park and go inside because of the backup of cars. Inside there were less people but I had to endure watching the lone cashier need help from a manager on every other order. I have back issues so the slow, torturous pace was all the more difficult. I survived because of the camaraderie with other tortured customers. In the end I didn't find out till I was at my friend's house to find out 1/4 of the order was wrong! Sadly I eat here quite frequently because I like Taco Bell however there have been issues with cleanliness in this restaurant including overflowing urinal and a Chihuahua licking food off the table! ( insert Taco Bell Chihuahua joke here.) Incidents like the Chihuahua are moments where an employee or manager needs to step up and tell them to get the hell out of the restaurant. As for the quality of the food however it is always good and as expected which is what makes us come back. They are also always updating the menu with new items to try. Some better than others and some have more different than others, while Something just seems slightly different than what they already have. Overall I would recommend getting that place better shape keep it clean and to watch some of the customers for cleanliness as well As I would never allow my dog to lick food off a table at home I wouldn't expect the customer to allow his or her dog to lick food off a public table! read more

So I finslly had the Double Chalupa which caught my eye the other night and instantly got the crave for Mexican Fast Food. I have to say OMG this thing is insane full of flavor and delicious. Added some Diablo sauce and I was in heaven. OK so it's Taco Bell Fast Food so what's the big deal.... Well it was just freaking good. Also has the Dorito Taco for the first time and man it was good. This review is for this location of Taco Bell. Not the food because trust me, I can't live without tb. More than once, they have gotten my order wrong. Sometimes they make the food with meat when I ask for without. And it's annoying when you get drive through and realize that after you get home. Just today though was the worst. I got a cheesy gordita crunch. When I took the first bite, I questioned if I got the right thing. There were barely any beans in there, only in the middle. So my first 7 bites were without beans. ALSO the taco shell was so stale! Another thing, I got a tostada without the chipotle sauce. I opened it and everything was on one side. All the lettuce, tomatoes, beans, and (of course) they put the chipotle sauce on it. I held it straight in the car so k know it wasn't my fault. On my most recent trip to this location's drive through, I was met with a super rude employee who insisted he put the correct order in after I told him he had it wrong on the screen. He had such an attitude, it was appalling. Fast forward to when we (bf and I) get home, the order is wrong like i pointed out before.
