This location was very clean. We liked that they had this cool interactive table that kept the kids occupied for a little. It was difficult to all sit together bc they do not have chairs so you're all sitting against the wall and not in front of each other. They have you order on the stand alone machine which becomes challenging because it glitches. On the other hand, the staff was very nice and helpful. I have had several issues with this location. I have on multiple occasions found foreign objects in my food. The last occurrance was just this morning 10/30/2024. The restaurant used to allow you to voice issues to their regional office for resolution. Back in December 2022 that office advised they would be sending vouchers to make up for multiple food issues and missing items on an order. The vouchers never arrived to this day and over a years worth of contact attempts went unanswered. Now you cannot even file complaints with them. They tell you to contact the locstion directly. When you call nobody answers. Nobody responds to messages left. No email informstion is provided. When you mention it at the location they tell you to call the number that nobody answers. I have had several issues I didn't even bother reporting due to the headache not being worth it. The worst fast food experience by far! If it wasn't so convenient to my home I would never go here. read more

Total mis-managed shit hole ! Nicely remodeled resturant lacks management to keep it clean and ready. We ordered shakes with our meal at the touch station. Were told when our food came out that the shake machine was broken. If there was a competent manager on duty with half a brain, they could put the heroin down and write up a sign that says the shake machine is broken. After that they could clean up the drink and catchup station, which happens to look like a port a potty on day 8 of a week long music festival. I went here to pick up dinner last night. I expected the usual experience which usually goes something like this: try to place order, be misunderstood, try to explain and hopefully finally get the order right. Get Food which will be okay-not fresh and maybe will be lukewarm by the time I drive the 5 minutes home. Here's what actually happened: placed order for a number 1 Big Mac meal, and a number 2 QuarterPounder with Cheese meal. Asked for fresh French fries. Order was taken immediately and very politely and CORRECTLY. Pulled up to second window. Paid. Got my order, prepared fresh and hot including the fries. They just remodeled this location, so I came in here with high expectations....not sure why. They took away the kids play area that was actually really decent before! Now it's just regular seating.
