We love Chick-fil-A. The service is always great and the food is very consistent. Before this location opened up, we always go to the one in Morris Plains which is almost always busy. This location seems to be less busy and parking is easier since it is standalone. We have been there a few times time it's less crowded and more enjoyable. The staff was very helpful when we needed help. BTW, the kids meal is such a great deal. You get chicken strips, very fresh fruits (unlike the chemical apple from McDonald's), ice cream, a drink.

Chick Fil A knows how to do fast food right! I stopped in at this new location in Parsippany yesterday for lunch and thought it was excellent! The chicken sandwich and strawberry shake were very good, just as you'd expect. This new location is easy to access right on Rt 46. I dined inside, but the drive thru line wasn't long. The parking lot is big, so no issue parking. Inside, everything is new and clean. Plenty of seating, with also some outside tables. Friendly service. Very solid Chick Fil A, just as you'd expect!

Parsippany residents can now chow down on Chick-fil-A without leaving the township. The popular chain opened its new branch in Parsippany (Route-46, near Patel Grocery store) on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Not a big establishment, but it can accommodate 40-50 folks easily (I guess). There is an outdoor seating arrangement as well. I could see, there were tons of freshers learning their job (good for neighborhood). Ordering was quite easy and fast. got the order in 5 mins as well. We Opted for dine-in. The place was full of people. In fact, drive-thru had less crowd. I chose my favorite spicy deluxe with waffle fries and Chicken Nuggets. Usual taste, nothing different, juicy chicken piece (not pattice, mind it) with fresh veggie and cheese. perfect..!! I also got their famous moo toy (inner child wanted it, so thank you :D) Ample parking spots (80+), also electric charging stations as well. Proper 2-lane drive-through - claiming 50-60 cars can fit in each lane so traffic issue - I am not sure. but I guess they know how to manage that. Timing: open for pick-up, dine-in, drive-thru, and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and drive-thru until 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Chick fil A is great. On 46 with huge parking space. Pretty brand new. I love that the drive thru has human interaction through out. Super friendly employees. The inside is always clean and the staff walks around asking if you're okay. Pretty cool place

It's The Brand New Chick-fil-A of Parsippany and I'm pretty stoked to be able to report that they finally put one of these in the right direction [west bound] so people who work and don't feel like cooking can stop in before heading home. It's freakin brilliant people. And if you're from this area you know what a hassle it is to navigate through that other location where it's like an accident waiting to happen, but that's not gonna be my problem anymore thanks to this place.    I rolled in for their Grand Opening and grabbed a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Combo Meal which I found to be very satisfying in every way possible. Drive Thru Service was fast, friendly, and efficient even though it was a madhouse on it's first day open, I was able to get in and out reasonably quickly.    So now all my favorites on this menu are easily accessible here and whether that's a good thing or a bad thing I don't really wanna think too hard about it, lol. All I know is Chick-fil-A's in town and I'm ready to throw down. . some Seriously Delicious Chicken. You know the rest . . Come And Get Your Munch On!!

The only thing that bothers me is that they don't have a Mobile-Thru lane in the drive thru, only regular drive thru so you have to wait.

The place is small with a few tables inside, and I visited on a weekday when it wasn't very busy. I ordered my usual, the Soy Garlic chicken and Sweet and Spicy chicken. It was delicious and both dishes were full of flavor. It didn't come with radish, so I had to go up to the counter to ask for some. I did wish they gave me gloves like the other locations so that it wouldn't be as messy when I was eating the food. Overall, I thought the taste was pretty similar to the one in Palisades Park. It seems like their menu slightly differs from the original so I'd like to try some of their other items the next time I visit.

I've never had fries that were so over seasoned I could only eat like 5 before i had to give up on them. As for the sweet and spicy sandwich the chicken was extremely average and the sauce was very sweet and had no spicy taste. The service was quick I was shocked with how fast the food came out for a place that makes fried chicken because it was less than 10 minutes so idk if this was already cooked and then left out and put in sauce but it didn't taste hot and fresh once I got home. The restaurant was tiny but did offer some seating and was not busy when I went around 6.

There's no restroom in the seating area (I'm sure they have one in the back) and the seating situation is super basic. I decided to eat in anyway, and the cashier very kindly brought me a paper plate with extra napkins. This drunk chicken sandwich (vodka sauce) was enormous; I knew right away that I'd have leftovers. The flavor was excellent. But I wish they wouldn't wrap the sandwich in foil like that. Not only does it look less appetizing, but I t really threatens to make the bread moist on the way to your house. Also I found the chicken a bit chewy. It is a bit out of the way, so there's plenty of parking when you get there.

Do not order this if you do not like olives. I never got served olives on a chef salad. I was hoping for a salad matching their sandwich portions. Little tiny scraps of Ham and cheese and barely a bit of turkey. My guest ordered ham, salami & provolone Sandwich, requested mayo, no mayo. Also requested to heat in oven (warm sub popular in many places). They absolutely refused to serve a heated sub. I will make a can of tuna and dump it over salad for tonight, and she took sub to heat in oven at home. The employee at the counter could tell we were not enjoying this lunch ($40 total) but did not seem to care. I will not be back. I have given this location 5 stars in the past.
