First family outing of the year. Lots of parking and great spot for after service on a Sunday. Party of 5 and we only had a short wait. We ordered the cookie hot chocolate, blondie, and the kids got orange juice. For food we got the shrimp and grits, Cuban, chicken tenders, pork sausage, and grilled cheese. All except the shrimp and sausage came with potatoes. The potatoes were good but some were not fully cooked so they were a little hard. The shrimp and grits was tasty and the cornbread it came with was good too. The Cuban was different than other places but still good. My daughter loved her tenders. My son ate almost his whole grilled cheese. My littlest one loved the pork sausage I had to order a 2nd order. Waiting staff was pleasant and attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of tables and good for groups and small parties.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All and all good experience but next time I would send the potatoes back.

By far one of my favorite places to eat at. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Family friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Went after church on a Sunday. Lots of parking. I got the shrimp and grits with a side of cornbread and it was so good. Definitely would recommend. My wife got their Cuban sandwich and she really liked it as well. Good service bu their attentive staff. We really didn't have too long after checking in either so that's always a plus when you are with kids. Will be returning.

I've had great experiences at the one in Princeton. Giving this place a second chance after having a bed experience when they opened. Unfortunately still took over 18min to get the coffee we ordered. His eggs came out cold and you could tell they had been sitting out for a bit. A different server came out ask asked if we wanted them to make us new eggs. They brought out new eggs but same thing. They came out in 2 mins but hadn't just been made. I don't understand how they are always this busy when the service is so slow and inattentive. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again after being open for over a year. Will not be returning at this point. More like Turned Off

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Turning Point is a cute spot in a big new shopping plaza.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've been twice, and the service was great both times--the manager even covered my dad's meal since he's a Vietnam vet, which was really sweet. I had the French toast, and it was a bit soggy--next time I'll ask for it cooked a little longer. The eggs were dry and flavorless, and the pancakes were thick and gooey, not really my thing. The shrimp and grits were okay--about 3 out of 5 stars. Not terrible, but nothing special. Everything felt like it was warmed in the microwave and plated. Heads up: the breakfast potatoes are just plain potatoes with zero seasoning and extremely dry. Definitely skip those! Prices are fair, which is great since the food is not much to write home about. The saving grace is their coffee is really good--that alone might bring me back!

My wife and I were craving good pancakes. We stumbled upon this great restaurant in a newer strip mall with some other great stores in Morris Township. This restaurant has many other locations in NJ as well. We decided on the Kona Blend French Press Coffee and Lemon/Blueberry Pancakes . Wow 5 stars for both. What we didn't expect was the unbelievable customer service we received. First, General Manager Keith introduced himself to us with a big smile and hospitality. The server and barista, Alia also unbelievably nice. As if the High Bar hadn't been reached yet, long time employee who started her career in the 90's , Michelle added another very sweet level to ice the atmosphere. We are beyond speechless and will definitely be returning to enjoy some other breakfast and lunch favorites. Really looking forward to it!

Myself and the wife gave this place a try during the week. Just be aware if you go a weekend there is always a wait. So the place was half empty when we got there around 10 but were told it was a 15 minute wait for a table, it was still fairly busy and likely due to staffing. We asked if we could sit at the counter and they said yes so we sat right away if your ok with that, The manager / hostess and waitress were all super nice and friendly. Our iced coffees were impressive and the food was a solid breakfast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside was very clean and modern definitely worth trying out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A popular destination for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Endless coffee too. No reservations but the wait is usually not long.

Service was excellent! Quick and kind! She came back multiple times to make sure our order was okay and if we wanted more. The hot chocolate was excellent! Very big and dripping everywhere but worth it. Potatoes were standard. Pancakes were good with nice fresh strawberries. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place for families and groups![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Bathroom baby stand dirty

"I recently visited Turning Point in Morristown, New Jersey, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While the dining area might appear 'meteorically clean' at first glance, this facade quickly crumbles upon closer inspection, especially in the restrooms, which were noticeably dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Despite a more than half-empty dining room, my party and others were subjected to an average wait time of 25-30 minutes, significantly longer than the promised 10 minutes. This is particularly frustrating given their policy of not taking reservations. Adding to the disappointment was the poorly managed front desk staff, who were consistently rude, inconsiderate, and snappy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The overall lack of hygiene, particularly in the bathroom, is concerning and warrants an inspection by the New Jersey Health Department.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Given these issues, I absolutely do not recommend this place

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Had a nice brunch here... fairly new establishment that is still working out some minor kinks but really nice overall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor is nice, both indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Server was friendly and efficient. Coffees and coffee drinks were all good. We tried the Heuvos Rancheros, the GOAT omelette, a Wilbur skillet, and a Taylor ham sandwich... all were great! Give this place a try; a solid lunch, breakfast, or brunch spot.

Shocked about the total rating. This is easily a 5 star rating. Everything I've tried has been super fresh and amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is beautiful too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe after a year they got into the swing of things because I had no issues with the food or service at all.

Found turning point in morris township on yelp n thought we'd try it for brunch. Called in n they said 20 min wait but when we got there we had to wait for another 20 mins. So just waited outside . It's across the mega ShopRite in Morristown. Plenty of parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice bright and airy restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Regular tables as well as hi tops.friendly staff. We ordered the salted caramel mochachino. Came in a big mug n tasted good though a lil sweet. Nice coffee /chocolate flavor. Had the chipotle crab flat bread. Was on cauliflower flat bread topped w snow crab meat, chopped red peppers, baby spinach, jack cheese n a nice chipotle aioli. Generous amounts of crab meat. Was light n tasted really good. Highly recommend it. Also had pesto Panini which was ok. The chicken could have been pan fried a lil more. Came w chips. And the big easy benny w avocado chorizo , grilled onions n peppersn home style potatoes. Tasted really good. All generous portions. And we also had to get the cinnful swirl pancake. Tasted good.

Service was a little scattered the day I went, but the food was pretty good. My husband enjoyed his huevos rancheros which were served a little different than what you normally see. I enjoyed the power up grains bowl with scrambled eggs, it was very filling. The Kale to the King drink was refreshing. Appreciate the kids menu with a bunch of options.

I've driven by this food truck countless times and there's always been a line, but it's gotten even crazier since TikTok blew it up. I came early and still waited about 20-30 minutes before placing my order, but honestly, the wait didn't even feel that bad. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the wait in line a no sweat. While everyone was waiting, they handed out free fries with their homemade sauce, which was such a nice surprise! They also passed out bottles of cold water and even let parents with young kids order first. It's little gestures like these that really show they care about their customers and their community. The chimichurri and all of their sauces are made fresh daily, and you can definitely taste the difference--they're absolutely delicious!! I had everything on my steak and fries (Steak was made medium rare to order and just how I like it; fries were crispy good!!) Beyond the amazing food, the father and son owners were some of the kindest people I've met. They genuinely radiate positivity, treat everyone with respect, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. It's rare to find a place with incredible food and people who care this much about their customers. This is the kind of local business that deserves all the success! I'll definitely be back!

Since I'm…read morenotoriously picky when it comes to restaurants and food spots, I arrived with high expectations--and I'm happy to report that this place exceeded them. First, the wait was completely worth it. If you get there early, you can probably avoid the line, but even if you can't, don't let that discourage you. Good food is worth a few extra minutes of patience. As someone who pays attention to the details, I always take a quick look inside food trucks and kitchens when I can. I was genuinely impressed by how clean, organized, and professional everything looked. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Now, let's talk about the food. The fries were fresh and clearly made in-house--not the typical pre-packaged fries you find everywhere else. The steak portions were generous (they definitely don't believe in counting pieces), and the combination of flavors and sauces came together perfectly. Every bite was better than the last. By the time I finished, I was already planning my next visit. There are still several items on the menu I want to try, and if they're anything like what I had, my diet may be in serious trouble. Highly recommended!

On to the pizza- have tried many Detroit style pizzas over the years, I would say this was more Detroit "inspired", Aside from the edges, It had a soft bready crust - a little too fluffy compared to the crisp, almost focaccia-like crust we are accustomed to. They were of the potato variety. Since they were made to order, they came out piping hot. My thoughts on each are below. The temperature really made a difference as I tried a few bites after they cooled down and it was not the same. All of the donuts were appropriate in size and somehow appeared very light. I wonder if that was attributed to the potato variety. I just could not believe how much the hot temperature made a difference in all four. Original Cinnamon Sugar - This was very good with plenty of sugar present. Raspberry Jam - There was a ton of raspberry jam here and it was great. Nutella - There was an excessive amount of Nutella here and it worked out well with the hot donut texture. It was unreal. Cannoli - This was great too.
