I gotta say I really do love Smashburger! Some locations are better than others, and I have found that for this one, dine-in food is much better quality than if you take it to go. I always get their Colorado burger as a single with their smash fries on the side. This time, since I took it to go, it was a bit greasier than when I've had it at the restaurant, and the fries weren't as crispy. The service is always good since they're pretty quick with getting the burgers out . This location has a lot of seating booths, and some nice TVs where you can watch sports if they're on. read more

I have not been to this location a really long time. I was disappointed that they got rid of the avocado Club Burger. Double I got the bacon stack burger instead and I would say it was a pretty good substitute to what I usually get. Burger came out hot and fresh and delicious. Service was pretty decent and my food came out pretty quickly. read more

Stopped in to Celebrate National Burger Day! They honored the "528SINGLE" Dining area, soda station and restroom were clean. The food took a few mins. (Not complaining) and the freshness of the burger and tots supported the 'worth the wait.' Good job Joseph and team! read more

Pretty Solid Smash Burger although I still can't believe I like a place where they squeeze all the juicy goodness right outta their patties but for some strange reason I just do. It's probably all the amazing accompaniments that they serve along side, plus not to mention some seriously delicious and perfectly prepared thin and crispy Fries. Let's face it, it's almost worth coming here just for the Fries alone. But hey since I stopped in I might as well grab a Smash Bacon Cheese Burger Deluxe while I'm at it.    In my humble but still hungry opinion I like this place but definitely would prefer a Big Juicy Flame Broiled Burger instead so Four Stars is the best they're ever gonna get outta this Guy, Lol!! Come And Get Your Smooshed Munch On!! read more

Foods pretty good and consistent. Burgers are tasty and fries were fresh. Place seemed relatively clean for a burger spot. Quick service and nice people at the store. This is my second time coming here on a Wednesday when kids eat free and we purchased adult meals and kids meals. I even asked the guy about the Wednesday kids program because they changed me last time and said they couldn't change it, and the guy confirmed. Just looked at my receipt and once again we paid for the kids meals. If you're going to have a program make sure you honor it. read more

The shop is located in a strip mall with the Target and Michaels. Clean, and two unisex bathrooms are a nice touch. I ordered ahead of time on the website and the service had it ready right away when I wanted to pick it up. Quick and easy from that perspective. The truffle mushroom Swiss Burger was excellent still, plenty of truffle flavor. However they seem to have changed the fries when I ordered smash fries which still had the excellent salt and truffle flavor, but now they're more regular fries instead of being the thin shoe string and that made them a lot harder to eat as the inside no longer had much flavor. That's disappointing, I hope that is an exception and not the new way of doing fries. read more

Don't like my burgers smashed.Don't understand why anyone would want such a mutilation of a burger.

We have been by here a few times with some people. Everyone always enjoys their meal. Whenever we come by, the staff at the counter is always pleasant and accommodating. Indoor and outdoor seating ( love the outdoor seating with umbrellas too nice touch - ) The burgers and Chicken fingers are always good, and fries - especially those smash fries - yum. I can't wait to try their version of the onion rings soon, too. The place is always clean and has napkins and condiments always on the indoor tables. They give you a number and bring the food to you when dining in. I will be back again. enjoy. read more

Parsippany Smashburger is an outstanding establishment. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding! I highly recommend it!!

The truffle mushroom Swiss burger is my favorite burger out of all the burger chains!

Taste delicious ordering is easy, but don't forget this is junk food with a lot of chemicals additives cancerous ingredients grease

Bad customer service felt rushed to order. Ordered extra fries on the side only received the ones with the burger. Aldo ordered a truffle mushroom double received singe bacon burger with cheese Did eventually come back and give me the original order of burger no fires. Not that's it's need but no apology either Burger was mediocre def better than fast food but if im going to spend around 15$ for a burger I'll pass read more

I never used to like sweet potato fries until a recent encounter and have been craving them A LOT. Not a lot of places make sweet potato fries, and when they do, they don't always taste good. But Smashburger makes AMAZING sweet potato fires! I usually order 2 orders of them and they're gone within minutes. Don't get me wrong though, their smash fries are amazing too with the unique seasoning blend they use but I'm just so happy that there's a place in the area that serves delicious sweet potato fries at a convenient location and affordable price! Also as an edit to my last review, the burgers don't taste as salty as I had mentioned and they have also recently switched out of using plastic container packaging for their burgers. They now put them in the typical wax paper type wrapping. read more

First time trying Smashburger; it was amazing. My food was ready much earlier than I expected; like 9 minutes from when I placed the order. Five Guys isn't f***ing with ya'll. read more

First time at this location, I had a special free sandwich in my account and decided to cash in a couple of benefits before they went away. Staff was accommodating and made it happen easily. (I thought I only got one bennie per order.) Those were pluses. I learned of a minus on this trip: ordered a kids' chicken finger meal to go. Just to see. Lesson: don't take your kids to Smashburger if they want chicken fingers. Unless they're small enough that three fingers the combined size of a single finger will suffice. I imagine that's true anywhere though. Would still come back here, which may now be the closest location to me. read more

First time here. Bad customer service. Ordered a single n a double burger. Bad food quality . And bad quantity. Not fresh. Not worth the money. read more

The service at this place is always amazing! The staff is always pleasant! I mean they really act like they are truly happy to see me! They normally have the games on and have a few hugee flat screen TVs on both ends of the dinning area. I love the burgers and chicken fingers! The chicken fingers are huge and take about 6 min every time I order them. They are always fresh and delicious. I must have the ranch and smash fries!!!!! The jalapeño burger was so spicy but good with sweet potato waffle fries The damn tea is dangerously yummy! Dragonfruit tea or a shake if it's a cheat day is a must! I have tried most of the burgers and I order them with no seasoning. They go a little heavy on the seasoning of the burgers and fries and I have to watch my salt. When I have a great burger craving Smash burger is the destination! I wish there was one closer to me. But then I would outgrow my jeans‍‍ read more

I'm getting to be a real Smashburger fan. I love the Smash fries and the unique flavor packed burgers. I really like that they make your food fresh when you order it. There is a difference. Today, I tried this new-to-me shop and was greeted by Steve. He was friendly and, since I wanted both an eat in burger and a take out chicken, he was very accommodating too. The freshly made burger and fries arrived at my table quickly and just when I finished eating, Steve walked by and handed me my take out order. Sweet! Steve also recommended a new Windy City burger on a pretzel bun. It sounded great and I'll be back to try it. Clean shop. Lots of parking and a friendly staff. I'll be back. Recommended. read more

Smashburger - Not too many folks here on Christmas Eve. - Burgers Near Me - Parsippany, New Jersey

It's SmashBurger: a step up from five guys, and a few steps down from Zinburger. I always get the veggie frites, which I pretend justifies my milkshake, even though we all know it doesn't! The staff here was typical. Young men that looked to be 19 or 20 years old, fumbling around in the back, and serving food very slowly, in spite of the fact that we were the only customers in the place. Food was pretty good. I visited on New Year's Day, so, remember everyone, I did eat my veggies!! read more

Didn't even get the chance to order and eat. Walked in to chaos of construction. Tables upside down. TV not working with the menu. I asked for a paper menu because I've never been here & have no idea what they even offer. Nope didn't have that. As I was coldly told by a manager. My son orders a burger. We asked what drinks are there. We were stared at and the worker ventured into the back of the restaurant, as I see another worker bringing out cans to another customer. You're charging the price you're charging for a can of soda?? We walked out before the worker even attempted to make his way back. The manager yelling from the back that they don't have fountains. read more

Costumer service was horrendous. A worker by the name of Julianna was very unFriendly the second husband and I walked in. Not a hi nor a good evening. The first thing she said was "for here or go" I was taken aback by the attitude and urgency. I tried to be extra friendly to lighten the tense mood but no luck. Maybe she was having a bad day but she sure tampered with my wonderful day. Non the less, the food was pretty good and flavorful, the fries were exceptional and the ambiance was modern and clean. Would go to a different location and eat again. read more

Got a haircut and was hungry. Saw it and went in. The cashier was so nice. Got the double smash burger. Waited 5 mins and there it was fresh tasty burger. If you want to know what the perfect french fry tastes like, look no further. The Smash Fries are delicious. They're crispy, not overly greasy, worth the cost. The hamburgers are exceptional here. Keep in mind they are seasoned so if you don't want the added salt or you're just a bland human being in general, mention it up front. Clean place, perfect fries, snazzy hamburgers, affordable prices. I see this as an absolute win. read more

A second Smashburger review. This location actually used to be a Five Guys, but when Five Guys moved a couple miles east down Rt 46, Smashburger jumped in...and I'm so glad. As I said in my other Smashburger review if you look at my Burger joint list, I've tried a lot of burgers...and I really love a good burger. And Smashburger gives me burgers to love. What THIS location showed me is how well each location sustains the consistency of the franchise. I still do like Five Guys, but I think Smashburger simply makes a superior burger. I LOVE the very fresh toppings they use, especially using fresh, bright green jalepenos, fresh lettuce, delicious tomatoes. Smashburger's regular and sweet potato fries are SO much better than the pile of oily fries Five Guys dumps into your bag. Yeah, you definitely get MORE fries at Five Guys, but they aren't as good in my opinion. Do I need to mention again that Smashburger's shakes are AWESOME? Ok, I just did...A burger joint that doesn't offer shakes is simply not providing you with a great burger experience...they just go together. Peanut butter and jelly, steak and potatoes, Burgers and Shakes...perfect together. Love Smashburger, love the food, love the shakes, love the table service, and love the ambiance. 4.5 stars, hard to give a burger joint five stars like it's comprable to a GREAT steakhouse...but maybe I should compare apples to oranges (see what I did there-two things that DON'T go together, unlike Burgers and Shakes). read more

I've long been a fan of smash burger. It's a solid, reasonable priced "gourmet/fast" burger. On this occasion, we had the BBQ bacon and a classic cheeseburger with smash fries. This was by far the worst service at a Smashburger location. I ordered online and food was not ready, which is understandable. I then waited for 25 minutes while the staff stood around, not helping other customers. After 15 minutes, I asked how much longer. The one staff member went in the back and when they came out, never told me how much longer. As I continued to wait, the staff stood around. Other customers seemed just as frustrated as I was. I would never recommend this location. read more

The milkshake and fries were great. They use real ice cream for the shakes - not that thickener crap MCD's uses. The burger, in my opinion, wasn't great. don't see why this chain has such a hardcore following. It's smashed so thin it falls apart, and the seasoning is thicker then the burger. So you get chunks of seasoning. It's really just 80%bread. 10%lettuce/tom/mayo/ketchup. 5% seasoning. 5%burger. I wasn't crazy over the burger, but it just wasn't my kind of thing. Again, I will be back for the shakes and fries. read more

Always get the jersey burger w/ smash fries ugh so good and when I was some heat I get the spicy Baja but chicken both super good.
